John responded to my initial phone call right away after my roof unfortunately started leaking after a severe rainstorm. From the start of the process, he was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining the damage that had been done and what repairs were needed. I’d been afraid the repairs would take a while but John did a great job in completing everything in a timely manner-always showing up at the time he said he would and keeping me informed of his status on the project as a whole. I’d been a little hesitant with having to Google an urgent roof repair service but I couldn’t be happier that I stumbled upon this company! Would definitely recommend to any friends/neighbors.

He then updated us during each step of the inspection on what he was finding, and he then updated us on each step of the repair on what he was doing to fix the problem. We are pleased with his thoroughness, workmanship and service.

I had John complete another roof leak repair in Dec 2021. Like the last time he was thorough and professional and completed the work quickly and at a reasonable price. It is a situation where I hope I never need him but glad I know who to call when I do! Thanks John.

We were lucky enough to find John Loker working in our neighborhood three years ago. Since then he has preformed several minor repairs and in late spring he re-created our flat roof. We have him inspect our roof annually. Most recently he replaced tiles damaged by the storm that ripped through the Old Town Scottsdale area. Highly recommend his services.

John is persistent, dogged and thorough. I had three persistent leaks in a metal roof, and he investigated repeatedly, identified the problems and found the leaks that other roofers had missed. He designed solutions and installed them professionally. I highly recommend.

I have used American Roof Repair AZ for five years. My first call was for tiles that had blown off in a storm and have had him come every year for inspections and maintenance. He spends the time explaining his findings and repairs needed so you have a complete understanding of your situation. He has never tried to up sell his services, is dependably on time and leaves the worksite in orderly and clean condition. I would highly recommend.

I had John come out to evaluate our 21yr old tile roof to determine if we needed it replaced or if some maintenance could see us through another few years.
He did a complete evaluation including taking pictures of the problem areas and gave a complete explanation/estimate of what needed
to be done. We needed work done in 2 areas of our tile roof and on our 2 flat patio roofs, as well as replacing some rotted wood.
John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed.
