My condo suffered some damage due to water. Mold was initially discovered in my kitchen/ lavatory, laundry area.
I contacted Karl Hague which set up an appointment to begin mold remediation. I couldn't get off work but I was able to trust them in my condo downstairs to work. They soon discovered more mold in the living room and found three layers of flooring under the first.
They set up a good barrier. And removed it all. I was in constant contact with Marshall. He worked professionally with me. And worked around my HOAs rules. By removing all the trash as they worked. They even worked with me on pricing being extremely reasonable.
They listened well to any problem I had. Even giving me options on how they should proceed with the changes they discovered. Marshall even discussed all invoices between me and my insurance adjuster. Keeping all parties in constant communication.
The restoration is next but I am happy with the work they completed.

American quality restoration (AQR) are Johnny on the spot. They are quick at what they do. My Neighbor’s house was empty, they have it up for rent, and had a water leak, which came into my house. I notified the realtor, he notified AQR, and they were there in a flash. They quickly cleaned up the mess next door, and helped me with my water issue. They are great at responding and answering any concerns you may have.

It’s been 9 months since I first contacted AQR to mitigate the water damage to my home. I waited this long to review to see how well the job weathered the damage. Marshall was not only very responsive but was also quick to reply. Him and his team took care of business in a professional and timely manner. The “other” company I first hired to tackle the job was only interested in milking me for every penny they could. Marshall knows his business and takes care of it. Mitigating water damage to your home is serious and very personal. AQR has proven to me they are in it to help you, not just milk every dollar out of the situation they can. Marshall and his team got right to work on the same day that I contacted them. They let me know their plan for removal of water damaged and moldy materials, including anticipated fees. They then professionally carried out their plan and fulfilled all expectations.
