I've been a dealer for Alutech United for 5 years when they sold product directly to my customer . My customer who I've installed gates in the past and had been working on my third transaction of Alutech shutters went around me to buy direct from Alutech. My sales rep Cliff who "does not sell direct to consumers". Well Cliff took the order and sold at a "discount" directly to my customer of course causing a strain at the least with our customer. This is not the type of treatment that should be expected from they responded with "we are sorry".
We have worked with Alutech for years and they provide us with Quality products and excellent service and support as a dedicated dealer for them in the Cape Cod area.
You get what you pay for with this company. Our company has been using Alutech for close to 19 years . I can tell you they make a premium shutter with top notch customer support. Best fit and finish out there.
