Stay away. They did work on our kitchen remodel. Would come and go all hours of the day. Once showed up at 7 pm thinking it was ok to start working. Then they sanded the walls without sealing the doors or vents in the room. Dust was all over my house. Had to have a cleaning company deep clean the place. No apologies, nothing. This company is awful. You have been warned.

Incredibly unprofessional company. They came and did work for me a year ago and I paid them with a check after the job was completed and they sent me a paid invoice. Now a year later they came back to me telling me they forgot to run/post the check and I still owed them money. I even got a letter in the mail saying they were going to take action on my property. There are some companies you just shouldn’t do business with and this is one.

They missed the studs so nails are coming out everywhere. On almost every outlet they cut too far. Not even oversize covers would hide it. Every corner had so much mud we had to scrape it off. They covered two lights and a pipe! They came to fix a light and charged me! We did not pay it and docked their pay! Also in places the drywall was hung so high our trim barely touched it.

We used this company for new construction. This is not the first house we have built. So we know the difference from a good and bad job. This was a horrible job. We are going to have to do repair in every room of our house. We even had to do electrical repairs do to cut wires during drywall install. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Francisco and José did an amazing job installing, mudding and finishing new drywall in 3 rooms in our house. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Excellent communications, arrived on time, and did high quality work efficiently. They were priced fairly and there were no delays in jon completion. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and I will be calling Francisco during my next remodel project.

Do not hire this contractor. The driver of their maroon work truck is rude and a bad driver. He camped out in the passing lane next to a semi for over 10 miles on 265. Speeding up and slowing down to stay in tandem with the rig above and below the speed limit to make sure none could pass. The driver was def not an old white bearded dude in a pointy hat so Gandalf is out the window...

I used this company over five years ago and they were fantastic !!! - this year not so great. Guy came out and quoted the job he very specifically said "We'll drop off materials one day - hang and start to finish the drywall and finish the next day" I confirmed he said three days and done and he said yes. Once I pulled the trigger they delivered a week later and came out to hang the next day. Those guys said they don't finish and those guy would be out the next day, a week later after 2-3 reschedules they finally show. These guys start asking for a heater because by this time it had gotten cold, this is a new space and has no heat. They get one of those kerosene torpedo heaters and tell me to keep an eye on it because the room can't get cold now - great now I have to babysit this thing? Another week goes by of me feeding a heater and I finally run out of fuel, they show up the next day and say it's too cold to work and they refilled the heater and left. This process went on for 3-4 weeks meanwhile these guys have a microwave in the space and I find them sitting on buckets eating all the time. Once the ordeal was over I'm done 20 gallons of kerosene at close to $4 a gallon and they won't refund me. They had stapled down paper to the floor to keep the mess up but they yanked that and left leaving MOUNDS AND MOUNDS of dust that after a few days of my complaining I had to cleanup. The bill says cleanup was included but when I called the lady who answered said no that's just hauling away the unused drywall. Now I have all this dust and a few hundreds staples to pull out of my floor :) To be clear the guy who quoted also said it would be ready for paint when they leave :). To make matters worse they bent and broke the copper lines for the HVAC system so I had to pay the HVAC guys $350 to fix that and it took a few weeks to get Alvarado to respond after calls and emails asking for an updated bill. The HVAC guys had to cut the new drywall and patch again.

I've attached a small sample of their great job, the worst beyond the broken HVAC lines was the cut wires in the box that were a giant PAIN to fix. You can see they didn't sand the bottom few inches of the wall and most of the screws/nails 6"-8" above the floor weren't mudded so I guess I need 10" trim?? Some of the corners they mudded so thick it's cracked and I found out later after talking to my neighbor across the street they actually REMOVED a window without asking permission to feed in the materials and didn't put all the screws back in. I noticed cracking all around the window and was able to almost push the bottom of the window out. Had my neighbor not told me that I'd never known but did notice tire ruts in the yard where he said the truck rolled almost over my bushes to get close. These pictures don't do the job justice - I've spent weeks cleaning and patching and sanding to get ready for paint and my job is now two months behind schedule. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!

Tried to cheat us by doing a tiny part of the job and then trying to charge for the whole job. Never came when they said they would and kept us waiting for hours. Didn’t clean up drywall dust until forced to do so. We still have dust everywhere upstairs when the job was on the lower level - an unnecessary mess that will.take us weeks to clean up.
