Randy was awesome - fast and efficient but caught all the little things that an untrained eye might not catch. The report they put out is very detailed, with pictures, so you really get an idea of what they identified. As first time home buyers this experience was invaluable.

Anchor Residential Home inspection was great. Ryan was very Accommodating when we had to flip our schedule around. He was very thorough and included lots of photos with his report. He did the Radon Test, which showed that the house had extremely high levels. If we hadn’t of had the test, we would have never known. We also did comprehensive water testing, along with pests and termites . He was very helpful in explaining everything and finding everything that would be , or become an issue . Ryan was excellent. He was meticulous at his job. Seem to cover every little detail. When it came to testing the water, my wife had many questions about the water yield and water quality. Ryan was able to explain each aspect at a professional level while at the same time breaking it down into layman's terms so she could understand. He was knowledgeable and a true professional.

I had a Standard Residential Inspection done and Randy was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and very informative about what he is looking for and what I should be aware of.

Anchor Home Inspection conducted a standard residential home inspection on a 195 year old house that we are in the process of purchasing. Ryan who did the Inspection was very professional throughout the process taking time to explain his findings and keeping us fully informed. His knowledge and understanding of features of this antique home was excellent and his attention to detail was faultless. The written report was available later that day and was very detailed with written assessments supplemented by photo's .

Ryan was really great and very familiar with his job. Getting to know Ryan before the inspection he was very passionate and knowledgeable about his job. As he went through the house for the inspection he engaged in conversation and made me feel comfortable that i picked the right inspector. After his inspection he gave a detailed report of the home inside and out with parts of the house that need imitate work and concerns that may not need work now but to budget for. Ryan at Anchor Home Inspection was able to get us in for a home inspection within 2 days of a seller accepting our offer on a home. This was my first time ever having an inspection done, and Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful. I had his regular home inspection as well as Radon test and water quality and water flow test. I should preface this with I ask a lot of questions, I want to learn as much as I can. Ryan answered not just all my questions but also pointed out other things I didn’t even think about, and gave pointers on how to do some DIY stuff. No question too stupid, Ryan answered everything I asked, and wasn’t annoyed!
One of the best things Ryan did for us was show and tell our realtor anything he thought was really bad. We saw some termite damage and Ryan explained to us how they come, what they did and even the repairs that were done but also took time to explain it to our realtor. After the inspection Ryan did a final walk through with us asked if we had any questions and let us know that if we did have any questions even after he left (which I did) to text or call him, that’s what he’s for. AND the inspection report was back that same night!
I cannot recommend Ryan enough, he made the whole experience so much better than I was hoping it would be.

Ryan’s report helped us make an educated decision on a home that saved us from a ‘money pit.’ We were there during the inspection and he was so patient with our questions and took the time to show us different things - like a cracked foundation, a low stream sink, and a half finished roof. Through Ryan’s report we learned the water wasn’t potable! I could go on and on - Ryan went above and beyond. We highly recommend and will definitely work with Ryan again.
