They did amazing work. Taking apart a damaged shower and toilet and rebuilding everything top notch. Things are built to a T, perfect corners, and they took great care to move everything. They event went above and beyond and helped in small ways, such as bringing my trash can in when they arrived in the morning before I had gotten a chance to do it. They take deep pride in their work, and it shows! If you're looking for a competent, kind, and professional group of people, look no further!

Rob was great he answered all my concerns in a very timely manner. Workers were always timely when scheduled. They were very knowledgeable and showed me progress at every step and answered any questions I had.

Had old tile shower replaced with acrylic shower. Turned out beautiful! So clean and white! Work was done in a timely manner, total work time was about 3 1/2 days. And workers kept everything clean! And the price was about half of the price that you see on tv every night! Love the new shower.

This company was the BOMB! Everything was very professional done, even with working with some obstacles, their staff did extremely quality work!! I had an old 1990’s fiberglass bathtub and wanted a walk-in shower!! Boy did I get it!! It is HUMONGOUS, I had no idea how beautiful it would turn out, until it did!! I had a great experience with remodeling my tub into a shower. Started with Home Depot who uses Amercian Contracting Services for remodeling bathrooms. I had a visit from John Wood who came out to look at the scope of work and he was friendly and fair. He wanted to understand what my needs were and gave me a veryl fair price. I was then transferred to my remodel team once I signed all documents and that was Rob Allen and Keifer and they were great to work with and communicated each step to me. I would definitely give them another shot for future remodeling deals.

We hired American Contracting Services, LLC, to build a 14' x 16' room addition and enclosed deck/sunroom on the back of our house. When we first met with American Contracting Services, LLC, we were really impressed with their personable and professional manner. During the construction, there were a few obstacles along the way, but American Contracting Services, LLC was true to their word, and everything was completed to our satisfaction. American Contracting Services, LLC was the contractor sent to me from HD to install shower doors. They installed 2 sliding shower doors in newly renovated bathrooms for us. There were a few bumps along the way, but Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I contracted with American Contracting Services to do extensive modification of the plumbing in my bathroom and install a new bath tub. I only have one word that describes my impression of work performed, EXCELLENT! I was specifically impressed with Billy who did the actual work. Over the past I acquired the name “helicopter” because of always hovering over contracted work being done. I lost that name with Billy who instilled confidence in the quality of his work. We are pleased with our bathroom remodel. This company was very professional and attentive to our needs and wants. The communication between company and customer was excellent. Unfortunately I was not able to possibly engage this company (who has a good reputation for their work) to even look at the extensive 2-3 bath remodel in my home. Three gents came to the door (on time) for the initial meeting. I brought to the door with me brand new N95 masks to wear while in my home with me, since we would be talking inside at close range. They politely refused and said they were not interested, and left. I am a health professional who works with sick patients all the time. I ask strangers in close contact with me in my home/ office etc to help keep everyone safe. The last time I had a contractor in my home, they did not mask, the apprentice was sniffling, etc and I caught COVID from him (was not working that week, and no other exposures). I also do not want to put my vulnerable patients at risk. Just warning those who may not want to put themselves at increased risk of this companies stance.

We hired American Contracting Services to remodel our primary bathroom and couldn't be happier with the final result. They are professional, communicative, and highly skilled. We will be hiring them again!

It was wonderful working with our Project Manager, Michael. His calls and texts are clear and concise. He checks in on site often. He addresses all concerns no matter how small. Also his interpersonal skills have made what could be stressful situations much easier by staying calm and having a desire to please.

From the first meeting to the final walk through, the team made the experience smooth. Their customer service is superior. We hired ACS to renovate a 45 year old ranch to help accommodate my mother-in-law and her needs with a wheelchair. John and Richard proposed a great design that opened the floor plan and provided a great space for her. The improvements included a new kitchen island with special space for a microwave, and a table at the end where she can sit, wider doors, a new bedroom space and a new great room. The most impressive thing to me was the engineered beam they had to install as well as blending in new oak flooring and refinishing the original oak. It all looks brand new! They were very accommodating to any changes we made and did a lot while keeping us on budget. Mike our project manager was always so nice and great to work with. I feel like we made so new friends working with them the last 6 months. They made it as stress free as a renovation could be and took an old house and made it look new again! Very appreciative for all they did to help us out. Looking forward to working with them again next time.

My husband and I were anxious for our first major remodel- the primary bathroom. We had heard horror stories about contractors that under performed and did not follow through with what was promised. American Contracting Services dispelled those fears. Brandon, John, and Richard were attentive, detailed, and strove for excellence. No request was too big and I was blown away with their communication and follow through… not to mention I love my bathroom! They have some of the most talented subs in the business. Rusty the electrician was very helpful. Steven’s tile work is meticulous and that of a seasoned artist. Overall, we would recommend ACS and would welcome an opportunity to work with them in the future.

After seeing the 3 season porch you had completed for a friend of mine, I was sold! I had gotten estimates from other "franchise" porch companies and after contacting ACS, their knowledge of the local ordinances showed me that they were not promising to do what would have been a violation of the codes. Their price was right in line with the "franchise" companies and they delivered a better product. The completed porch is beautiful and everyone who has seen it agree! The Ezebreeze Windows are impressive. I was frequently informed as to when to expect the workers to be there. James McCraw stayed on top of the job to ensure that I was happy with the work being done. Any issue was quickly and professionally fixed to my satisfaction. I have no problem recommending ACS to any of my friends.

American Contracting was outstanding to work with. They transformed by master bathroom and bedroom into a work of art, and exactly what I was looking for. They are meticulous, responsive, and incredibly detail oriented. They went above and beyond all expectations in every area – from craftsmanship, professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail and artistic vision. Milton and his crew kept my home clean as they were working here on demo, painting, laying luxury tile and shoe molding, and walled off the construction area which was much appreciated. The crew was so respectful. Brandon was incredibly easy to work with and made the process so smooth. We had some complex wall tile work that Steven meticulously worked on. It is stunning. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them for any home improvement work.

American Contracting Services rebuilt our detached one-car garage, making it a fully finished room with a small kitchen area (sink, counter, fridge) and an attached shed for lawn equipment and storage. The quality and design far exceeded my expectations, and they remained on budget the entire time. The project was managed seamlessly without requiring much of my own time or attention. They really captured the spirit of the project, and every decision was made with that in mind. American Contracting Services did a wonderful job on our modified Mother-in-Law Suite. The quality of work was phenomenal and the attention to detail was impressive. Grant was our project manager, and he sent us updates several times a week and showed up on the site to ensure that the work was getting done correctly and on-time. We made a few modifications along the way, and they were able to accommodate our requests with ease. Not only did they have a strong work ethic, but they were also very kind and thoughtful in asking how mom was doing (as she was struggling with her health). I would highly recommend them!

We were referred to American Contracting by a friend who had nothing but good things to say. We had our kitchen remodeled, a wall removed, and new flooring added throughout our entire first floor. American Contracting started with having a full team come to our house to better understand our vision prior to making the initial estimate. After a tragic loss, due to a house fire, I was tasked with researching a good builder to rebuild our home during the onset of the pandemic. While doing my research on HOUZZ I came across American Contracting Service profile and was quite impressed with their work and background. Honestly, I wasn't only trying to find a good builder but good people to hire as well. It was right up my alley and not too big of a company that you get lost in the shuffle. We purchased a home in March of this year, the kitchen needed a complete renovation. The whole team from owners to subcontractors were extremely professional and accommodating. They put a few of their personal touches on it, in the process. Any concerns or oh-by-the ways were quickly acknowledged and addressed. My kitchen is beautiful, Using them again for a bathroom reno.

We have used American Contracting Services for 2 remodels. First, for the remodel of our kitchen/living area, this included almost an entire rebuild of those areas, including subfloor replacement and bay window repair. These repairs were not on the original estimate, but American kept those repair costs and delays at a minimum. Recently, they did a complete remodel of our master bathroom, as well as flooring and painting of all our bedrooms. We could not be happier with the job they have done. From the very first visit with John and Richard to estimate the job, we always felt a sense that the customer’s satisfaction was their primary goal. They were attentive to our desires as the customer and went above and beyond to make the job meet our expectations.
Once the work began, Grant was responsible for the day to day operations. It was a pleasure to have him as our point of contact while the work took place. He was always forthcoming, honest, and attentive. He always kept us in the loop about what work was taking place and the upcoming schedule of work. As with any job, some unexpected issues came up, such as needing new subflooring. Grant always worked diligently to adjust and to make sure we were happy with the direction things were going. They completed the work to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. There were hardly any days where progress was not made in some way. They were also extremely accommodating on any changes we wanted to make in the middle of the project.
The end results of the remodel blew us away. Both remodels look like they belong in a magazine. We are extremely satisfied with their work and cannot recommend a company more highly than this hard working group. We will use nobody else for any future home improvement projects.

We used American Contracting Services for our recent complete Kitchen remodel. Throughout the process they were great. We were in constant communication and they always were quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or issues that came up even coming out many times on the weekends. We had our bathroom remodeled and they took it down to the studs. They were efficient with getting the job done and had the workman organized so that it didn't take long at all.
