We recently had Allen Roofing do a reroofing on our home. The project went smoothly and a complete cleanup when done. The bid and contract proposal were accurate all the way. The workers on the job site were on time, professional and careful with their he surrounding landscaping and clean up. I would highly recommend this company over others. You won’t be disappoints.

Justin and crew did a great job on our roof. Fast, efficient, and most importantly, honest. Hard to find these days. It is no wonder why they have been able to sustain a successful trade business. One of the roofers caused some minor damage on a gutter that I did not/would not have noticed. Not only did they self-report it but they also came out and replaced two runs of gutter so that they matched. Thanks all @ Allen Roofing!

Justin came out this morning to take a look at a soft spot under our eave and to determine if there was a leak that needed to be addressed. While there wasn't any evidence of a leak he did note that rain runoff was likely the cause . While he was on the roof he walked the entire roof and reported it was is pretty good shape. He indicated with regular maintenance we could get another 5 years and discussed with us what to look for in terms of wear. He did some general clean up where flashing was installed and did not charge us a trip charge or for the clean up. Justin is friendly and an all around good guy with a positive presence. When the time comes for a new roof, I will be reaching out to Justin at Allen Roofing and Construction.

Originally I stumbled across Allen Roofing when I was in need of flashing repair. Over a span of several years I had them repair a couple other flashings locations. Last November I noticed water dripping from my soffit. I called Allen Roofing the day after the "bomb cyclone" stating that I knew that they had a lot on their hands that day and asked that they fit me in when possible. A crew of three were at my house that afternoon to find a bad nail which was repaired promptly. When I asked how much I owed them the comment was, "Free of charge. Consider us when you replace your roof." Knowing that my roof was overdue I just recently, weeks ago, had them do my replacement. Although I am loyal to Allen Roofing I did get multiple quotes. Their pricing was much lower and they provided the same materials, expertise, and outcome promised by others companies. Allen Roofing provided everything that was described to me as "special" or added, supposedly, "free of charge" by others. I was scheduling to have attic insulation installed and they were helpful in reviewing the quote and took care of the venting needs required to take that out of the scope of the insulation contractor. I even had them remove a chimney prior to roofing. They did it all and the added scope charges were surprisingly low. They left my yard free of any debris. Shout out to Taylor, Tegan and Team. Customer for life and would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we needed a new roof! Fortunately, we chose Allen Roofing to replace it! Justin was the only one out of three that inspected the entire roof and took me to see the rafter space! Ruben & Francisco were excellent, on time and cleaned up each day. The work took three days and then Justin's gutter crew came and replaced our old leaking gutters in three hours. Everything looks great and we are very happy with Allen Roofing!

I had Allen Roofing put a new roof on my house in 2022 and they did a fantastic job.

They also came over and fixed my roof this winter after a tree fell on it. They got me taken care of very quickly even in the middle of winter with less than ideal conditions.

We got 3 bids last year from different roofing companies. Surprising how different the prices were! We waited a year, and got another bid before going back to the one we thought we were going with. This bid was a great price for us, and we had connections with the owners through a contractor that my husband works with. So we felt comfortable going with them. We are so glad we did! These guys worked long hours. My husband got off work the first night and came in. We kept thinking they would be done soon, but they kept going. Then it started getting dark. They just turned on lights and kept going. Beyond our expectation. They cleaned up every speck of anything they dropped. My husband had intended to clean the gutters before they came, and we had one gutter than needed repair. He didn't get to it, and they cleaned them, repaired the gutters, and made repairs on the vents, even moving one to make it work better. It took them 3 days total to remove and install our roof and they were very professional, hard working, and clean. I know this is what you would expect. But I'd say they were better than I expected. If you are looking for roofers, there are many out there. These guys will do you right!

We have been very pleased with the service from Allen Roofing. They have been very professional, answered all of our questions and made sure all our concerns were taken care of. The final work of cleaning out our gutters and replacing our gutter covers was delayed because of three days of snow and very cold weather. Francisco and his son put in extra effort to get the gutter job completed before the predicted three days of rain, working until dark and then coming the next morning to finish up. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

I have a slightly more complex roof. It's steep with multiple dormers, gables and a mix of newer construction and 100+ year old construction. Due to it being such a big expense, I got multiple bids. Some companies i could immediately tell were either overwhelmed because it wasn't a typical roof or looked at it as an opportunity to overcharge. Justin with Allen Roofing was a straight shooter, no sales pitch, very knowledgeable, kept the process simple and the bid was very fair. The crew was great, worked hard and did a great job. They did a little more work than they were expecting due to some damaged sheathing but got it done in a reasonable time and finished product looks great. I've already recommended them to four other people. They're a fair, solid, trustworthy company. Highly recommend.

Taylor from Allen Roofing Construction and Remodel came to see to a leak that had developed around a skylight. He got up in the roof to check it out. He cleared debris and explained how it can cause the leak, and recommended I replace the roof in the coming year—it’s time, I know this is sound advice. And he applied roofing cement for good measure.
He gave me a ballpark estimate that seems very reasonable too. When I get other details of deferred maintenance figured out, I expect to return to Allen for the full roof.

Our roof was very old and in rough shape, the estimated time for completion was two days but they got the job done in one. They made sure our yard was clean and were very respectful when on our property. The best part was the actual price was even less than our estimate, which was very reasonable to begin with. I just used Allen Roofing to fix a few areas of our composite shingle roof that was damaged by the recent storm. Based on my experience I highly recommend them (and I'm really picky).

They came out the next day after I called requesting a quote, and when they arrived they not only gave me a bid, but also said they could do the work right then and there. They had taken the initiative to bring the right color shingles and their approach to the repair was perfect for the circumstances (old roof - we just need to make it a few more years).

In addition to doing the job requested, they also helped with a temporary repair to our damaged gutters. They also helped fix a gutter drain issue that was causing an annoying drip where we sit at our deck.

Overall these are skilled craftsmen who are easy to work with and charge a fair price. I will use them again next time I need roof repair or replacement.

Recently we needed to repair an unexpected leak in the roof of our Camano Island cabin. Allen Roofing has always done thorough, efficient, and cost effective work for us, including prompt repairs following storm damage from falling trees several times in the past couple of years. When I called Allen to request help in determining the cause of the new leak and learn what was necessary to repair it, I found out that Russ Allen had sold the firm about a year ago to a local family-owned building contractor with whom he had worked for the past fifteen years. I was delighted to find that the new owners are just as professional and focused on quality service at a fair price as Russ Allen was. Expecting someone to come give me a bid for the work needed, I was surprised when Justin Powell himself, one of the new owners, came to our home and, after a quick inspection, identified the source of the leak (dried out caulking around a chimney) and repaired it on the spot. He also showed me what to check each year to prevent the leak from occurring again. Even though the leak was in no way the fault of any work Allen had done, Justin claimed it didn’t take him enough time and materials to charge us for the repair. That kind of service is rare today and clearly sets Allen roofing apart!

We had three bids for our roof and skylight replacement project and Allen Roofing was the most competitive of the three. They were able to start the project a couple of weeks early. The 2-man crew did an outstanding job completing the project in 2 1/2 days while dealing with the early March rain and cold. Work ethic of the crew was exceptional. They cleaned up the property at the end of each day. Ours was the original 24 years old roof. They added additional attic venting to bring it up to current code. Allen Roofing met our expectations. I purchased a home and was told by the inspector that there were 2 issues with my roof that had been replaced by Allen roofing 4 months prior. I called them and 3 days later they sent a very nice respectful gentleman out to inspect the areas. he assured me there were no issues with the roof. and that they had even replaced the tie off boots with new ones, that is something that is not usually done when your roof is replaced, I was very impressed with the quickness of their response. even after I told them "the weather is nice right now, so it's no huge hurry" they insisted they come look at is asap. and the best part is they transfered the warranty to me from the previous homeowners, not all roofing companies with do this. so all and all I was very impressed with their work and their customer service!

We had bids for 4 different contractors in the Arlington area and decided on Allen Roofing after meeting them and receiving their bid. They have a an excellent rating on the BBB website and great reviews. Their bid was the most reasonable and they also were able to do additional contracting work on our roof. We are beyond impressed with the amazing work they completed. We live in an updated farmhouse with some interesting design features. The crew, headed up by Francisco, was professional, on time and did an excellent job on our roof. They went above and beyond to make the roof look great. They are talented craftsmen and were able to put extra trims and extensions on the roof which look better than we imagined. We could not be happier with the job Allen Roofing completed for us. Wonderful experience. I can't say enough about my experience with getting a new roof on my old home. They ended up replacing 20 sheets of plywood, many of the homes in my neighborhood have also seen significant roofing issues. They were on-time every day, clean as a whistle, very professional and got the job done one time. We experienced a 1 day delay due to rain, but they made sure the roof was water tight before the rain hit - and no leaks even though it was a downpour. So happy I'd give them 10 stars out of 5.

I contacted Allen roofing fir roof repair. Soft spot on.my large carport /mil building. They showed up and did a very good job even though they found dryrot and ants..removed and replaced..i think this is the best roof company ice ever used. And I've used quite a few.do not ever use a company called" masters roofing " out of camano island..had a roof leak And they would not even come back.and address it. 5 stars for Allenroofing!@! New residential construction, large roof (~62 squares). Was initially with another roofer prior to construction, but after wanting to upgrade our material, and suffering significant price gouging, switched to Allen Roofing, who came highly recommended from our builder. Their prices for the various upgrades were in line with expectations, so we went with them. Work was completed timely and professionally. Very happy with the roof so far - will update next spring after rainy season if there's any issues
