We had a bib burst that led to minor damage in our basement bedroom, requiring water damage repair (ceiling drywall replacement).

When we contacted this company, Sergio arrived at our home on an Monday and assessed the situation. He stated he would provide a quote no later than Wednesday. We didn’t hear anything back.

I attempt to follow up that Thursday and was ignored. My husband followed up on Friday and received a text back, with apologies, and a promise to turn a quote for the work quickly.

Since then, given that I was ignored — my husband has reached out several times with no response.

We are selling our home and have been showing it with the damage, unfortunately. It hasn’t gone well.

The lack of responsiveness is truly unprofessional. If Sergio didn’t want to, or couldn’t do the work (for whatever reason), he should have just said so.

Very happy with the job he did. Sergio went above and beyond to get the job done. I recommend him to anyone who needs drywall and paint done. Reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Very happy with the job done. He went above and beyond the make sure this project was done on time as it was a last minute project, but nonetheless was able to fit me in his busy schedule.
