He left wood exposed on the edges of the roof. He didn’t do the dormers right and they leak, and are covered in tarp until I can have the whole roof stripped and redone. He also did a terrible job on an additional room, left it undone and exposed to the elements after taking the final payment. He bought the most expensive metal roofing and then used it t as external walls on the additional room. His work is uneven, poorly measured, he wasted insulation and ruined it and and left 18 bags of cement in an area that leaks and ruined it. He knows that I’m a single mother and living in an RV while waiting for this shed conversion to be done, and he intentionally routined it and robbed me of the lady payment of over a thousand dollars. He’s cost me time and about $4000 in terrible construction. He’s a fraud, a con, and a liar. I’ll add photos in a few days.
