I paid Alphonso 50% down to complete a plumbing job. This is more than required by state law. He kept rescheduling the work and in the end he never completed the job. When he de died not to complete the work..he left the parts in my driveway with no receipt, and kept all my deposit..his excuse was there was a delivery charge to leave the parts in my driveway and a charge for his time. Neither charge was outlined in his estimate.
The bottom line is this man stole over $300 from me with the lame claims of this charge was for time spent on the job he never did and delivery charge to leave parts in my drive way
This man is an absolute thief and my lawyer is working with Nevada board of contractors and Clark county claims court to retrieve my money.
Stay away from this man and his company.
From start to finish, the professionalism and communication from Al was excellent. His workmanship is outstanding as well as his versatility. Job well done!
