Our experience with American Property Restoration was great. They are able to offer the complete service between mold and asbestos testing, removal and treatment (following EPD guide lines). We felt confident that APR should be the folks to do the construction and painting to give us a downstairs office with a clean fresh start. We are greatly appreciative of their high level of quality, timeliness and attention to customer satisfaction. :-)

I have had to use this company twice in the past year. Once with MAJOR water damage on a second story office building and again with water damage in my home from an improperly installed dish washer. I was so pleased on how efficient and professional the whole team was...especially Abdoul! I would definitely use them again if needed!

This is a great company for all your restoration needs of all sizes. Very family oriented and knowledgeable about all phases of work. Quality of work is great they strive to be the best in the business. Would refer to anybody no questions asked.

I cannot speak to the quality of their work; they never showed on a scheduled appointment for an estimate, we worked to reschedule then they told us they are pulling out of the bidding. This is after a master bathroom shower developed a leak and we urgently needed to reconstruct remediation work and spent the time to email insurance documents etc

Absolutely would not recommend this company! They took over a year to do repairs on our home and broke many things during the process, including our bathtub, garage door, foyer windows, shower tiles, garden hose, light fixtures, and floor joists, just to name a few. They pulled tricks, bailed out on work, and tried to sniff out money wherever they could without having to do the work necessary. The lady who managed our claim was impudent and became more and more coercive as the project progressed. Save yourself the hassle and choose another company.

I used them once and they’re very reliable and responsible. The employees work very honest job. I recommended them to couple friends and they happy with their service.

This company lost a lot of our stuff. When we got back our stuff it was broken, damage beyond repair. I could go on an on about not to use this company but I don't have time to write a book about all the bad inencounter we had with them.

When we moved in, we had to do some clean up and one of the key points with American Property Restoration was the timing that we were dealing with. They were very, very proactive when it comes to that. From the operator to their sales department and the president of the company, they were all very professional. They were also very cost effective. They were not the only ones we contacted before we went with them. They were knowledgeable and made the right recommendations. Usually, some companies will go where the money is. Whatever they didn't specialize in doing, they directed me to the right partners they have. All of them have been great. Very professional and would recommend them to anybody for these services. Very punctual timing--they were there when they said they were going to be there. They meet all the deadlines and some jobs were done before the deadline. Whenever we need something, they come back. They're just really good.
