Apex Roofing did a terrible job with our roof installation. Carlos was unhelpful and lacked professionalism throughout the process. He failed to properly guide us with our insurance and did not follow up to ensure our satisfaction. The roofers were slow and left behind a mess of debris. I do not recommend using this company for any roofing needs

This Fall we had Apex Construction replace our gutters. Last month we had them replace our windows. I can’t say enough good things about Michael Fann and Apex Construction. They are a pleasure to work with and do excellent work. Their attention to detail is wonderful. They clearly take pride in their work. It is a pleasure to watch them work and we could not be more pleased with the results.

Using Apex Construction for the entire exterior of our home was the best decision we have made throughout our renovation process. You can tell the quality of their roofing, siding and window installation by looking at the other homes on our street. Now we have the best looking house on the block!

We’ve used them on two separate occasions, once for our roof and then the gutters both times crews were on time and we are so happy with the quality of work.

Working with Apex could have gone better. We seemingly started on the right foot with many promises after we were previously taken to the cleaners by a lousy contractor on our new home build, which we explained to Apex. We got the same results as we did with our first contractor, such as needing help delivering materials on time and seeming only interested in receiving deposit money for upcoming work that ultimately needed to be completed. Workers were randomly on site for work without communication about when they would need access. There were long stretches of non-work, so much so that we thought the project had been abandoned at one point. Mike Roach became a very arrogant and nasty owner who was challenging to communicate with and even lied when he stated we owed him more money which we didn't. We had the receipts to prove that we provided him with enough funds to complete the job according to his payment schedule. Apex misled and gave false information about work timelines, material purchases, and progress explanations. What was claimed to be a "6-month job, max" stretched into a job that pulled into a two-year incomplete job with cumulative problems at every turn. After the firing of Apex, a 3rd contractor was hired to finish the unfinished contract work and repair many hidden issues that Apex workers created. Thankfully the 3rd contractor was legit and worked quickly as possible to discover all of the hidden problems and complete the unfinished work to complete the job. Our 3rd contractor was pleasant to work completing all of Apex's unfinished work and returning to the house to fix silly issues just completed this year of 2023. It was a significant relief to finally meet the project after dealing with a two-year stressful nightmare with Apex. Don't be fooled by the "glowing" reviews on their website. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Great Experience. Our roof needed to be replaced. After getting estimates from several roofing companies we chose Apex Construction. They explained the choices and the process thoroughly and patiently. Apex was hands down the most professional. It was clear they were subject matter experts. Very consultative and no pressure during the sales cycle. They actually performed the work sooner than agreed by about 4 days. Work was completed quickly. Workforce was professional. Sales person showed up every day just to make sure everything was satisfactory. When they completed the job, there was no evidence they had every been there except a great looking roof. They even had someone come buy the following day to look for debris. Highly recommend Apex.

When I first purchased my townhouse Mike inspected the roof for me and advised that it needed to be replaced but he could patch and repair as needed until I was ready to do a full roof replacement. Every year he came over and patched/repaired as needed to get me by. 7 years later I reached out and said it’s time to replace. Mike got the ball rolling immediately, waited for the next nice day and him and his team came over and replaced my roof.

Mike is very professional, honest, trustworthy and does top quality work. His crew is a reflection of Mike and follows his same work ethic. When the job is complete, Mike personally ensures that you’re 100% happy with the work.

I called two places for an estimate after a watermark began appearing on my ceiling. The difference between the two estimates were as different as pre- and post pandemic America. Seriously. I was told by the first company that I needed a whole new roof and it was suggested that I could possibly file for storm damage and file a claim with my home owners insurance. My second estimate was from Apex Construction. They arrived within the specified time to perform my estimate. Within 20 minutes Mike put me at ease, letting me know that my roof has plenty of life left. Eventually I'd need a new roof and suggested adding ventilation when I do. Mike quickly identified my problem. The housing from a previous satellite dish was the cause. My dish had been relocated by DirectTV a couple of years prior and they had left the original mounting hardware in place which had loosened & developed a leak. Mike walked me through our options explaining the pros and cons of each. That night he emailed me a detailed estimate so we could consider our options. We went with repair. Guess what? They showed up when they said they would, they completed our repair, they reinstalled my satellite dish, and they cleaned everything up and hauled it away. The new shingles have now blended in and are hard to differentiate from the old ones. They went above and beyond. In a time when supplies are tight and costs are way up, they were honest and blew my expectations away. When the time comes to replace my whole roof, they will get my business and I promote Apex Construction to my friends, my neighbors, and on the ND app.

I am so happy and blessed that I was referred by some friends to this company. Mike was extremely flexible in working with scheduling and my concerns, which is admittedly complicated. They offered me great options and pricings. Everything Mike performed and arranged helped put my mind at ease. I won't work with anybody else.

Being a contractor myself, I knew the " ins and outs" about how we advertise our services. I know the big media and radio ads are meant to flood the market with catchy jingles and stories about how one roofer or contractor is so much better than the competition.
I suggest to look deeper than advertising and actually "talk" to who you want to possibly hire.
After I was referred to Mike Fann @ Apex Construction LLC, I was able to listen to his suggestions about my roofs condition along with ways to improve the duration of a new roof.
He was extremely professional and communications were excellent.
Apex Construction LLC will be handling all my exterior work in the future and will be referred to my friends and neighbors.
