Tonight has put me at ease. Working with Tyler to get our much needed window replacement taken care of was easy and affordable. He has such a charismatic professionalism about him that makes it easy to work with him.
We have been lucky enough to have used CRI a couple of times in the past and cannot praise them enough for the work that each and every person (from for knockers to sales to installation) have put in to help us with our windows. They have all taken a very stressful situation for us homeowners and made it an enjoyable experience everytime! The windows themselves have made a world of difference not only in curb appeal but in efficiency too. No more cold drafts for this family! Thank you for continously being my "go to" for home projects!

Mike and Kevin were awesome—they stopped to help me, provided great service, and offered very fair pricing. They took the time to explain everything about the product and even gave me a full breakdown. Really appreciated their time and professionalism.

Taylor and Tyler came out today and presented a proposal for two new patio doors. They did an excellent job in presentation and answered all our questions! Would recommend them again!

We had gutters installed on the front and back of garage. I've been needing gutters for quite a while but didn't know who to go through. Custom Remodelers, Inc. was going door to door, so I thought I would give it a shot. The price was very affordable. Jesse The Gutter Guy along with his son and a lady that helped to organize the materials, was phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for better job well done. If you ever get a chance to meet Jesse, he's the type of guy you could talk to all day. My neighbor was so impressed with his work that he wanted all of the information I could give him for Custom Remodelers, Inc and the crew that installed it. Please, consider having Jesse and his crew to install your gutters, you won't be disappointed.

CRI, and Ty the installer, did a very good job with our service door. The high quality of the door is evident and installation was neat, fast, and clean. Best door in the house now but that’s important for a neglected service door because it needs to be.

We just had three windows replaced by CRI and had a really great experience and can't wait to have them back to do even more!

We originally had Caleb M. out, who spent a lot of time with us listening to what we were looking for, how CRI could help us, and the differences between their windows and others'. Caleb was really personable and very knowledgeable and passionate about CRI and its services and we couldn't say "no"

There was a very short follow-up appointment to measure our existing space for the windows to be made-to-fit.

Once our windows had been built, Serghei B. and another gentleman came out promptly at the scheduled date and time to remove the existing windows and install the new. They both were great! Very professional and polite and focused on doing the best job. In just a few short hours, our windows were fully replaced and the space cleaned up such that you couldn't tell any work had been done at all.

We are so impressed with the whole process and would recommend CRI for any future window projects and we intend to engage them for more windows and for siding when we get to that point (likely next year).

We had Shane and Kensie out this past week installing our new windows in our house and they were wonderful! From working with rain and humid weather, to us asking them to be done with work sooner than they usually do for our son to be able to wind down for the night, to the wonderful windows they installed. I had a question about the windows and Shane was quick to let me know what was going on. These guys are awesome! Loved they're company too! They worked great with our almost 2yr old running around being interested in what they were doing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Max for a new door. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He even came back with a smile to redo the paperwork when I changed my mind on the color of the door.

Did a great job. The door is awesome. Really changed the look of the house. He did a wonderful job.

Justin and Tyler were fantastic to talk with about window replacements. Very personable and knowledgeable about the different technology that separates CRI from the others

7/28/25. Ty came out to do our door replacement today. He was here on time and was professional and very courteous. He was thorough and careful about everything he did. We appreciate how much he did to make things look good. Thanks, Ty!

I would recommend the crew that was at my house. They Curtis courtesy is no problem with them. They’re polite and they clean up after themselves and make sure everything is all picked up.

The workers were fantastic polite Curtis courtesy was no problem. I would recommend their workmanship to anyone that is looking for siding and windows.

Jim & Travis did an amazing job. They worked efficiently and answered all of the questions that I had in the process.

Scheduled a door install and the salesman was pushy,they scheduled the work for winter time and then rescheduled 3 times due to the weather then rescheduled a 4th time because they ordered the wrong door this caused me to lose 4 days of work, when they finally installed the door it went fine and the quality is good but they ordered the wrong trim so had to come back again and when they did the trim didn't fit and they said there was nothing they could do because it was the largest size available so we are on the hook to repair the drywall and redo the trim work and when I called to ask for some kind of discount they said they would get back to me the next day,a week later I had to call again and they said they would contact me the following day,that was 4 days ago. Door quality good, customer service very poor and install quality mid. Probably won't use them again.

My home in New Brighton was recently resided by a Custom Remodelers team led by Carlos Gordillo. He and his three team members worked diligently, and completed the project in 4 working days. I'm completely satisfied with their work. They were very professional, answered all my questions, and responded to my requests. They were respectful of my property, and attentive to clean up afterwards. I highly recommend them for your home siding project!

Mr Siler arrived to discuss replacing some windows, doors and wrapping various items around these projects. He was very knowledgeable and experienced about what he was offering to us. His knowledge and understanding of our projects and situation help guide us to a beginning project that I hope keeps CRI in our future projects.

Tyler and Caleb helped me through the process of getting new doors. I’m a new homeowner so they made the process very easy and felt comfortable through it.

Max and Mike visited for a consultation and was very professional and informative. They answered all of my questions and were very polite.

Mike called to let me know he’d be here the next morning. He was personable, friendly and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving.

The sales team listened tom my needs and the service tea, Jim and Travis, did an excellent job installing my windows and making sure I had all my detectors working for the inspection. Updating window installation. Crew did a fantastic job! They worked so hard, kept their work space clean . My new windows are fantastic . CRI has been very easy to work with; from initial contact to my sale consultant, Rod , measure team and window/ soft metals installation team. Very professional and extremely efficient.

Ty did an outstanding job replacing my old door, worked clean, friendly and knowledgeable. The old door was rotted out, with plants, dirt and ants filled in every crack. Would hire him again in a heart beat.

After winning $20,000 for free windows at the State Fair from Custom Remodelers, Inc., Steve came out to do an estimate for me. He was very professional. He explained everything in great detail. I was very impressed with the literature on how the windows are manufactured. He assured me that the wood trim will match the rest of my wood trim. I really appreciate CRI for doing this giveaway. Some of my current windows were beginning to steam up on the inside, and it was definitely time to replace them. I'm really looking forward to this project. Thank you CRI!!

My windows were installed 5-27-25 by Jim and Travis. This was top notch professionalism. Their speed, accuracy, and attention to detail was astounding. The custom-built windows are absolutely beautiful and perfectly match the rest of my windows. I am still in awe. I just placed an order for more windows to replace others with broken seals. Second time I've used this company and it was just as good as the first. We got high quality windows and doors at great prices. Salesmen were very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went great and the work was top notch. I would highly recommend.

Great Service! I am happy with the finished product. Max was great sales rep. I had new siding installed by Joel, and the customer service and work provided was excellent. The project took a little longer than anticipated, but I am happy with the great work and craftsmanship. I didn't even ask or request this, but Joel went above and beyond by helping to take care of my dog while away at work. I work long hours.
Any future projects, Custom Remodelers, Inc. will be my first call. I hope to do business with them again in the future.
