Had matt help with damage to the tin roof on my barn. Excellent communication, very prompt, fairly priced and he did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone who needs roof work done.

We live in a very old house and we had so many concerns but he is very skilled at his work, he and his crew removed and replaced all of the rotted wood and put the most beautiful roof I could imagine on our old house. I hired American Metal-man a few years ago to put a metal roof on my house after my old shingle roof was deteriorated and storm-damaged. I specifically showed the man where it leaked between the carport addition and the house, believing he would understand that it needed flashing. Instead, he cut corners, said the flashing that was there looked fine to him (Yeah, I mean, it was only leaking in the house it was "so fine") and just caulked the edge.
He assured my husband that he would come back and fix it if it leaked, but as predicted, he took the money and ghosted when it did, in fact, leak again as soon as the next rain, two weeks later. A good person wouldn't have cut corners to start with, obviously he was a crook.
Not only that, they left big open places in the front where the front porch roof connects into the house roof, so I have birds building nests in my ceiling/walls up there where I can't get to them to get them out.
My roof still leaks and I still have birds in the wall problems because I can't afford to hire someone else to come fix American Metal-Man roofers shoddy work. My advice, find someone honest with more integrity to do such an important job for you.

Matt has done a couple of jobs for me. He replaced some missing trim on a building for me. He has also covered a shed for me. Happy with both jobs. He also helped with putting together a outside food pantry at my church.
