My solar system was knock out because the pool builder left a hot wire loose and that caused my main circuit breaker panel to catch fire. My solar system is a Sun Power system, but they are filing chapter 11. I called American Service Pros (Steve) to reconnect my solar system. It turned out that only 4 panels were working after getting the main circuit breaker panel replaced. Steve changed my communicator to Enphase. Between Steve and Enphase, they were able to get 23 of my panels working out of 24, saving me a lot of money. The last panel never worked from the day of installation and I didn't find out till recently. So it should be placed under warranty. Thank you Steve for all you done.

Steve and John came out the day after I contacted them regarding my solar panels not producing after my solar company went out of business. They were prompt and diagnosed the problem in about 10 Minutes. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I’m back up and running. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to use them again! So happy with my efficient and speedy service. Full solar in one day. Everything looks great, from the panels to the batteries to the solar charge inverter. They ensured everything was working properly and by the time they left, I felt like I may have been under charged. ( On my bill).

I am very pleased with American Service Pros, they did what they said, when they said it would be done. They were professional and courteous. They removed and reinstalled my panels when I had my roof replaced. Good job!

Steve worked hard finding the problem with our solar system. He identified the problem, ordered the parts, and replaced the damaged components. Not only that, he built a grid of our panels that we can access on our SolarEdge.app. This will allow us to monitor the electrical output on each individual unit, see the overall output, and determine if we need to adjust our panel quantity. His work is top notch and reasonable. Additionally, Steve will be available to help us with our system as it ages. That’s good service!
