So very pleased with the work done replacing my roof. Cleanup was spotless and everyone was so hard working. I highly recommend this company.

Kemp does fantastic work! He was the best price and had the best quality project. Another local company said they could match it. When I gave them the quote they couldn’t touch the project for the same price and same quality materials.

It’s been almost 3 years since our roof was put on. No issues, but today saw something that needed to be adjusted. I text Kemp Monday, he had a guy out to fix it Tuesday!

So we had a roof put on our home in downtown Fernandina a few months ago and the job went great. Thoroughly pleased with the product and the experience of working with these guys! Best price in town and quality is suburb. The quality is the reason I am writing this review.

We just had a tropical storm come through the Island and we received tons of rain. I noticed a pretty severe leak in our kitchen and right away called Kemp, the owner.

He and his right hand man, Enrique, showed up within 10 minutes, no kidding, 10 minutes!

With smiles on their faces, they hoped up on the roof in the tropical storm rain and wind and had the leak remedied within 5 minutes.
To clarify, the leak was not caused by their handiwork or lack thereof, it was due to the pattern of my siding and the siding not being caulked.

These guys are as good as it gets all the way around! Thanks Kemp!

I called about a leak in our roof. One of their staff showed up to our house the next day. I was able to show him exactly where the small leak was from underneath in the attic, which helped a lot. He had it fixed in less than an hour, and when I asked what we owed he said nothing. When our roof needs replaced we will call Amelia Island Roofing.

Amelia Island Roofing re-roofed our house and it looks great! The Price and Quality results make wonder how other roofers get any work! After going through 9 different roofing company estimates I chose Kemp and his team. Kemp was the only owner to actually come out and do the roof bid. All the rest were estimate men who wouldn't be involved in the job. He was at the job site everyday of the job ensuring the workers were keeping the site clean and organized. Oh and if you want a standing seam metal roof. He has the forming machine to make the roof panels. That takes the middleman out of the equation thereby making him the most cost effective too.

Amelia Island Roofing installed my metal roof and did a great job. My neighbors also used him and we are all very pleased. He stands behind his work and that speaks volume. I recommend Amelia Island Roofing by far.

DO NOT recommend. I attempted to hire Amelia Island Roofing, but received no confirmation or estimate of service. I called three times and the serviceman asked for the same basic contact information each time without scheduling me. Multiple times, he asked me to copy our phone conversation into a text message and text it to him. I texted him three times without response.

Kemp replaced a metal roof on my coastal home. He had the best quote of three I was given. He started and finished the work exactly as he promised. He made me aware of several issues with my stucco and a leaking window which were quickly addressed with his help. The workmanship was excellent, and I'm pretty picky! I got the sense that he takes pride in his work and likes what he does. Communication was excellent. I strongly reccomend Amelia Island Roofing.

Had a leak but didn't know where, they located the leak and made repairs quickly and we've had no problems since.

My work was done three years ago but today my insurance company wanted proof that he work had been completed. Fortunately I still had a copy of the final inspection which I’m sure Kemp provided me. Wondered if he was still in business and happy to see he is. Great guy to work, true to his word.

Two years, two hurricanes, two houses needing roofs! #1 house disaster trying to find a roofing contractor, months of stress...#2 house Amelia Island Roofing. Kemp owner and professional business man, met me as scheduled, quoted the job, gave me an install date, his crew arrived, were very respectful, polite and hard working. The work was complete in two days, job well done. No change orders, no up charges, I would recommend them to all my friends!

I just wanted to thank you for your prompt response to my leak with my roof. I called two other companies, and although I know they were busy the first few seemed put off, and uninterested. I would have accepted next week if they had been a bit more courteous and interested in helping me. I called your office after I saw a few reviews of Amelia Island Fernandina Beach Network. My call was answered promptly, and although I would have been fine with a later date to look at my roof, he said he could come by that afternoon. As promised, he arrived after two and he quickly assessed our problem. I had a leak around the nail head that had popped up on the boot of my sewer vent. His first suggestion was that I could caulk this and it would very likely fix the problem as he saw this all of the time (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was in his 40's, and drove a black 4 wheel drive truck). He said that it didn't take care of it, he could come back, replace the boot and seal the leak. Today I went on the roof and sure enough, a nail head had popped up where the flange of the boot had been nailed, and I'm sure that is where it was leaking. I sealed it, and confident that took care of it.

What I wanted you to know is that service today is rarely that. The gentleman was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I have my suspicion that other companies may have taken advantage of us, as roofing is not my expertise.

If we ever need any work done or replacement of my roof I will call you first. Your company will always get a recommendation from me for my neighbors, friends and Amelia Island Fernandina Beach Network (as many look to Social Media as I did).
