Sandra and Cristian were very helpful and responsive when communicating with them on the phone and through email. Their bids were very competitive compared to the other companies that I looked at, but American West Roofing won me over with the great customer service I just mentioned. The workmanship on both my roof and gutters was fantastic, plus the work area was cleaned up after completion. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

This review is a bit overdue. I am generally not one to use Social Media and crowdsourcing etc.

When looking for a roofer I wanted someone I could trust and who was not one of the fly by night operations that show up on your doorstep after a storm and try to sell their services.

Kevin with American West was very easy to work with all the work was performed swiftly and with little concern. Cleanup was prompt and any issues were addressed immediately.

I am hoping the roof we have does not need serve again anytime in the near future but would use them again.

I had a phenomenal experience with American West Roofing when I was in a pinch with the sale of my home. Sandra and Luis were extremely knowledgable in all their products and pricing as well as timeline for getting things done. Not only that, but they were proactive and up to date on all city codes that were needed to be completed/updated to allow the inspection to pass without issue. They worked quickly and took care of all the backend work for my claim with my insurance company to get the process started and completed within less than a week so that the entire job would be finished before my closing date! Their crew was prompt and efficient with replacing the roof and gutters while exceeding expectations. Not only was the entire process extremely smooth, they even allowed the new owners of my home to choose the shingle color and made the warranty transfer process easy for them as well! Overall, they would be my go to roofing company for any property I own in the future! Highly recommended!
