My wife and I have have been working with Tom and Ameriserve for over 10 years! Having lived in multiple homes that have had exterior items needing addressed, Tom has always been our first (and last) call. For everything from full roof replacements to gutter guard installation, to siding fixes, there's no doubt that Tom is a true pro.

What I love the most about Tom and Ameriserve is how responsive they are. I just recently purchased a home that I knew had a small, but active leak in the roof (as well as some other items that needed to be addressed). Naturally, my first call was to Tom. As soon as I told him there was a leak, he came out the next day to ensure it was fixed promptly to prevent further damage.

I contacted Tom at Ameriserve to replace siding on the back of my house that was damaged when our wooden deck was removed. Tom answered me back within an hour and came to the house that same day. He accepted the job and gave a me a quote. A few days later he was back with the siding and replaced the damaged pieces as promised. He was very professional and did the work to my satisfaction. There were no surprises. I would certainly recommend him and his crew.

Respond to my call in timely manner. Inspected my roof for damage, and patched it up, until they were able to come and do the job. Very friendly and efficient!! Highly recommend!

I had AmeriServe out to replace some screens on my sun porch. They arrived in a timely fashion and did a great job!

Tom is very professional and easy to work with. He is the nicest man and has always been punctual and friendly. I have recommend him to others for their roofs and they have felt the same way I do. I highly recommend his business for repairs and roofing. Not only did he complete my roof but he fixed my siding and a gutter that was damaged. He is professional and detailed. I would give him more stars if I could.

I lost some shingles during the spring storms we had. I called them the day of the storms and was able to get on their schedule. They were out the next morning and were able to provide an estimate. They got the singles replaced that afternoon. They did a good job. No complaints.

Replaced screen and trim in screened porch. They did an excellent job on the screened porch, garage door repair, and interior skylight finishing. Prices fair, responsive, timely repair.
