American Craftsman did an outstanding job completely remodeling my kitchen. Kenny was extremely helpful and professional in planning and selecting all the materials and appliances. His workers were fantastic. They completed the job within my timetable, and everything was finished to perfection. Each day they left the job site clean and they pay attention to the smallest details. I would highly recommend American Craftsman to anyone who desires, honest, confident, and professional workmanship.

American Craftsmen remodeled two of our bathrooms and almost two years later they still look amazing. Kenny helped make the process super easy and walked us through every step. He was super patient with us and helped us feel confident in our decisions. Rob is extremely meticulous and did a beautiful job at laying the tile. He is a perfectionist and it shows. The entire crew was so friendly and skilled. I still find myself stopping to stare and admire the finished product. Going through a renovation can be disruptive, however, we actually enjoyed the process and even missed having the crew here when it was all done. The team was super clean and made sure the workspace was swept and tidied up at the end of each day. They were very respectful of our home and super reliable. We highly recommend them and are looking forward to hiring them again for other jobs.

American Craftsmens truly lives up to their name. After being bamboozled by a previous contractor I contacted AC to redo my master bathroom. Best decision I ever made. Kenny, Rob and the crew are my "go to" team for all my home projects.

I was very happy with the service provided. American Craftsmen replaced my roof recently after doing a small repair. Robb was great to deal with and very good about keeping me informed. They were also very fair with me and gave me a credit for the repair towards the price of the new roof; there was nothing wrong with the repair it was just the timing. They cleaned up and came back after the dumpster was removed to do a final sweep of the driveway for nails. Definitely recommend!

Once again, American Craftsmen LLC has come through for me! This time it was my roof. My mother (now deceased) and I had a new roof installed 11 years ago and I was under the impression that the roof would last 25 years. During a few days of intense rain, water was dripping through the fan-light on my porch. I went up behind the eaves and found water all over the floor and dripping down the sides of the chimney. On further inspection, I noted discoloration on the rafters indicating that water had come in before. (Thank God for the crazy storm, right?!) I couldn't believe it. I emailed Anna, who got back to me right away, and Robb came out within a couple days; the email stated that a leaking roof was a priority. Robb looked around and pointed out some things that were done, and not done during the installation of the roof. He then came out with one other person, did a thorough inspection, and ran water on the roof with a hose. I was shocked to see the water literally pouring in through nail holes. Robb then left me with a brochure of roofing shingles so I could choose the color. The shingles they use are Owens-Corning and I was able to go onto the website, upload a picture of my house and try on different roofs. The estimate was quick and complete. No guessing at what they were charging me for. And the cost was reasonable. After I chose the color, Robb brought out several shingles so I could see what they looked like on a slightly larger scale. The roof install itself was almost fun! The crew was pleasant, very respectful to me, and they seemed to enjoy working together as a team. There was a nice protocol and rhythm to the work that made me feel confident that they were going to do a good job. They set up, did the job, and cleaned up, putting everything back where they had found it. The outside of my home looked cleaner when they left than it did before! And the roof is absolutely gorgeous! Once again, the process from start to finish was easy, non-stressful, never rushed, and Robb never seemed to be in a hurry with answering questions and explaining things to me. They also kept me informed as to what stage we were in, calling me to let me know when the shingles would come, where they would put them, etc. I always feel safe with this company. These men are truly American Craftsmen! Thank you, Robb, Anna and team for my gorgeous new roof!

We absolutely LOVED working with American Craftsmen. Kenny was great to communicate from start to finish. He worked hard to ensure we got what we wanted and coached us along the way with his professional opinion which we appreciated. Every single one of the guys was friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and talented with their craft. We really appreciated the attention to detail with installing the cabinetry, work around suggestions if we came to a fork in the road, and even their enjoyment of working with each other. I kept telling them I would miss having them in the house because of how nice they all were! The finished kitchen is exactly what we wanted. Friends have asked if there is anything we would have done differently or if we wish they had done something more. Our answer has honestly been that there is nothing we would change! We cannot wait to have these guys back for our next project!

Just had my main bathroom completely replaced by American Craftsman and am very happy with the results, in fact, I am ecstatic with my new bathroom. Kenny was great! He suggested design details I never thought of that added functionality and interest. The guys that did the work were awesome too! They kept me in the loop every step of the way, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and left the workspace neat and clean each and every day. American Craftsman also replaced my roof, gutters and downspouts. Robb oversaw the work which was done quickly, carefully, and efficiently. I am completely happy with the results. I could not have hired a better company. American Craftsmen was extremely professional and the quality of the work was exceptional. I was concerned about dust that might occur from the bathroom renovation, but the system they have in place to reduce any dust residue is superior. They also cleaned-up after each work day. And during this time of COVID-19, they wore masks and kept to social distancing.

We recently upgraded our entire kitchen and powder room and the flooring throughout and are extremely happy with the entire job. These guys are the best. Kenny worked with us through each step of the planning and design. The entire crew, including Mike, Chuck, Lars and James, were respectful, efficient and understanding of our many questions. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and perfectionism was beyond what I ever imagined. The entire job was done completed on time, as planned and with zero problems. We had American Craftsmen install a new front door and completely remodel our master bathroom. They did an amazing job on both projects. We love both our new front door and our new master bathroom. For the master bathroom they walked us through the whole process of ideas and selection and kept us always up to date with what was planned for each week. They were always on time, professional and their work is very high quality. They also put rugs down and cleaned up after everyday they worked. We have definitely found the company that will do any housework we need from this point forward. We highly recommend them!!

We have worked with American Craftsmen on three home updates and couldn't be more pleased with their work. Each project was completed on time and with a minimum of inconvenience. Their workers are professional, efficient and able to creatively solve the problems that occur when updating older homes.

Having an old house requires a lot of work and American Craftsmen really did an amazing job helping me catch up on some dated repairs. This included fixing multiple pieces of siding that were falling off, adding cement to the crumbling chimney, installing a new cap to that chimney, and spot repairing several trouble spots on the roof. Mike was timely, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done right. 10/10 will definitely have them help with some other parts of the house including a new door, aluminum fascia, upgrading the windows and really anything else I can think of.

These are some of the nicest, friendliest and courteous tradespeople I've come across. We had 15 windows in our house replaced and are REALLY happy with the results. They went above and beyond replacing some sills and trim that were found to be rotten, explaining what they were doing as they went. We had a few questions with one window after the work was done, but they came promptly and addressed our concerns. We will definitely work with these guys again in the future. Thank you!

The process of having our front door replaced was pleasant from estimate to completion. These are true craftsmen with excellent skills and professional demeanor. We are very satisfied, would highly recommend American Craftsmen, and will call them again when needed.

I chose American Craftsman to completely remodel my main upstairs bathroom. I also had them repair a piece of the downstairs ceiling that had been damaged from a leak in the bathroom. And I had them replace a toilet in a second bathroom. The entire experience was fabulous.

First, other estimates I received required me to buy the components for the bathroom at places where the companies would then make money off of my purchases. American Craftsman sets up the process differently. I chose and bought each of the components – such as the tile, cabinets, sink, toilet, and faucets. I also selected the paint color. Kenny from American Craftsman guided me through the selection and purchasing process. Kenny also gave me his discount on the tile, took the time to show me how to use discount websites for the other components, and then took delivery on the parts and held them until they were installed.

Second, the installation process was terrific. The crew of American Craftsman is professional, friendly, and respectful. They laid down protective sheeting all the way through the house and up the stairs every work day. They cleaned up every night and again when the whole bathroom was completed. I have a dog that they not only didn’t mind, but actually took care of while I was at work. American Craftsman does not subcontract out their work. Each section was completed by an American Craftsman expert in that area such as tile or carpentry. And a terrific employee named James worked at the house every day and told me each evening what would be occurring the following day.

Third, the final product is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. I also want to mention that my bathroom was remodeled in August, 2017 and I’m writing this review in late April, 2018. My point is that I still love the bathroom remodel after using it for eight months. That’s important because I’m not going off of first impressions. The bathroom has been used by a lot of people, the bathroom has been cleaned, and I still love the remodel. I highly recommend American Craftsman for bathroom remodeling. I believe in this company so strongly that I would them again myself.

Kenny and his crew renovated both of my bathrooms which were very much in need of facelifts. Not only was everyone professional, pleasant, and hard-working, but they are animal-friendly (which is a BIG plus in my book) and wonderful with my rather energetic dogs. In addition, their patience when it came to answering my endless questions was appreciated. I strongly recommend them.

I hope the guys don't think we were too much of a pain because they will be our go to company for all of our home renovation needs!! Of the 4 estimates I got, not only was theirs the best price, but the communication process was the easiest, it was the timeliest and the most thorough. Kenny was a pleasure to deal with, patiently answering any questions I had, offering suggestions and ideas and walking me through the process. He was available by text, phone or email throughout the entire process with prompt responses and immediate action if I had any concerns. Fast, efficient, and exceptional work done by American Craftsman on our master bathroom! Without being able to use our master for almost two years, these guys were able to give us our dream bathroom in just about 2 weeks from start to finish! There work was quick and neat, keeping our house clean as they worked, tidying up at the end of the day, and not intruding on our day. Can't say enough great things about these guys, each and every person we had come through the door was pleasant and helpful, answering all our crazy questions, and making any changes that were necessary during the process. Highly recommended for any home improvement projects you may have!
