We had a wonderful experience from quote to completion. Installers were professional, skilled, timely and left only after a perfect cleanup. Skylights with solar powered blinds and roof with new ridge vent look great.

We were very impressed with the work that was done. All of the workers were there to work, and need to be proud of the work they did. The cleanup when they were finished was above and beyond what we thought would be done. We had no cleanup to do after they left.

Very honest up front experience. I watched them do our neighbors house first then based on their good experience, we went with American Eagle Home Improvement. It was a great experience for us. The hardest parts were dealing with my own insurance company. The workmanship was very high-quality and there was always a quick response via the great app to use for communication.

The American Eagle crew was fantastic to work with. Micheal was a blessing in disguise dealing with our insurance agent(s), we went through 6 different insurance agents and Micheal was on top of everything. Crew came out did great work! We had a slight miss hap in some of the guard and shingle installation around our chimney. Found this out about two weeks after the roof was installed. Contacted Micheal he had the crew out 24 hours later. Mistakes happen and it shows big time when a company owns up to it and makes it right, would recommend AmericanEagle to anyone looking for roof or gutter installations. Very professional work, prompt service and on time. The follow through was the best I've seen in any industry. Highly recommend them. The rep Michael Eichten was pivotal in my decision to use them, and his follow through was extremely professional. His work with the insurance company was a huge help also.

I'm going to say that I was glad I had this company do my work on my house. The roof is well done. Beautiful and my siding was a great job also. I have no complaints. They got it done very fast with all of the workers they have on staff.

I had a great experience working with American Eagle Home Improvement for my house that had weather damage.

They communicated throughly and walked me through the entire claim process. This was helpful as I was out of state and we got the roof/siding complete.

I would personally say Tyler Hanson was a rockstar who went above and beyond answering calls at all hours to make sure questions were being addressed.

I will be using them in the future.

American Eagle went above and beyond with our roof, working with our insurance company. Our sales rep Scott was fantastic. He did everything he could to help with the insurance company that did want to cover our hail damaged shingles. My insurance company only wanted to cover 9 damaged shingles. Scott our rep asked if he could remove shingles from the roof and sent them in to find out what kind of shingles they were. Turned out the shingle's had been discontinued and we not compatible with any other shingles. It took about 5 months of working with the insurance company, but they did end up covering the whole roof. The roof was installed in one day and it looked terrific. I would highly recommend American Eagle Home Improvement.

Our sales rep/point of contact Michael E was fantastic to work with! He was very professional and responsive when it came to giving us updates of where we were at in the project/working with our schedules. Another thing I really appreciated was that while he gave us additional roof upgrades we could pay for out of pocket; it was presented exactly as that, an option! There was no push or pressure to "make a sale" it very much felt as an informative session more than a sales pitch.

Both Mike C & Mark C who handled communication with my insurance company & supervised the work crews at my house were great to work with as well! They told me days in advance what day construction would be done, and showed up exactly at the time they said they would. Everything they did looks great and I've had zero issues with my roof since they left!

Overall a very pleasant experience working with them and would highly recommend them to others who need roof work done!

Excellent experience all around! We worked with American Eagle to replace our single family home roof through an insurance claim. Our project manager Talan was incredibly helpful and patient. Our project was supposed to take place in 2020, but due to hassles from COVID, an insurance company denial and then re-inspection, and the mortgage lender selling our loan mid-process, we were delayed until March 2021. Through it all Talan helped us navigate the claims process and get all the paperwork in order to process the claim. We were able to not only replace but upgrade our roof at an affordable price. Talan kept us apprised of progress through the entire winter and when we had a good weather day in early March we jumped on it and got the job done right before a March snowstorm. We are very happy with our new roof and the quality of the materials used. The American Eagle team did a great job respecting our property. The yard was pristine when they left. American Eagle really took the stress out of this situation for us.

Damage to home and property is full of decisions, with the most important being that of choosing a partner to complete the work.

I have been thoroughly impressed with American Eagle Home Improvement. From reliability to quality workmanship to a focus on customer satisfaction, my experience has been positive.

Specifically, Jake provided detailed information to base choices on and guided me through all stages of the project. Jake’s willingness to assist me when interfacing with my insurance company, mortgage company and multiple vendors proved invaluable. Timely status updates ensured I was not left to wonder about the next steps.

Despite my mortgage company’s lengthy approval process, the American Eagle Home Improvement team moved forward with repairs, demonstrating attention to detail and commitment to excellence, all the while focusing on the needs of its customer.

I read with chagrin the feedback from the owner recently posted...It clearly reinforces the complete lack of integrity that is endemic in this company. The owner stated:

Hello Bob, we have attempted to reach you about your project several times but are not receiving any sort of response so that we can help find a resolution. After the work you were happy and left the initial review. Later, you felt there was more work outside of our initial scope that should have been completed. We attempted to reach out to help resolve this but have not had a response. Please reach out to our team if you would like to work on a resolution.

This is laughable.

Consider that on Jan 30th, Feb 2nd, Feb 15th, Mar 11th, Mar 13th, I was in touch with representatives from this firm.

This culminated in a visit to our home on April 26th to review the condition of the roof.

The result of the visit was receipt of an email from Mark Koch, the General Manager, on May 17th stating:

* After looking through all the paperwork, e-mail threads, and photos prior to the repairs, during the installation, immediately following the installation, as well as photos from the April 26, 2024 meeting, we have concluded the following:
* American Eagle has completed the scope of work and has been paid for said scope of work. No further repair work will be done as part of the original agreement or a new agreement.

I hired them to repair and replace and shingles that had aged beyond their useful life.

This firm clearly did not complete the work they were paid to perform and are now lying about the communication that occured in an attempt to resolve it.

As of January 2024, I would like to amend my review and strongly recommend that you not hire this company.

In late fall, I took the time to get up on our roof to apply bleach to any mold and to clean out dirt, etc. from between each of the cedar shake shingles. What I found shocked me. In what they said was a completed job, I found at least 100 shingles that were loose and/ or rotted and should have been replaced.

I took several pictures and forwarded them to the company asking them to find time to come to the house and complete the work, their response was to propose a $14,000 job to complete the work that they initially botched.

I emailed Mark Koch, who is the manager and after initially suggesting he would send a crew over to evaluate the roof, has since ignored and additional communication.

I am now left with an unfinished job and a company that will not respond. Please be aware. I have consulted legal counsel

My husband and I had just moved into our home and had no idea there was hail damage to the roof and gutters until Talan went up there. From the start of the process to the very end we were pleased with how communicative and professional Talan was. The onsite crew completed the job flawlessly and quickly and we couldn't recommend American Eagle Home Improvement more. Even our neighbors have complimented us how much better our house looks with the repairs.

We will definitely be using them for our window installations, which is our next project.

WOW! Talan and his team could not have been more professional, timely, and honest. We had a very minor spot show up on our roof, and Talan and his team came out almost immediately to repair. They were very transparent of the issue, and put it in condition that was even better than before. That's integrity from a business and their staff; what more could you ask for from a contractor? 10/10 times would recommend American Eagle for your home improvement needs.

I worked with Tyler Hansen to get a metal roof installed on a garage addition. He was very professional and kept me up to date the whole time. Very pleased with the end product, matches perfect with the existing building. I'll be using this company on future projects no doubt.

We used American Eagle Home Imp. to handle our Hail damage repair. They were professional, answered all questions quickly using “GroupMe”. This was a no pressure company. Timely and cleaned up after all their work! They were extremely patient with our unresponsive, slow insurance company. Thank you!

Definitely recommended! They got the job done well and there weren't any surprises. They were patient with our timeframe and clear about the process. They also got the job done over the winter months so we didn't have to wait until spring. Thanks American Eagle!

American Eagle signed a contract to install roofs at our Association for the insurance proceeds of $555,453.54. Once the work was completed they sent us an invoice for $779,542.16 saying the insurance company needed to pay more. Our insurance company did not agree with their number and since we had a contract signed with the $555,453.54 we requested a corrected final invoice. They finally sent us a corrected invoice on February 13, 2023 with a secondary invoice in the amount of $224,088.62 stating additional agreed upon charges. These were forwarded to the insurance company for review and the secondary invoice caused an issue because no one agreed to the additional $224,088.62. As of March 2, 2023 they have placed liens on all 56 units in the association trying to extort an additional $224,088.62 out of the insurance company/association/homeowners. If I could give them lower than a 1 star I would.

Eric, Eric and Mike were very good about staying in communication with me and also working through some unforeseen shingle installation challenges particular to our house and the shingles that we had chosen. Nice job American Eagle!!

Jake helped walked me through the process to get my roof and gutters fixed after a hailstorm. Even though I was not his only customer he always kept in touch and kept me up to date on the project. I would use AE and Jake again.

I had a roof replacement after hail damage. Ben was very professional and helpful. The day of the labor their team arrived by 6:30 a.m. and worked in the extreme heat until past 10:30 p.m. They were trying to complete the project due to potential rain. When the project was completed they cleaned really well and the project was beautiful!

Really well run professional organization, communicated well, expert at what they do, dealt with insurance directly, and quality of work on roof and siding was outstanding. Hoping not to need their roof replacement services again, but will absolutely call them back if I do.
