They did the roof 4 years ago. We have leaking from the upstairs bathroom vent. Inspection of cause showed gaps in decking, curled shingles allowing water to damage decking, wetness in attic, cut shingles to cover caps and vent instead of proper flexible shingles, improper flashing. In other words, horrible job and cut many corners.

Made an appointment and he was able to come out within a week and fix the issue on the spot. Friendly and honest, would recommend.

They actually did the work a week before they thought they could. Replaced fascia that came off during a storm. Cannot even tell where the replacement is. Great job!!

Zach at Always Perfect Contracting came out to our house to assess some wind damage and replace a chimney cap that blew off our roof. He was able to build a custom cap and install it for a reasonable rate. Throughout the process he was communicative about costs and timing. It’s hard to find good contractors these days and I’m glad we found him! Looking at the new cap, I don’t think we will have any wind related issues anymore.

I originally got a quote from them in 2023 but had to prioritize other work so wasn't able to get the roof done then. Ryan, the person who gave us our quote in 2023, came out and took another look for us. They completely replaced our old rubber roof (and all the other roofs under that one) with a brand new TPO membrane. Even with bad weather and those unexpected extra roofs they were in and out in three days, including re-shingling our porch and replacing rotting soffits and re-lining the gutters. Amazing team, extremely responsive, tons of progress pics and a fair price. Truly five-star experience!

We had a great experience with Always Perfect Contracting on a full roof replacement, including some non-trivial repairs to a porch roof, new siding on dormers, a full re-decking, and refurbishment of our box gutters. Ryan was an excellent project manager, in part because he clearly had a lot of hands on expertise with older houses. Of all the companies I considered, he was the only person to actually go on our roof, notice the damage on the porch, and offer more thorough, long-term improvements for the box gutters. The other companies would have either discovered the issues during the job and inflated the final price, or papered over underlying flaws.

Now, a week or two later, the house looks great and it's like they were never here. I found barely a scrap of paper or shingle debris in the yard. Thanks!

got a referral from a friend of mine and called Always Perfect Contracting for a new garage roof estimate I talked to Zach, the owner, and made arrangements to come out for an estimate. He came out and explained in detail what he would suggest. Work began a couple of weeks later; and was completed the same day. Zach told me the crew would be here at 7am. Zach and Chris did a great job fixing our complicated patio roof leak issues. Zach is a very honest and responsible contractor and explains everything that we need to know, which I really appreciated. They found the main source of the problem, and were able to provide guidance so that we could find the right plumber to replace a clogged pipe. We had already spent a lot of money and time over a year trying to get this problem resolved with another contractor, but were relieved when Zach finally figured out the main problem. The price was fair and Zach was very good about coming back to make adjustments or minor repairs after the plumber had done their work to make sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. Zach and Chris were easy to talk to, very professional and kind. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Always Perfect Contracting did an outstanding job installing my new roof. From the first discussion with Zach, he was honest and professional and was able to clearly explain the specifics of the project, which helped me to fully understand all that would be done. The project was scheduled in a timely fashion and all necessary materials were delivered a day early. On the day of the installation, Chris, as project manager, and his crew did an excellent job of completing the project within the day. The clean up was tremendous as no loose materials were left behind. Zach returned throughout the day and at the end of the project to take drone photos to show the entirety of the roof and it looked fantastic. It helped to make an older house look so much newer. Zach and his team were quick and efficient in our roof repair. I was particularly impressed when he came for the initial quote/assessment and immediately grabbed a ladder and went up to do an inspection and take photos. Other companies just used a drone, which was not nearly a thorough.

Always Perfect did a fantastic job on our home in Bloomfield. The original slate roof was removed and they extended the roof to cover the box gutters while hanging modern gutters along the outside. The 5 dormers were sided with cement board. It looks fantastic and we’re looking forward to a worry free winter. The crew was great- friendly, hard working and very kind to our elder dog. They cleaned as they went so the mess was minimal and did an excellent final clean up before they left. We are very pleased with how the entire project went. I only wish they did kitchens as well!

I called Always Perfect to come check my overflowing gutters because my roof company said clogged gutters were not covered under the warranty. The crew immediately found the "clog" which was the metal circle cut from the gutter so the downspout would fit in the gutter. The gutter company actually left the metal part behind and it was stuck in the downspout causing the overflow. The crew was very nice and showed me what was causing the clog.

I used them for two different projects, they performed excellent work on both projects. The first project they did for me was a roof replacement. They finished the roof in a day and did a phenomenal job. Because of this my wife and I decided to have them make some repairs to our bathroom. They were extremely respectful of our property and time, they laid pads down to protect our hardwood floors and worked around our daycare schedule and work schedules. All of this helped my wife and I to realize we were in good hands and provided us with a stress free experience for the most part.

Really happy with the work that Always Perfect Contracting did for us. We had them convert our old damaged box gutters to new hanging vinyl gutters. It's already working much better for us, it looks great, and it also cleared up a water problem we had in the basement during rainy days. they also did a full rebuild on our front porch roof. new framing, new roof surface, railings and posts. it looks amazing!! they were super friendly and helpful with any questions or choices we had through the whole project. Ryan and the team did a great job in their repair to my busted third floor box gutter which had developed a persistent slow leak into the second floor ceiling. A week of demo and a clean rebuild/redesign to prevent this sort of issue from reoccurring, and the leak is gone!

We had our front porch roof replaced by them, and apparently this counts as a smaller job, which they were willing to do. They did a very decent job, Zach was very informative about what they were doing. i would hire them again.

This is the A team of contractors. They take pride in their work and it shows. We are so happy with our new gutters and no longer have waterfalls at our downspouts. I would definitely hire them again.

I've used Always Perfect Contracting for two major jobs (full roof replacement, and chimeny removal). They are a rarity when it comes to Pittsburgh contractors. The owner Zach is an excellent communicator via both text and email, which makes the process seamless. His crews are prompt, professional, and do high quality work. I've recommended them to several people, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

We have used Always Perfect Contracting for 3 large jobs in the past year. First, a roof inspection and complete roof reinstallation to fix an emergency situation that was causing leaking into our top story. Zach and his team are super knowledgeable, quick while doing the work properly, and reasonable in price. The foreman even had the crew go over the yard several times to catch any stray nails so the yard was safe for my kid to play when they were done. Second project, Zach installed a complete new set of windows for the whole house. He always kept us in the loop of the plan and took it in stride when the house was a little more challenging than planned. Last project, residing the front of our top level from wood that bees had inhabitated to nice new aluminum. It has been a pleasure to work with this locally owned small business. Don't hesitate to book them for your projects.

In January 2021, Zach evaluated my roof and replaced 3 of my shingles and cleaned the debris from the gutters on my garage. Suggested that I might check back in 2-3 years to check again as I consider replacing my solar panels. He was on time for appointments and explained the situation. I am going to check with him this year.

We had Always Perfect replace a shoddily installed roof that had been giving us problems year over year. Vic reached out to us to schedule vinyl siding, gutter, and downspout replacement, as well as reconditioning our fascia and rakeboards with sheet metal. He was friendly and corresponded timely and often with us to get us on their schedule while working around ours!
Zack and his team came to install, and I found out after the job was done that he's the owner - which any owner that works shoulder to shoulder with his guys and gets his hands dirty too, speaks volumes of his integrity. They were friendly, punctual, and respectful of my property over the course of the four day install - I appreciated them cleaning up at the end of each work day too! The siding, trimwork, gutters, caulking, everything they did, you could tell they care about their craftsmanship. To my pleasant surprise, they even replaced four shingles that blew off in high winds last year without asking, saving me from scheduling to get that repaired too!! We contacted this business and waited over a month and half for them to come out, to hop up and down (not touching a thing) and to tell us they won’t touch our gutters because we need a roofer. Why? Because of bubbling on the rubber on the side of our roof. We had our roof done last summer and they have no real basis for this claim… I mean, they didn’t even touch it. I’ve never dealt with a company this unprofessional.

Now, we are out almost two months and just had a torrential rain that came into our basement. I know businesses are busy right now, but you are messing with people’s lives and homes here.

I would not recommend this company’s business practices nor rely on their concern and punctuality.
