Great company and customer service! They stepped in after another plumber canceled last minute and made sure I was taken care of. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will use them again!

Remodel of lower level, 2 bedrooms and 1 small offshoot room (office/library) , finishing walls, and new textured ceiling. This included electrical, heat/air vents. They did a wonderful job, making sure cleaning up after themselves. Very communicative, friendly and flexible. So appreciative of their hard work.

I have used Anvalang for many projects at my house: bathroom and kitchen sink installs, securing stairway railing, hanging large bathroom mirrors, install cabinets, install bathroom vanity, install vanity light fixture. Most recently install new toilet, replace water shut off valve, remove and replace sub floor under the toilet and install new laminate flooring. I am always extremely pleased with the work and their pricing!!! Very hardworking, excellent quality, on time and I will be a customer for life!

Carlos is an excellent technician. Carlos and his crew replaced my bathroom exhaust fan. He had to inspect the wiring and roof vent. He was very reassuring that he could replace the exhaust vent and install the fan. He did an excellent job. The crew cleaned the area as well. I'm very happy with this company and will call on them in the future if the need arises.

Carlos moved my treadmill from one room to another. It involved breaking the machine down, moving it and reassembling it. He did it quickly and carefully.

Received text informing me they were on their way, arrived earlier than expected which was great. Took care of the installation of kitchen faucet in no time flat. I had the incorrect pipe fixtures, he had the correct ones in his supply for nominal charge.

I'm very pleased with the painting and wallpaper removal. But I'm 100% disappointed in the amount of dust from sanding that was left behind...on both of my levels. I'm wondering how the walls could be painted in that condition. Every surface is covered from the cloud of dust that came up over two floors. My new $4000 floor may be ruined if I can't find something to get rid of the dust residue. Even after vacuuming and using swifter wet cloths, it still looks bad. This is going to take weeks to make it livable again.

Hired Anvalang to upgrade my entryway door closet and couldn’t be more happy with the results. They got the job done on time and were very professional with all the work they did for start to end. This business is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever worked with. Carlos and Raphael were awesome. But the woman that runs this business is very rude and unprofessional. She schedules them for different jobs at the same time. So you’ll clear your calendar, sit at home and wait for them and they won’t show up because she booked them for other jobs at the same time as yours. And she will hang up on you, and ignore your messages. Save yourself the headache and hire real professionals

They have replaced two threshold’s and are coming back to install a storm door and work on other small projects. We have been very pleased.

Quality and Customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in my adult life. The woman who manages the projects and does the scheduling is rude, combative, and uncooperative. During one call she actually hung up on me in the middle of a conversation.

If you’re looking for a tremendous amount of frustration, disappointment, stress and conflict then this company is the one for you!

Stay as far away as possible and tell your friends.

Had an appointment scheduled for some repairs. Scheduled a few days in advance and was given a time window as to when to expect them. After the time frame had passed for when they were supposed to come I called to see if I should still expect someone to show. I was told by the lady who answered that she would find out and call me back. Waited another 2 hours and called back, no answer. So, very unprofessional, no show and definitely on time. Would not recommend unless you have time to waste.

I've have them do multiple services over the past 3 years and I have been Happy with all the work they have done; closet organizers, High vaulted ceiling fan, tv wall mounting, bathroom vanity etc. I would highly recommend them. Very trustworthy husband & wife team. Most recently I had him to install a new garage door opener and keypad. It's working perfectly.

Purchased a grill through Amazon. They texted the night before to make sure the grill had arrived, and when they came the next day for assembly, they were fast and professional. Grill looks great!

I am so disappointed in this company. We had worked with them twice before and were very happy with them. It has been a little over a year and Irene gave us a quote for replacing the front door and doing some work to our ceiling in the kitchen where a water stain is from when they fixed our facuates in the tub. I had told them I would get back in touch to set-up a date. Now we are ready for the front door with the screen door and frame to get done. I emailed them....no response. So I sent a text and Irene did reply back to me on July 5th that she will get back to me with a date as to when they can come out. Nothing......I had sent her 3 more messages. I am so disappointed

Purchased through Amazon to assemble a home gym. First time they were scheduled they missed the target time and had to reschedule. Before the second visit, I specifically emailed them and asked that I be the first assembly of the day (8am). At 10am I get an email stating it would be rescheduled again to another day. I've asked Amazon to find a different group to assemble this on the third try. Terrible.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a range hood with installation through Amazon. I thought that Amazon pre screened contractors for competence, licensing, proper insurance etc. Service was scheduled for Friday. Anvalang Home Service called me to confirm and I discussed that I did not have a range hood currently and they would need to install a duct. She said yes we know. The crew will need access to your attic. I told her I live in a two story house, she said okay.

They called later to say that they couldn't be here Friday they would come on Saturday. I had taken work off Friday for this and now I had to cancel two other appointments on Saturday.

The crew of three men, arrived two hours late. They were very confused that they couldn't cut a hole in my ceiling and called their supervisor, the same woman I had spoken to before. She said they could not do this work it needed a permit. I asked her if they would go to the City pull a permit and come back and she said no, they expect homeowners to get the permit and they don't do permit work. HUGE red flag! I've never had a contractor tell me it is my responsibility to get a permit. Checked my City's website and they only issue permits to the person performing the actual work. An experienced contractor would know this.

They left and I called Amazon who verified that I had indicated on my order that I would need the range hood ducted and they had hired a contractor that could do this work. Amazon then put me on hold and called Anavalang Home Services and was told the same story about permits.

This company might be fine for cleaning houses but they should not be portraying themselves as contractors. Their website states no remodeling job is too big or small. They even offer plumbing and electrical services which requires well trained licensed plumbers or electricians that can do permitted work! Based on my experience, I would never hire them as contractors.

I cancelled the service through Amazon and got an email from
Anavalang that the reason they couldn't perform the service was that the range hood I bought could only be vented through the roof. This is not true. I read through the installation manual thoroughly and verified with the manufacturer that this hood can be vented either through the roof or an outside wall.

In my opinion, this job was above their competence level and I would respect this company more if they just admitted this rather than making excuses. I would be extremely cautious about using them for anything but the cleaning services outlined on their website.
