Great experience getting my roof in 2020. And even got a personal call and visit from the owner for a follow up in 2023. This is a phenomenal local/ veteran owned business.

We had our roof & skylights replaced within 2 days, workers were professional on job prep & cleanup throughout the entire job. They were willing to listen to any questions we had & communicated with us throughout the job. The guys were great! We highly recommend American Roofing of Jacksonville.

My overall experience with American Roofing of Jacksonville was great, pleasant and care free. I will be recommending American Roofing of Jacksonville to all my family and friends even if they do not need a roof. American Roofing gave me the better quote of three (3) other roofing companies. American Roofing used the better quality shingle (Atlas) according to one of my neighbors. My sales rep (Nico) was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole encounter. Nico also helped the crew setup and clean up. Even the owner reached out to me, to inform me of how things would work and what I needed for my roof. Martin (Nico's co-rep) came out to check on the crew while Nico was getting something else for my roof. They also know other quality professionals if something else is needed for the roof that is not in their scope of practice.

Work was performed on a rental property. Renters called me personally to tell me how much they appreciated the company and how happy they were with the work and the fact they left everything impeccable.

After realizing that my roof may have suffered some storm damage, I contacted American Roofing to come in and check it out.
Nico came in and did a thorough inspection of the roof (no cost and no strings atrached) and confirmed that indeed the roof presented several areas of significant damage and that a new roof was warranted.
From that moment on American Roofing took over the process of contacting my insurance company and making sure that I wouldn't have to pay anything else other than my deductible.
Once roof replacing was scheduled they went through a checklist with me on what they would do before, during, and after roof instalation.
This checklist guaranteed that we as a family and homeowner would suffer only minimum disruprions during rood work.
The crew was efficient and professional. After work cleanup was done very well.
Thanks to American Roofing we had a very pleasant stress free experience on a not so easy situation.

Prompt, clean, professional. Delivered great results for both sides of a real estate transaction. Savvy enough to realize the roof had sustained hail damage, worked with all involved to obtain insurance reimbursement for a new roof. All parties happy!!!

Incredibly good customer service. American Roofing did a great job installing my new roof and skylights. As expected with a big job, there were a couple small items that needed to be remedied after. Austin and Sara bent over backwards to make it right, right away. I would highly recommend them.

Chris and Dan went above and beyond to handle a couple of repairs and inspector had wrote up on my house on northside. Very noligable and have great team of guys working for them. We had 2 trees come down during Irma and American Roofing of Jacksonville got out there as quickly as possible, helped us make the best decisions for repair and matched our existing shingles perfectly. I was worried it would look like a patch-job, but it was executed seamlessly and looks fantastic.

I looked forward to working with this company as they are veteran owned. I requested a estimate to replace my roof. Their initial response was great. But I've been told I'd have my estimate the next day. I called 4 days later to get a status and again was told I'd have it the next day. Now close to 2 weeks later no estimate and no communication. I truly understand they are very busy however be realistic about the timeframe for estimates and don't give a date if you can't meet it. Communication goes a LONG way. If it's delayed a call or email would be nice.

From start to finish everything was great. Eric called us before, during and after the job was complete top make sure we were satisfied and to see if there was anything he could do to make it a better experience. They took care of everything and my wife, who works from home, hardly know they were up there. There was absolutely no disruption or mess to my neighbors and even got compliments and inquiries from the elderly couple who never have anything good to say about anything.
I am recommending them to everyone I know. They were quick, courteous, and very professional in every detail. My roof looks like a million bucks and I am the envy of my neighbors. Even the cranky ones.

Great price, hard workers, stayed on scheduled and used high quality materials. Requested extra attention to picking up debris and nails because townhome is so close to each other and didn't want to inconvenience neighbors. Workers did a great job cleaning up and showing up on time. Veteran ran company! This company has done multiple houses in my neighborhood.
