America's Best Choice was fairly priced, completed work on time and by the deadline they set. Would highly recommend for your window and siding needs. If I ever need more work done to my home they will be my first call

Jim and his crew did a great job putting in three new windows, one door and replacing metal siding. Affordable and efficient.

Jim Ross gave me a quote for new siding on my rental property and I compared it to a few others and ABC windows was the best! Jim was very honest and helpful with picking which siding was best for me and even the color. Once I decided, the siding was ordered and the crew was ready to go as soon as the siding was in. It was completed in less than a week and looks beautiful! There was a minor issue of a motion sensor on a light fixture was damaged by the crew in the process of taking it down and reinstalling it. Within hours of Jim aware of it being damaged he had bought a new and even nicer fixture and replaced the damaged one. I highly recommend and will definitely use America's Best Choice again!

Jim has done an amazing job and the office staff is very helpful. You can tell he knows what he is doing and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need at the time. I plan on buying more windows down the road from you guys. Thanks!

We had a window installed above our sink, as the builder of our home did not put one there at all. We ran into a few obstacles, due to the builder putting pipes and cables where the window was going. Jim and his other guy worked hard to make sure we were still able to get our window in. I’m super happy with how it turned out. The window itself is also very nice. You can tell it’s good quality. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Jim was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly he was on time and completed the project with exceptional results in a very timely manner. Highly recommend.

Jim Ross came out gave the price quote and did the install himself! He said “that ain’t good!”. Indeed he was telling the truth. He came out on the day he said he would and did a heck of a job installing the door, door frame, threshold caulking, and quarter round. His admin assistant Kristen was very responsive to inquiries with a pleasant demeanor. Great work team!

We are ecstatic with the job Dan, Danny and Brenda did. We had 18 windows, a patio door and front doors installed. Absolutely phenomenal attention to detail. We went from casement windows to double hung and couldn't be more pleased with the result. A big shout out to Jim for getting everything together. And I mean starting by giving us a reasonable quote, was right on the timeline that was expected and he even installed them himself (and made sure everything was finished to our satisfaction). I had all the windows and a sliding door replaced in my house. If I had to do it over again I would avoid ABC windows at all cost. I could see daylight around the edges of two of the windows they replaced. When they came out to address this issue I was told all the windows were installed very poorly and they would all need to be pulled and reinstalled. Instead they show up a couple hours later with caulk and expandable foam. After applying the foam and caulk I was told I was good to go now. As soon as winter hit I had frost inside all of my windows and the ones I could see daylight around I had frost all along the sill. When they came out to address the issue this time they cut away the drywall on the inside and applied more spray foam. In general the windows are a poor quality and the installation is even worse! If I could get my money back and go with a more reputable company I would in a heartbeat.

For the price these windows can’t be beat. We have had them three years now. No problems and still look great!

ABC windows installed two windows on the south side of my house in October. First time the company came out they were only able to do one window due to worker getting sick, understandable. A few days go by and ABC windows is able to come back out and install the second window. When I got home from work I noticed that my house had siding missing from around the window showing the tyvek on the side of my house, the siding either hanging from my house or lying in my yard, along with trim for the window, there were also nails on my patio where my daughter plays, and a ladder along with the old window leaning against my fence. On top of all this I noticed that the plastic frame of one of the windows installed was cracked and missing about a quarter size piece on the corner. Seeing all this I thought that they just did not have enough time to finish the job and would come back. A week goes by and I am still not contacted about finishing the work. I called ABC windows and am told that the job shows up in their system as finished. I explain the situation and they send someone to come out and finish the job. I show the worker who came out the crack and piece of frame missing in one of the windows along with telling him that the window does not lock properly. The worker took a look at it and said that he was not able to fix it but would get in contact with the person who could. I had to wait about a week for this person to come out and fix the window not locking right problem. The company told me that the owner would come out personally to make sure the job was done right. They lied and sent someone else. After looking at the crack and missing piece ABC has said they will replace the frame with a new unbroken one. The other window had started to let moisture in around the frame making the drywall fall apart and soft. The worker who installed this window also did not caulk the corners. Its a good thing the work comes with a warranty. Being a weekend I had to leave a message with ABC windows. Update: ABC came out Monday and thought they found what was causing the leak, once it rained again the windows started leaking again when it started raining Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning ABC came out again and found the problem and fixed it. ABC has agreed to fix the drywall that was damaged and re caulk the windows. ABC is doing what they can to fix the issues.

Ordered a window from them in May, it was installed in July. The plastic on the outside of the window was installed and was bowed. They cut through our siding and it was put back crooked and we had to ask them to fix it. They wanted to frame the window, but we wanted it not to be framed and just wanted the plastic part to be cut straight. They sheduled a few weeks later. Then they came out and framed the window. I called them and said that was not what we wanted. They said they would take care of it. One month later I got a call that they hadn't forgotten about me but were busy. They have still not come out to fix the window and its almost November now. I also found one of their reciprocating saw blades broken off and just left in my window well for my children to play with. If you want quality and done in a timely manner, go somewhere else.

Moved into an 50's ranch home last year. I submitted an online request on Monday and Eric came out to provide the quote on some basement window replacements. Price for Vinyl Casement windows and installation was affordable with less than half the cost with competitors I have met with. Eric showed me a sample of the product from his car and these look to be a quality product that should provide the efficiency I need for years to come.

We had vinyl windows original to our house that leaked air badly. ABCinstalled new vinyl replacement windows and our rooms are so much warmer in the winter. We've had the new windows for 1 year and everything works the way it should and we are very happy so far.
