This guy Ryan was a user of his products. Explained the process in a easy to fallow detail. Nice, genuine manner. Made you feel like it was the place to get the best quality product for your interior and exterior needs. Impressive.

I have nothing but great things to say about Francis and American Exterior. Anyone will be happy they hired him to complete their project!

I called American Exterior in March of 2020, interested in getting 3 windows and siding done on my house. Francis promptly came out, and gave me a quote. Due to health issues, and the Covid shutdown, I needed to wait a year to start the project. Francis was very patient with me, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. After running into some foundation issues, Francis put my mind at ease, and quickly had everything taken care of, and was back to the main project in short order. I am very happy with the end result!

When a Vancouver company quoted me a price for new siding and exterior painting that, as a retiree, I just couldn't afford, Francis gave me a quote that was $9,000 less and it was for higher quality material. He threw in two free windows, replaced the rottem wood under the old siding and even suggested the addition of window shutters that really dressed up the front of my house. Plus, he built a catio for my 7 cats and even put in a cat door for them.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the finished product, American Exterior saved my old home. And now it looks brand new. As soon as I can afford it, I'm going to have Francis back to do some work on the interior. Yes, he works on interiors too!

And he's a nice guy...what more can I say?

We used American Exteriors to replace our windows last year and our siding and insulation this year and our house looks awesome. Francis and his team did an excellent job. A very high level of attention to detail: every cut and angle is perfect, and I am very picky about such things. If an angle is not exactly parallel or perpendicular as it should be, it drives me nuts. Renovating a 100+ year old house, of course unexpected problems arose, and they adapted to each situation well, adjusting their plan as necessary. The price was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I bought an older home knowing that it was going to need a new roof. I contacted a few companies and decided to hire American Exterior. Francis explained the process very patiently and answered all my questions and concerns, which made me feel very comfortable with my decision. Everything from my first consultation to the installation of the new roof was very smooth. All was disclosed upfront and there were no hidden costs. The roof was removed and replaced quickly and looks amazing. I was afraid of the mess but their team was very diligent in cleaning up.
