I required a fair amount of interviewing roofing contractors to learn more of what was out there. Jay Anderson Roofing in Sussex Co., Delaware turned out to be "head and shoulders" over the 4 others that I called. Not only did he "school" me on the state of the art roofing products today, but he was patient and professional. I've been in sales all of my life and I could recognize the typical "con" of overcharging and other non-impressive tactics which I experienced with some of the other vendors. I was able to decide what was necessary and what was not.

One of the other vendors only showed me 3 color choices, (I'm sure that was what he had most of on hand), while Jay showed me the official sample book which had over 12 color choices/designs. Offering a pile of discounts from that other vendor, (made to look as if I was saving so much $), Jay simply had a formula that was thousands under the other 3 vendors.

I decided to call my very honest plumber who referred me to Jay, and that allowed me to contact Jay as a last chance effort!
