They had a little trouble getting started, but everyone we spoke with was very friendly and very professional. Antonio did high quality work and Larry kept us informed.

American Pride Roofing just replaced our roof. This is the 3rd roof they have replaced for us since 2012. All were replaced because of hail damage. Each time they were very protective and cautious not to damage anything including our landscaping. Larry Covey went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Larry, Antonio, and his crew are all very personable and professional, showed up on time and finished in 2 days including clean up as planned. They are very good to respond to my texts/calls timely. Larry also negotiated with our insurance company when things developed that were above what the insurance company originally paid us. We are very pleased with the job they did.

There's a reason I called Larry Covey at American Pride Roofing. I had such a great experience 7 years ago, when another big hail storm hit us again this spring, I immediately called Mr. Covey for help. Larry explained to me again the whole insurance claim process, met my insurance adjuster at the house to review the damage, and stayed with me during the actual day of re-roofing to make sure the job was done right. They are my number 1 go-to company for any roofing needs. They have earned my respect and trust, and I'm sure they will earn yours, too!

Tim replaced our roof in Dec 2021. We had an inspection highlighting several fixes in June 2022. Reached out to Tim and walked him through the issues listed on the report. He said he would come and fix, took us 2weeks and several phone calls to bring him back to our property. Many times he said he was on his way and did not come and answer his phone!

Finally he showed up one day.
The job we requested was not major and took him only a few hours to complete after weeks of chasing him.

A report is needed for the job he completed, but he is not even capable of writing a report.

This is the worst ever experience we had with a roofing company.

We have a “so called” warranty, but not even asked the repairs to be done under this warranty.

The sad part is no one is following up the customer complaints in the office. Very very sad and dissappointed!

Would recommend to stay away from American Pride Roofing.

Can’t say enough good things about American Pride Roofing. From the beginning interaction of getting an estimate to the installation of the roof it was a great experience. Craig was so professional and easy to understand all aspects of this process, he was always working on our behalf. The crew that installed the roof was very efficient, arrived on time, worked all day and cleaned up everything…SPOTLESS!! Would absolutely recommend them .

During Hurricane Delta, our roof sustained significant damage and needed to be completely replaced. I contacted several roofing companies. Only Mr. Larry Covey, of American Pride Roofing, took the time to answer all of our questions and made my wife and I feel at ease during a stressful time. Mr. Covey even assisted us in the process of working with our insurance company to insure we received fair valuation on the replacement of our roof.
The price of our roof replacement was eminently fair, quality materials were used, and the work was done properly and courteously. The crew showed up on-time and were very friendly. Mr. Covey kept in constant contact in addition to stopping by each day to assess the work. The Crew Chief, Angel, was excellent, the entire job went smoothly from start to finish and was completed much quicker than I would have thought possible.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! We are first time home buyers so this was the first time that we’ve had to go through insurance and a contractor to fix a roof. What a blessing it was to choose this company and get paired with Tim! He explained the ins and outs of everything- from the type of roof we had, to different materials and shingles, to insurance, etc etc. I am so appreciative to Tim for how much he helped us through the whole process! I can not say enough positivity about Russell and American Pride Roofing! I knew it was time for a new roof but of course finding a trustworthy roofing company is like finding a needle in a haystack!! Most are all about profit and "What's in it for me!" I had them out the first time a couple of years back as their reviews are stellar but they said it was not time for a new roof. That in itself showed me honesty and integrity. After the enormous bouts of storms here, I contacted them in regards to an estimate. Russell came out the same day and provided an estimate. Let me tell you from beginning to end, this whole process was seamless and stress free! I am a big communicator and they provided just that! Russell let me know step by step the process, when to expect them and was at my house monitoring the job of the roofing crew! Because I have been burned before with various contractors I of course have my radar up on everything and everyone. This company made this process so easy and fast that I can honestly say that my past contractors need to take a lesson or two from APR!! You all have restored my faith and although I do not need anything else to happen to my house right now, I will use you again the next time I need a new roof! Hopefully later than sooner!! After being denied by insurance over and over, we found Tim with American Pride Roofing and he helped us finally get approved for a new roof! (Along with gutters, patio covering, etc.) He took extra great care of us and made sure the whole process ran smoothly. This company has a lot of integrity and really cares about their customers. Very bad business practices. We were scheduled to have a roof installed on 5/13, however, Larry (the owner) called today, 5/10, to let me know that they no longer finance. It would have been nice to know this on 3/18 when Craig gave us the quote, which included the financing. This company deserves 0 stars out of 5 & it's a damned disgrace that they use the name 'American' & our flag in their advertising.

We have used Craig Sloan with American Pride roofing numerous times. Would not hesitate to use them again. They are prompt, efficient and Craig will take care of all your needs. Excellent customer service. You have not one worry when you use this company.

I wanted to give a recommendation to Jeff Jenkins of American Price Roofing. I was one of the ones hit by the hail storm 6/6/18 and had the 100+ people knock on my door. I myself am an insurance adjuster so I know all the games. Jeff was honest about what they would do and proved American Pride had all the proper insurance to protect my property and 10 year labor guarantee on top of the shingle manufacturers lifetime warranty on the product. 10 years in Texas is life of the shingle with the way the hail storms happen around here.

I had to cancel like three times on him which he said was no issue and we would reschedule. They arrived the day of install and got it done in two days just as he said even with a few minor set backs due to the last roof that was put on my house, glad I didn't go with the prior company. Changed colors and added z-ridge and then the week of the ran came right after we finished. No leaks at all, so I am happy.

Draig Sloan, president of American Pride Roofing the Colony, came himself, climbed our roof, and then discussed our needs. The company has a policy of no money up front until insurance first check and last payment when insurance has paid in full!! Wow! Bob and I were extremely pleased with the product, the work, and the crew. Stephen was the project manager and was very helpful and informative. Angel was the crew chief's name. His group worked steadily and was respectful
in both their language and neatness. After having various roofs replaced, we would like to say this company and crew are the best we have ever experienced. A jewel in today's world of contractors.

I had a great experience with American Pride Roofing. The sales man, Randy Bonneau, was very honest and helpful. He has spent countless hours at our house making sure the job was done right and according to his word. He really has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I wouldn't use any other company.

I had my house roof replaced a few months ago. I talked to as many as six different roofing contractors, but I was never really satisfied with what they were offering. Finally, I got ahold of Kyle Kassim from American Pride Roofing. He explained everything that was going to be done and gave me the best options possible. He took his time in talking to me and was very patient with me and my concerns. Kyle made everything go smoothly and easy. He dealt with my insurance company's paperwork and was there every step of the way till everything was completed to our satisfaction. Kyle did such an excellent job at our house that three other neighbors asked Kyle to do their roofs too!!! Kyle Kassim is a true professional with integrity. Jeff Jenkins was fabulous... this was our first time having to deal with a storm that coat so much damage, he came by our house and gave us a quote and we had good conversations. As being said he even had to deal with us asking so many questions and all of our concerns and he never ones got mad, or had anything rude to say. We recently got our new roof from American Pride and are very happy with their work. We worked with Kyle Kassim and his team and have referred my mother and three of our neighbors since they completed our roof. Professional, on time, zero money out of pocket, quality work and they didn't leave a mess after completion.

I don't typically advertise for anything ever but this roofing company is legit. They came at 7AM, were done by 6:30PM, the roof looks great, no nails or scraps in the yard, and they gave us a very affordable price! Not to mention, their Operations Managers come before and after the site visit to ensure everything is up to par. I know roofing companies are a dime a dozen living in Texas but you never really know unless you go through it or can use someone as a reference. Use me all day because I'm super happy to be done with it in one 12 hour sitting with minimal disruption for my two-story moderately sized home. Also, make sure to ask for Kyle Kassim as he is one of the most upstanding, straight-forward, and hard working people I have ever met.
