This company is GREAT! From the moment I met Isaac I knew I was in good hands. Isaac has been spot on from the start. He worked with my insurance company and I sat back and watched as my roof, siding and gutters were all replaced from a big storm. He didn't over promise anything. The work was done on time. Isaac is a HUGE asset to this company as my door bell ring's once a week with other companies promising the same results. I will refer American Quality to anyone. Great job guys!

Daniel Yates was very helpful and what he didn't know he made sure he got the answer from his manager. After Our roof was initially denied here in Joliet, He was able to get it overturned and approved for me and my husband. All we paid was our deductible and we are very pleased this company! 5 Stars!

Fantastic quick response customer service from our reps Rachael and Adam. If not for them both fighting for us, we never would’ve had our roof and gutters covered as our insurance company (unjustly) denied us twice. Their thoroughness and attentiveness helped us get approved and the new roof and gutters look wonderful.

Let me just say -- I've had my fair share of home reno issues and when it came to my roof, I shopped around making appointments with 3 different companies before signing with Rick. He and Patrick were personable, transparent, and had excellent communication throughout the process. Mandy, one of the office staff, communicated regularly and always checked in with how she could help make the process easier. I have truly enjoyed working with this local business and would recommend them to all of my neighbors.

Great quality materials and workmanship. They were done on schedule and the clean up from my huge roofing project just stunned us. They left my yard cleaner than when they got here! They worked with my insurance company and took care of all the paperwork too. I highly recommend them.

We ordered our doors on Nov 29, 2018, was told it would be about a month. Here it is February an still no doors. Was told I'd have them February 9th installed, cancelled all plans just for them to Not Show Up, No phone calls or Anything. I call the salesman an per him I've been sick all night, isn't my problem. We can do them on Sunday. No way. I'd Never reccomend this company for Doors. You have to Call them to find out anything. Not good for business.

This company is superb.
The salesmen were very professional and friendly. Also efficient and accommodating in thier scheduling for the estimate, contract, roof repair, and final inspection. The roofing crew did a clean great job as well and my garage roof looks wonderful and it functions perfectly now.
I very much so recommend them for your home improvement needs. Quality is the work I got from them, so yes it is fitting to be in this company’s name.

Wrote good review when job was done. Less than a year later I have been calling for 3 days because of a leak on roof. Randy and Mike both said they would get back to me. I know what is wrong and if they do not fix by tomorrow I will go onto roof and fix myself. What good is the warranty they give you if they do not come out and fix what they did not do right. Bad way to run a business

Extremely unprofessional. Unbelievably poor communication. Sales manager frequently lied about services offered, work done, made commitments he never kept. They double charged my credit card for over $3,000 and it took them 2 months to refund the incorrect charge; I had to call them over 1/2 dozen times to straighten it out.

Initial sales person was fired for illegally "stealing" company business and hiring his own contractors off the books....wow, classy! Then, the "manager" stepped in and he's worse! Blew me off for scheduled appointments on several occasions, said he would personally drop off the final paperwork and still over 30 days later, nothing. They damaged one of my gutters, and are supposed to fix it for free - i'm not going to hold my breath. I should dispute the last payment with the credit card company, but quite honestly I don't want to see them on my property anymore. Terrible company.

Force these people off your property if they come knocking.

American Quality Home Improvements replaced my roof after a bad storm. Early on we had some communication issues and when I called, the gentleman,who I think was one of the owners, had me call Russ Rusiecka. Russ was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions, made sure I was clear about what was covered by the insurance company and followed up when the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied.
I highly recommend AQHI.

If I could go in the negatives for this company I would. Do not use them!!!!! My project took months to finish and I was told it would take three days in a row to do the project. Roof siding and gutters I was told ....but months later roof and siding finally got done but no gutters. They screwed up the whole project and didn't know what they are doing. I was a bother to them when i called to ask for Info on the job. I cant even tell you everything because the whole project was a mess. Please dont use them and make the same mistake I made. And... they take down reviews off here so let's see if this stays...

Shortly after purchasing our home, we experienced a "microburst" which destroyed our roof and siding. Brian Lister walked us through step by step the process of filing a claim and getting the repairs done. His company American quality home improvement did an amazing job on our home and I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs or improvements theirs...

Let me start with the communication that I received from Brian Lister and the workmanship and quality of the roofing and siding job was great in the end. He was fantastic with getting back to me almost immediately and no matter what I was contacting him about he always called or texted me back quickly. I expected this to be a challenge when working with a contractor, especially when we did encounter some issues. I went to sell my home a couple months after the work and found that the final inspection was completed, which wasn't determined until the actual closing. Upon the final inspection some very minor things failed and we also had been issued a $100 fee for a return inspection after the issues were corrected. This sometimes cause people to leave a lower review, but because of the turn around time I received from their company I was happy with the end result. They showed up next day to address all issues with the siding and the roofing and then I was able to get the final completed right away to complete the closing. Even with all the calls and texts I sent to Brian over the 2 days, he always responded and got me my answers. Their company even took care of the added fee for the return final. In the end, I do feel that the final is the responsibility of the contractor, so if you're having work done please be cognizant of that. My only other comment is that the roofers also took down my American flag and they put in the dirt which was upsetting.

We had a great experience with America Quality Home Improvement! We worked with Russ Rusiecka and he helped us along every step of the way. He was available day and night to answer all our questions and went above and beyond. Very happy with the quality of work and finished product !

We had a very positive experience with American Quality Home Improvement. We worked with Brian Lister and he walked us through the whole process. He helped us through the insurance process, choosing what materials we would be using, and was accessible whenever we had questions. We had one minor issue with the siding crew that he had rectified immediately. We are very pleased with our new roof, siding, and gutters.

We were very impressed with the work of American Quality Home Improvements. With the help of Brian Lister all of our questions and concerns were answered. We highly recommend using them in the future.

If I could have given a "0" rating I would have. During the week a representative from American Home Improvement came out to assess my roof damage. They informed me that the "whole" roof was damaged and needed to be replaced and for me not to worry the willl get it approved. They then called Allstate and set an appointment for an inspection that was to be done Saturday morning (which I had to change my schedule to be present for) with the Allstate Adjustor and Brian Lister the Manager of American Quality Home. Brian failed to appear or even answer his phone until the inspection was completed. The Allstate Adjustor therefore completed the inspection by himself and stated that only a few shingles were damaged and that it wouldn't even be worth a claim. This company not only didn't show up for the appointment they set but they also lied to me about the real damages and almost made me file a completely unnecessary claim that could have raised my premium. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

The sales manager Brian Lister came to my house and showed me how to do the insurance claim for a new roof and siding due to hail and wind damage. It was very easy and he did everything from explaining the process in detail upfront, getting me approved to working with my insurance company and mortgage company for me. Totally would recommend his services to anyone!

Mike and his company have been helping my insurance customers for the past 6 years. Over and over, I hear back from our insured's telling me how great they were treated. They are honest in their dealings and convey trust. Mike and his team won me over a few years back when one customer was told by 2 separate companies they needed a new roof to stop the leaks. Mike's team solved the problem for under a $1000. It's for reasons like this that I have sent dozens of customers to them and had them work on my own house!

I Highly recommend American quality home improvement. They did a excellent job on my siding and windows. The owner of this company Mike Wilkerson is very professional friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job his company did on our home.. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who is in need of siding roof and or windows done.

This a very very excellent contract their estimator Dorian super nice guy explained about roof replacement in one day Shorewood village inspection they got the permits
roof replace in one day before 4:00 pm . They did the clean up in the yard reset the patio furniture I rate them at 10 stars.

I would like to take the time out of my day to write a 5 star review for American Quality Home Improvement . From their sales representative to their crew of polite roofers. I chose them because they have an interest in my community by roofing a school near by at no charge. I would highly recommend AQHI to my friends and neighbors for roofing and siding. They did a great job on my roof and finished it in a timely fashion.

I was totally amazed at how fast and efficiently this company works. Within one day of my initial call, this company was on my roof explaining to me in detail the damage I had due to wind. On the day of my roof replacement, the crew started showing up at 7:00 AM. My roof is about 40 squares and by 10 AM they had the entire roof completely stripped off. I was astounded at how fast they worked. As one crew was applying shingles, a second crew was cleaning up. My entire roof was completed by 4:00 PM the same day. I was really impressed that one of the owners was consistently there and answered any questions I had during the entire process. The clean up was so well that it didn’t even look like anyone was ever there except for the new roof. I can’t recommend enough, a one day roof installation with a 50 year warranty!!!

The team at American Quality Home Improvement did an excellent job at our home. Their showroom is conveniently located downtown across from the Village Grind Coffee House and the Oswego Public Library. They have many samples of shingles, siding, windows, roof vents to choose from. I was referred by a friend that was also happy with their work. They did an excellent job with my roof, siding and patio door. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to change our windows! Thanks Mike and Randy! You guys are awesome!!!
