I 100% recommend Anatom, I called them around 8pm after my house caught on fire and they arrived 20 minutes later to take care of all the water damaged and made sure everything was dried and also dealt with the fire mitigation part, they have great customer service will answer to every single question you have, and the owner Tom is on it will answer his phone 24/7 and he’s really friendly.

Anatom is a business with integrity. Nate was patient and knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions! Another company tried to scare me and was going to charge thousands of dollars to tear apart my hallway. Nate came out soon after I talked to Tiffany (who was also very helpful), and after looking at the damage in my home, he had the integrity to tell me that what I was already doing was enough to dry out my home and keep mold from growing. I'm so thankful! It saved money and it kept me from having my hallway ripped apart. Phew! I hope I never have water in my home again, but if I do, I'm calling Anatom. Thank you, Nate!

The team of Anatom were nothing short of professionals. From the office manager Tiffany, to the tech Dan and his partner (sorry I didn't catch his name. The nice guy that is as tall as the house lol). From my initial contact, they were able to get out and begin work in less than 24 hours. When I had a question about my invoice, they quickly responded within minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This is a good company; I've dealt with some poor contractors, and I'm a pretty tough judge. I've hired them twice now for flood cleanup & mold remediation.

They came when they said they would --4 or 5 times in 13 days-- to remove wet insulation, treat surfaces to prevent mold, and check gear & readings. They left the equipment on until the place was the % humidity they said it would be.

The team answered their phones every time I called, and so did the owner.

We used Anatom Restoration back in January 2023 because our basement flooded with about a foot of water. It just so happened to be New Year’s Day and Anatom were the only company that responded to our call. To our amazement they made the effort to come out that same day to begin assessing the damage and to begin moving their equipment into the house. At all times, they were extremely honest and professional in their communication with us. They were also very helpful in navigating what the insurance claim process would look like - something that my own insurance company did even do. I highly recommend their services to anyone that is in need of water restoration!

My basement unfortunately flooded so I reached out and they were able to put me on the schedule quickly. Their techs had great communication and arrived on time. These guys are great and honest. My basement flooded after the heavy rains and they came in after I managed to do most of the cleanup myself. Rather than pressuring me to pay for services I didn't really need, they recommended I actually finish the job myself and gave me pointers on how to do it right. All free of charge. Can't recommended these guys enough. I will definitely be calling Anatom the next time I need flood restoration services. They've def earned my trust.

AVOID this company! Absolute Crooks! They sounded great on the phone. Oh sure we can be there in the morning. At first when I called they tried to back out of showing up at all. Once they finally showed up.. A few hours after my scheduled time. They tried to charge me $1500 to put their equipment( Which by the way the equipmentis around 1500 to by yourself). SERVPRO charged 500. I don't know where all these 5 star reviews are from. Probably paid reviews from friends and family. If you read this and you have thousands of dollars and like to get taken advantage of then by all means give it to them. But i don't appreciate companies that take advantage of people. Especially people who need help. My advice is try someone else. They obviously don't care about people and just want to make as much money as possible during rainstorms. I understand making profit but charging that much to just drop off a dehumidifier and some fans is ridiculous! I hope I can at least help 1 person. I had multiple other companies willing to come out but NO I put them off for these crooks just to have them show up and ask me to clean out my savings account for them. Of course I then I had to call the others back. Waste of my time but I am glad I didn't pay them

Jason and T were very communicative through the entire process. They explained how everything worked and gave me daily updates on the progress. They would call in the morning to let me know when they would be at the house and were always on time.

I had a water pipe that burst while I was out of town that caused some flooding, and Anatom came in to dry things out. The crew supervisor called me 2 or 3 times a day with constant updates, keeping me in the loop. Another great thing about Anatom is the professionalism with which they document their work. They do very thorough paperwork, which smooths things over with insurance for the reimbursement. Excellent water mitigation, great communication and detailed documentation - highly recommended company.

My experience with Anatom was fantastic. During a carpet installation, I found water damage and mold below the baseboard in my basement. Anatom was my first call, and I am very glad it was. They had a crew out to the house in 30 minutes to survey the issue. They diagnosed very quickly and jumped right into action to cut out the affected area and get everything clean. They were very honest and upfront about all pricing and what steps were necessary (and unnecessary) to fix the problem. The two gentlemen doing the work were very knowledgeable and efficient. Tom, the owner, is very responsive to any questions and follow-up items. If you are unfortunate enough to have an issue in the realm of mold or water damage, Anatom should be your first and only phone call.

Called them last night because of some growth from a leaking hot water heater. First thing this morning they came to take a look and said we didn't need their services, at least not at a level that would meet their minimum charge. They didn't feel comfortable charging that much for so little work.

They then recommended a GREAT plumber who's doing an amazing job handling the whole situation and a great price.

If we ever have anything resembling a mold issue, I'm calling Anatom first.

I found Anatom on line after a very hard rain caused flooding in our basement. Jason got back to me promptly. Though they must have been busy Jason was at my house within an hour, gave me a bid and got started on cleanup. They did a great job. This is a well run outfit. Highly recommended.

We had a flood related to the install of a replacement tub. Anatom was called in by the tub company for flood damages in our family room. Anatom responded quickly same day on a Saturday. They were professional, communicative, courteous and thorough. We really appreciated their work to quickly get us back on the road to use of our family room. All the guys were great (Dese, Dan & Jason), but we especially appreciated Jason who was kind and showed compassion.

Anatom sent a mitigation team within hours of my call and mitigated our home immediately. Team was experienced, friendly, and nice. When I discovered there was a leak somewhere in my utility room and water had soaked part of the carpet outside, I had no idea who to call and started reading the reviews. I never know how much to trust the reviews but in this case they were right on and I chose the right company.

Jason and Dan came out the afternoon of the morning I called, assessed the situation and and gave some options. I decided to have them do the work and they immediately got started, brought in the fans and dehumidifier, took out the portion of the pad that was wet and got everything going to dry out the carpet. Jason also located the leak, which was at a coupling in the sump pump pipes. That is why I couldn’t find it - it only leaked when the pump was on. Jason straightened out the pipes and tightened the coupling so it was no longer leaking. It was going to take 4-5 days to get everything dried out but they stopped by during that time to be sure everything was working OK.

They were great people to work with and obviously take pride in their work, replacing some of the insulation that had gotten wet and doing a super job. They were very clean workers and made sure everything was tidy when they were done.

I hope never to have a problem like this again, but if I did, I would definitely call them and they earned my 5 star recommendation!

Nate and Dan were AMAZING! So responsive, very thorough, reassuring, and kind. They gave me daily updates on the progress of they drying out process, they moved all of our personal belongings from our lower level into a storage container which they coordinated the delivery of, and they coordinated with asbestos abatement company and the insurance company. They made a very stressful situation much more bearable. Would highly recommend!

Jason and Dan were incredible at getting our basement back to safe and clean condition after some pretty bad water leakage and mold. They were able to come the same day that we called which was really nice and a relief. Jason was easy to get a hold of whenever we had any questions and always kept us in the loop with what was going on throughout the time they were working in our home. They always kept the area they were working super clean and neat which is impressive considering all the equipment they had to bring up and down our basement stairs. When I called and spoke to Nathan he was so helpful and reassuring that they would do all they can to help me with my water damage. We had a dishwasher leakage that led to a severe damage on our kitchen hardwood floors back in December, 2021. I found Anatom Restoration through the referral of a friend of mine who was very happy with their professionalism and work in a similar situation. At the time I reached out to Anatom, the authorization of my insurance company for mitigation was not certain, but Anatom's main motivation was to inspect if there was severe water existence and if an immediate mitigation should be performed. They were very fast to come by my house and give me a free estimate. Jason and Nate were the technicians, and they were much helpful for me to understand the underlying risks and TO-DO's. I'd like to especially thank Jason for his very strong communication and continuous support for me to understand everything throughout the process. They even offered to install several of their equipment in my basement and the kitchen just to avoid any further damage and to remove all of them without any issues if the insurance company of mine does not authorize the process. All my experience was that they were focused on getting me safe and free of further water damage underneath the hardwood floors. I don't think I could be happier with another company than Anatom Restoration on the first water mitigation need of my life (that was only the first few months of mine owning a single family house).

We had a pipe burst over the weekend and while searching for a plumber, we stumbled upon Anatom. They came out within an hour of the call to assess the damage. They took a ton of photos (for insurance) and thorough documentation. They worked quickly and efficiently to set up the dry out and came to the house every day until it was complete; they were diligent about ensuring the process was smooth. The 5-star reviews says it all! The back of our fridge had a leak for some time which we didn't notice until we found water damage on our basement ceiling. After pulling out the fridge we found that the hardwood floor was rotten all the way to the subfloor. So I searched for water damage restoration companies in my nearby area and called Anatom because of their great reviews. And I cannot be happier that I did!

From the first call with Tom (the owner) all the way to even after their work was done, they have been nothing but professional. Jason, Nate, and Matt were the team that worked on our home and you can tell that they genuinely cared about my family's safety, which meant a lot because we have a 3-year old that likes to run around the house constantly. And sadly is not the case with many companies out there these days.

Jason gave me a courtesy call every time to let me know they were on their way, and also arrived on time. Tom and his crew did a great job of mold remediation at our house. They did a thorough inspection of the area where mold was detected, then a day later supplied us with a detailed, line by line itemized estimate of what they proposed to do, including taking steps to make sure the mold doesn’t return. There was clear communication throughout the repair process, and we are pleased with the final results.

We used Anatom because of the great reviews online and we loved them! They were efficient, responsive, and put our extreme worries to ease. They worked directly with our insurance. We worked with Nate, Jason and Reggie as our primary technicians and they were all professional, and helpful. Reggie even identified other work, Unrelated to our sewage back up and was able to bring these matters to our attention quickly so we could repair those as well.

Company was very responsive and thorough in the evaluation of the extent of the water infiltration and damages. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable on the procedures for correcting the damages. Would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done correctly.

Had a water line burst and flood my basement. Theses guys rearranged their schedule and showed up the next morning. They got everything dried and even secured a dumpster to get rid of the damage for far less than I could find on my own. Even after the job I had issues getting the payment from my insurance. Rather than have me pay penalties or fees, they worked with me and waited patiently until things worked out. I honestly felt like for once I mattered as a customer.

Highly recommend. They came out very quickly after we called (beat the plumber by a few hours). They were transparent about the entire process and did a great job securing the equipment away from my toddlers and pets which kept us from needing a hotel. It’s really stressful dealing with a leak in your home and losing access to an area while it dries and gets repaired. However, getting great service like we got with Anatom (and Tom) really helps with getting through the process.

Tom came out within 30 minutes and gave me an honest assessment of my water damage. Thankfully it was not as bad as I thought and He told me what I needed to do to make it right. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had any water issues!
