Top Hat Services - Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing

I recommend Top Hat Services for roof and window cleaning. For windows inside the home they are respectful and careful. Outside, they've been able to get the job done without damaging my plants and hostas. They've provided services for me several times since 2019 and I would use them again.

Top Hat Services did a great job with my gutters, concrete, windows, and house washing. They responded immediately when I requested an estimate and they were able to schedule service within a week. They showed up on time, the work they did was thorough, the guy who completed the work was professional and efficient. Money well spent and I will use this company again in the future.

I had the BEST experience with Top Hat Services! Their website makes it easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment. Their follow-up system confirming my appointment and reminding me of my appointment was great! Justin, the owner of Top Hat, was super responsive when I had questions. I was impressed that their method of washing my exterior windows, even the second story ones, didn't require them putting a ladder against my siding or gutters. They are able to do the work from the ground and the rinse method they use left our windows spotless! I couldn't imagine how we could possibly get streak free windows without using a squeegee but we did. Our windows look amazing! Josh, the technician who came to our home, was friendly, respectful and answered all of our questions. It was obvious that he cared about giving us a high quality job. I'm looking forward to having Top Hat Services back in the Fall to clean our windows before winter sets in.

Worked with my schedule and accommodated my small job. Tried over and over to get the windows perfect, but on the old, neglected windows, some dirt remained between the panes of glass. Nice people too.

After realizing I had saplings growing in my gutters since last year's service, I scheduled a gutter, window + screen, and track cleaning. As always, the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Amber was super helpful, friendly, and responsive in getting everything scheduled, and Mason and Ben were right on time the day of the service. They did excellent work and left everything neat and tidy when they packed up. The work and communication were both impeccable; I'll absolutely continue to use Top Hat annually for property upkeep!

Justin and his team knocked it out of the park. We had our house siding and windows washed (interior/exterior). We also had the window seals and screens cleaned. All in all I'm happy with the quality of work and the care that was give for my home. Communication was excellent and on time. Will definitely use again.

Great job overall however I feel the tech may have missed my four small garage door window panes which are still pretty thick with dirt. I did count those four panels in with my quote for payment too. He was also one hour late.

Our technician (Andrew) was early, extremely thorough, and took time to do the job right. I don't think the windows have ever been this clean! He also asked if it was OK where he parked the truck, if he could move the bed to get better access to windows behind the headboard, etc. He was fun to talk to and took time to explain things when I had questions. We felt sorry for him because it was such a cold day to be outside working with cold water.

Justin was great! Got me a quote quickly and was able to come out less than a week later. The windows are beautiful, it almost looks like you are looking directly outside and not through glass they are so clean. He also cleaned the screens and the window tracks. He was quick, professional, and even put up with our German Shepherd who kept trying to bug him! The service was 100% worth it.

We were very satisfied with the Spring wash of our home and window cleaning that we decided to do a Fall window cleaning with Top Hat. It is so much easier with an outstanding outcome than trying to do it ourselves. We are older so it was money well spent

Top Hat Services is an excellent company. In the Spring they cleaned my gutters and did a fantastic job. I had lots of maple seeds stuck in the screens over my gutters and they got them all out.

Top Hat did a fantastic job cleaning the outside of our home recently. When we purchased the home there was algae and mold on two sides of the siding and we couldn't get it off with an expensive power washer. In came top hat and did the job wonderfully. On time, professional, responsive and FAST. So glad we left it to the professionals, our exterior looks brand new and no more green yuck on the side of our home.

We were very pleased with the way windows were washed inside and out. Each pane was washed, squeegeed and toweled. Sills, screens and area between window and screen carefully cleaned. We saw them attend to bad spots. Workers very respectful of us and our home. We will use them again.

I was a little worried since the scheduling was all online and I wasn’t able to talk to anyone before the service, but when the gentlemen showed up, they reviewed the package I chose and answered all questions so I knew exactly what to expect. It was great and I plan to use Top Hat again.
