Restoration 1 of Aurora did a job for my wife and I only gave 1 star because google wouldn’t let me give ZERO. The technician was incredibly rude and they didn’t do what they said they would do. They told us that everything was dry and there work was complete and left. After they left, I purchased a moister meter just in case I had any issues in the future and come to find out, they left my exterior walls wet. I had to take out the exterior walls myself and found mold on the stud which they completely missed.
Dont use this company!! They over charge and are scammers…

I just want to preference this that I hardly ever give reviews but I have had the best experience ever with Andy at Restoration 1. I've used many Restoration companies before for all of my apartment complexes but always found communication lacking or no follow-up. Andy provided all of that even on a weekend, late at night I might add, and with me out of the state freaking out about the home that was affected. I truly appreciate everything the team has done to contain the flood and appreciate Andy throughout the whole process. 5 starts for sure!!

If you have emergency call Dominic and Seth. I had water damage on Thanksgiving day, and I was so stressed because no company could offer me any service. I was very fortunate that Restoration 1 of Aurora location Dominic and Seth was able to set up all the equipment and provide service within 24 hours while also giving me an affordable price. Their quick response helped prevent more damage that could’ve happened. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair work for water damage. Excellent job and best customer service!

Wes with Restoration One came out for a possible mold-inspection. He provided an honest assessment using dedicated equipment with great recommendations and did NOT try to over-sell to me. Comparing them to other similar companies who came out, I truly recommend them based on integrity. I will definitely call them FIRST with any restoration needs in the future.

Mold is messy business and Micah and his team were incredible. I made a call to Micah in the evening and he was able to assess my location the very next day and work was performed a short 24 hours later. From start to finish, the team was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and thorough in their work. I highly recommend this team and will not hesitate to use them again.
