I’ve dealt with other roofing companies. There was always something. Good sales rep bad customer service. Bad sales rep unprofessional staff. At APC from start to finish you are cared for, informed, and given the confidence that experts are helping you through a difficult process. Insurance red tape is nothing for them. The quality of work is awesome and customer service is great

If you need help with your roof, whether it’s a repair, a retail cash estimate or an inspection to see if you have damage that qualifies for the insurance to cover it and you only pay your deductible. Call them up you won’t regret it

APC roofing lives up to their A+ rating. Chelsea and Lucio, 2 roofing consultants stopped by my house and informed me that APC was putting on a roof for my neighbor that day and apologized for any noise. They told me that my neighbor had quite a bit of wind damage and asked if I had ever had my roof inspected, in which I had not. They offered a complimentary roof inspection and hopped right up there to take a look. Chelsea and Lucio came down, and she showed me pictures of broken and missing shingles and, let me know that there is enough damage to warrant filing a claim with my insurance. They told me about the company, helped me with filing my claim, and walked me through the next steps. It's really awesome that they will be here throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly and that I can contact them directly if I have any other questions or concerns. What a team! They both are very kind, knowledgeable, and funny, a real pleasure to work with. I feel extremely confident in having APC as my roofing company and I would definitely recommend APC and of course Chelsea and Lucio. Thanks guys!

APC Roofing and Ryan, in particular, were amazing to work with. I had other roofing companies check my roof and tell me there was no damage to report to insurance. "Waste of my time" is how they each put it. Ryan came to my house and upon inspection broke down each and every reason why I had significant damage worth reporting. He took several images, helped upload them all to the insurance company, and even walked me through the process. Called APC Roofing in Palm Coast for an inspection after storm damage. Taylor and Aaron were very professional and personable. Taylor assisted me through the insurance claims process, meeting with the adjuster, scheduling and answering any questions I had. Aaron met with the city inspector and took care of that end of things. The office girls were right on top of things. Jonathan, the foreman was great to work with. The crew was very professional and respectful. Roof and gutters were replaced in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily even in the pouring rain one day leaving no debris in the yard or driveway. I am highly recommending APC Roofing in Palm Coast for your roofing needs.
