Called for estimate... wanted information of insurance etc... told them up front I just wanted an estimate of their price to tear off and replace roof specifically... told then I didn't want to waste time if they could not provide... told me they could and would come out.... came out same day with same questions I just answered... Google is where I git number and I only want an estimate for your price for your company to tear off and replace even added gutters... Shut told me I needed to get adjuster to meet him if I wanted an estimate because he could not give me one... a waste of both of our time that could have been avoided during our phone conversation when I asked for the free estimate they say they provide but did Not

Gosh, I don't know where to start with this review....what I can say is that after a hell of an experience (bad, bad, bad) buying a home that needed a new roof, this company demonstrated care, kindness and above all integrity. Elaina is a rock star in my opinion...she is a "mover and a shaker" who gets things done in a professional and expedient manner. She is the caliber of person I would hire in a split second! She was on the ball, chasing down things and making sure all the details were addressed ....she knows her stuff! I have 100% confidence in her abilities and she has proven herself to be trustworthy. This company does what they say .... and even when they run into "inconveniences" , they get the job done! No matter what. No empty promises with this team. I am thoroughly impressed and so incredibly grateful for Elaina and her boss who took care of me, addressed my concerns, and provided wonderful results.

If you are looking for an honest, reputable roofer, you have found the right place. I had another local roofer take a look at my roof after our recent storms and he told me my roof was totaled and was trying to push me into filing a claim and signing an agreement. I did not feel comfortable with that so I gave Jay a call for a second opinion. He confirmed my suspicions, although my roof has some dings, it is not in bad shape and certainly not worth submitting a claim. Because of his honesty and transparency, when the time does come to get a new roof, I'll be calling Jay. Thank you!
