Thought I posted this already, but it must not have published . Built a home with Chris two years ago and we had a great experience . Building a home is stressful and exciting simultaneously. Chris is honest and trustworthy. He has a whole system setup to make the process flow smoothly from start to finish. We are already considering using him to build another home for us. Highly recommend!

Anthem homes was a really great company to work with for building our home. Willing to answer any questions and willing to walk you through any and all processes of building. They have great people that they use to build and they are very transparent with any and all spending.

Chris and his team are great at what they do. Extremely fast without losing any attention to detail. They deliver a great product and are trustworthy, hard working and truly care about their clients.

Chris and Quinn Keller of Anthem Homes are exceptional. We built a house in Florida while living in Montana. My husband and I were initially full of trepidation. This was quickly replaced with comfort as we were sent daily photos and reports. Frankly, we were blown away by how quickly the house went up, their meticulous attention to detail, and the genuine personal investment both Chris and Quinn had in the outcome. They worked with our budget and helped us to stay on target.

Since moving in, I have had several new neighbors that witnessed the construction state that Chris and Quinn were on site daily, including many weekends. My parents were on site often as well and stated that they could not believe the level of efficiency and care at the construction site.

My husband is an architect and designed the home. Despite being a new plan to the Anthem team, they successfully executed every detail. We worked through all questions and decisions without issue. They also showed the utmost patience with our (my) ; ) frequent questions.

I feel like the Anthem Homes team has become part of our "circle" of people and couldn't feel more blessed. Thank you, Anthem Homes!

Anthem Homes exceeded our expectations as our general contractor in Fernandina Beach, Florida. We happened to be thousands of miles away in Montana. As an architect with 30 years of work experience, I knew what could go wrong. However, Anthem has a process of preplanning and exceptional communication that preemptively mitigates common issues. Detailed selections were done far in advance with their delightful design team. This made the building process predictable and enjoyable. Chris and Quinn are genuine, fair and honest. Their level of integrity is notable.

We would hire Anthem Homes tomorrow if we wanted to do another project. In fact, it is hard not to imagine doing so....

Building a new home can be daunting, but my experience with Anthem Homes was exceptional. I’m demanding when it comes to quality and details, but Chris Keller and his team exceeded even my high expectations! Working with Anthem was a pleasure from groundbreaking to closing. My project came in on-time and on-budget and I enjoyed complete financial and schedule transparency. My lot was problematic due to poor drainage and access, further complicated by strong storms and persistent wet weather during construction. Despite these challenges, Chris was steadfast, balanced the schedule and delivered an outstanding product in just over four months…amazingly quick for a custom home! Whenever I became anxious, he relieved my stress by assuring me that everything was going to be OK…then delivered. Chris was on-site daily overseeing his team of dependable subcontractors. We are enjoying our new home. The builder has been very responsive to our questions and the house seems well built. He has provided us a book that answers so many questions on appliances and who to contact if there are problems. He even had hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper on premises for us. Despite the challenges of building in 2022, with all the material shortages and long lead times for components, our home was completed in eight months. The job site was always clean and we were kept informed of the construction schedule.
