American Gutter Inc - Saint Augustine, FL

Called 3 times. Person told me would be there one day was home never showed up. Made 2 more appointments and never showed up. Last time I spoke on the phone with someone I was informed that their gutters are typically more expensive yet no one ever came to give me an estimate. Big waste of my time. If you dont want the work, dont bother advertising. I found another company that showed up when they said they would.

I tried to hire American Gutter Inc to repair a gutter and clean the downspouts. I was told it would be a few days before someone would be able to make it out to give me an estimate. The first week goes by and I hear nothing. I call and they say the estimate will happen in a couple days. Second week, same situation. I call again and was told someone will be out the next day. The person finally showed as there was a card on my door when I got home. I did not hear anything from this company for over a week. I call again. The rep says they are waiting on the person who did the inspection to write up his estimate, I will have it in my email in a couple days. Three weeks after the initial phone call, one week after the inspection, still nothing. I call...again. The rep gives the same excuse as before, still waiting on the inspection to be written up. One more week goes by, I call...again. The rep says he has the estimate in his hand and will email it immediately. Its now been over a month and that was the last I have heard from American Gutter Inc. I am done calling...again. I will give my money to a business that won't waste over a month of my time and has the decency to actually follow up with their would be customers. I suggest you do the same.
