The team at Anderson Roofing provided a quote, outlined what it came with and they delivered a really great roof. The guys were professional and provided me with updates at the end of the day as I was concerned about the underlayment. These guys really delivered a nice looking roof and cleaned up the job site making us feel great about choosing them as our roofing contractor.

My roof was caving in, we haired them and got a brand new roof. They showed up, did the job and cleaned up afterwards.

We had already heard good things about Anderson Roofing when we engaged them to re-roof our Mill Creek home. The owner, Greg Reiswig, came out to assess the project, and talked me through everything which would happen. He gave the impression of being very transparent and upfront with everything, and being "honest as the day is long."

I had always assumed that a project of this sort would involve a bit of inconvenience on the part of the homeowner, but I was delighted at how light a "footprint" the Anderson crew left on our property and our lives. They arrived exactly on schedule, did their work efficiently, carefully protected our lawn, and cleaned up after themselves meticulously. And they left behind them a quality roof.

Needless to say, I have recommended – and will continue to recommend -- Anderson Roofing to anyone seeking my opinion. Thanks, Greg! – Maylan Schurch

I am a contractor and Anderson Roofing has done at least 10 roofs for me. They do great work, have fair pricing, clean up the jobsite daily, and run an overall great roofing company. They do residential and commercial, shingles and torchdown.

As a small builder in the Seattle area I hire many different sub-contractors. The one true professional I can always count on is Greg from Anderson Roofing. Anderson Roofing has installed numerous roofs for me over the last ten years, and always from start to finish my experience with them has been fabulous! Material always pre-delivered, the install crew always on schedule and on time. The job is always done in an expeditious manner, which is important when I have other sub-contractors on the schedule. I also really like that the Company has a full time safety monitor on each and every one of my jobs! When the crew wraps up at the end of a day, I get full satisfaction of seeing a professionally installed roof on one my new houses. Thanks Greg and Anderson Roofing!

I would recommend Anderson Roofing to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof. Even though they are a very busy company, they were able to get the roof (and about 75% of the wood framing beneath) replaced on the fixer home my husband and I purchased in a reasonable amount of time and did a superb job! This roof was not your average roof replacement... It was rotted through the ceilings in half of the house and required an extensive amount of tear off and then replacement of wood framing followed by application of the composition roofing materials. I would describe their roofing company as thourough, detailed, and customer focused, with a set of values that outmatch other companies out there (roofing or otherwise). I also am pleased to know that they have been a family owned and operated company since their beginnings. Definitely my first choice next time I need a roof replacement or repair and definitely my #1 recommendation for those looking for help with their personal or business roof issues.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
