We have worked with Sierra many times from huge things to small things. I love that they are always on call, and will get someone there quickly to assess the situation. They are great at communicating and keeping you informed along the way.

Sierra Restoration has responded quickly, professionally and responsibly to any jobs we have requested of them at Oak Meadows property. I highly recommend them in a residential or commercial setting.

Sierra Restoration is the absolute BEST! They came out immediately when we had our flood and were ready to help. They had everything stopped and drying within a short amount of time! Ty and his team helped us through the whole process. Scheduling everything that needed completed from tear out to rebuild. I never had to worry about anything. There subs were fantastic and very professional. If I ever had a question I just reached out to Ty and he immediately got back to me with answers. Our basement is better than new and we owe it all to Sierra Restoration! I would not trust my home to anyone else!! GREAT JOB SIERRA AND THANK YOU!!!

With today being more and more difficult financially, then having a water line fail flooding the whole house. It's beyond words the stress and anxiety when it comes to knowing where to start, how to even fix everything, and who to even call to start the process. Sierra Restoration was a total life saver! They answered hundreds of questions, and I know many of which were repeated questions. They were very patent with us and extremely nice. Just reducing the stress alone made me willing to recommend them to my family and close friends.

Having worked with them for the past few weeks into this mess, it's no question about their professional, well established expertise. We had a question on some possible black mold, and they swiftly sent out an employee, Grant, who took care of the area of concern quickly. He was able to not only fix the problem but also answer all the many questions that came up about black mold, giving us comfort knowing we can safely sleep at night.

I hope my family never has to go through this agein. But if we do, I will absolutely be calling Sierra Restoration agein!

Jeremy was more than helpful with The mitigation and drying out of our floor after water damage. He went above and beyond to remove some linoleum that had tough mold. Also, Jeff at Sierra has worked well with my homeowners insurance company, which is a tall order!

I needed my basement floor cleaned after a tenant who had 3 dogs. Gavin came out and provided an Anti-Microbial and Bio- Modifier cleaning. I marked all the bad spots, and he spent extra time making sure it was cleaned to my satisfaction. Gavin was professional and willing to do the job right!

We had to close for 2 weeks due to water damage. These guys were fast and efficient at getting the repairs done and the new floor is beautiful. Thank you!

Be Very careful choosing this company!!! Make sure that you read their contract before getting them to start the work. They billed me additional $1800 for O&P which is not covered under a HO policy. If you don't pay it they will put a lien on your home. The $1800 was on top of my ded. You can look up what O&P stands for additional costs contractors charge covering business expenses. I am also filling other complaints. This should be considered fraud!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. Garrett and the Sierra Restoration team have been phenominal to work with! We have been fighting with our insurance for almost a year now trying to get our house repaired from a roofing leak. Garrett and his team have been nothing but patient and helpful throughout the entire process. From writing up tons of different estimates (to satisify our adjuster) to performing mitigation and inspections and helping my husband and I understand what is happening...they have been amazing. Don't go anywhere else!

First time using them I was impressed. Professional and quick to respond and come out. Impressed with safety measures on unknown and potentially hazardous mitigation. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks!

Sierra has been super helpful as we deal with a leaking dishwasher that caused damage to our home. Oscar has been in contact every day and lets us know when he will be arriving to continue working. The whole team takes time to answer questions. Highly recommend!

I’ve had more plumbing and construction issues than I’d like to admit, but Garrett at Sierra Restoration always comes to the rescue. When we experienced a major basement leak, Garrett arrived quickly and took care of the excess water with efficiency and care. While I hope this is our last construction emergency, if another arises, we won’t hesitate to call Sierra.

Grant Galvin and Austin were excelent at helping me out with my wet basement and communicating with me at a level I could understand what was going on. I called Tom Holmes also to solve part of the issue and they all were great help. Thanks for having good people working together.

The men that showed up to help were friendly and quick with their work they had the underlayment up and out within an hour of arriving at midnight and had everything to help us protect our apartment from water damage 10/10 would definitely call again

I am so great full and happy that these guys showed up when they did. Last night my family and I were surprised and stunned to see our toilet had flooded our master bathroom and bedroom, we live in a second story apartment and our neighbors had also been affected by this. This all happened pretty late at night. These guys were here as soon as they could, all our personal items were handled with care and the communication from the crew was great, very professional and polite. They stayed up till 1am working diligently on this surprise flood. Thank you guys so much for coming out so late and helping my family!

Sierra was amazing when we had a leak in our upstairs bathroom that caused flooding downstairs. Oscar was quick on his feet when he arrived. He communicated well through out the whole process!!

I was recommended Sierra Restoration after our downstairs toilet caused some flooding. We were worried about potential damage this flood could of caused. Sierra Restoration was out within the hour. I had a kitchen flood over the summer. Gavin from Sierra mitigation team was first on scene and was professional, efficient and kind. Garrett came after the mitigation and was very informative as he explained the next steps. I appreciate their help. I would highly recommend their team.

My basement flooded 2 weeks ago for the 2nd time this summer. Sierra Restoration responded quickly and efficiently to get rid of the water and remove the soaking wet pad under the carpet. Instead of tearing down walls and built-ins immediately, they were conservative in their efforts, using dehumidifiers and fans, and checking the progress daily. I really appreciate Gavin and Grant who were patient with me, and very respectful of my furnishings as they relocated them to different areas of the house in order to complete their work. Thank you. We still have a lot to do in getting things put back together, but thanks to Sierra, we have a really good start.

Lanell, project manage, and crew have gone far beyond perfect to get this job done. I can't say enough good about them. I'm absolutley thrilled with the completed work.

We had Sierra Restoration do a remodel in our living room. They remodeled a flat wall to include a bump out with an electric fireplace and built-in bookshelves. The end product was just what we had hoped for, we are so happy with the result!

They’ll come quickly and fix your issue, but be prepared to give them $1,000s of dollars, a lock of hair, and your first born child.

But in reality, ask them for every detailed cost of what they’ll be doing so that you can choose what you will and won’t want them to do. Otherwise they’ll just do the most expensive methods and charge you $1000s for a small section of flooding.

We just spent the last week working with Grant and his team at Sierra Restoration. Not only did they come super quick, they made sure I understood everything they were doing and why. I had an additional concern in a Sunday morning and they came right over. Excellent to work with. Very good communication. This is the second time we have used them and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

We had a huge water leak in the wall of our home. Austin came out to look at things and was extremely professional in judging how things would go and the time frame of the work.
Grant and Oscar came to demo things. Grant was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions with different areas of the project. Coincidentally, there was a previous roof leak above the wall that was being worked on. We asked if it could be added to the project and Grant was so kind to add to his work load and called the GM right away to ask for a quote and got it done. Grant and Oscar worked efficiently as a team in different areas of the project to get the most out of each day's work. They were both effective communicators about the project, personable and easy to have in our home. We appreciate that they cleaned up the project debris, brought their own garbage bags and materials and communicated professionally with each other. We would highly recommend Sierra restoration!

I am happy to tell of the experience we have had with Sierra Restoration.
From the time we called, they came quickly and were concerned for our safety and comfort. It took 7 days to dry out using several fans and other equipment to accomplish that. Someone came to check daily on everything. After it was dry, it seemed between fixing things etc. it moved a little slowly but some of that was that we didn't understand our part. I would especially like to mention Micheal Mortenson who endured many phone calls, questions, etc. and was patient and helpful. And came to our house several times to check things out, explain things and make sure we were happy. I would also like to mention Jaaron Moser of the restoration team. He was especially helpful and congenial. He was extremely particular to do things well and just as we wanted them done. He went beyond just finishing things off.
We appreciate the mitigation team especially Levi and I'm sorry I don't remember the names of all the other team members who came to help us. Those that came to replace furniture etc. were very careful and placed things just as we wanted them. Even the people in the office were friendly and helpful.
In all I would say that our experience with Sierra, for the most part, was pleasant and even enjoyable even though it was a little longer than we would have liked.
We are really enjoying being back in our restored home. Thank you Sierra Restoration.

I became aware of Sierra Reconstruction and Garrett Adams when my mother’s home had an internal flooding problem with inside plumbing last February, 2024. I can not give a higher recommendation. Let’s say Garrett and his staff are the Michael Jordon, Simone Biles, and Serena Williams of disaster restoration. There is a reason why I wanted to really think about this review and why their superb technical work and excellent customer service means so much to my mother and me. Garrett’s and Sierra’s response came after a situation that caused hardship for both of us. First, Sierra’s response was immediate. Second, the communication with both me and my mother was exceptional. I am a stickler about communication and this was critical for both coordination with other contractors and the insurance company. Third is the excellence of the work completed. Fourth is the level of detail, time, and energy Garrett invested in providing documentation and phone calls to the insurance company. Fifth is how he and Sierra staff cared about my mother and how they showed her respect. My mother is 86 and she was distraught that her home had been recently repaired for a different type event which created costs, inconvenience, and inability to use her home.

The restoration event that Sierra Reconstruction responded to occurred approximately 8 months from the time there was a break down in the public water plumbing system from the street to inside her house. It was extremely expensive, took months and months to resolve, and the homeowners policy did not cover the damage or repair from the curb through her yard, driveway, garage, and home. Fortunately, Homeowners insurance would cover the work that Garrett and Sierra Reconstruction does. However there are specific formulas insurance companies have and they do not pay for sloppy or unnecessary work. It is difficult to get them to pay a fair price for the necessary work. Here is where Garrett and Sierra Restoration shined.They are professionals and they know how to work with homeowners in distress and how to work with insurance companies.

One area I should mention is that before Garrett and Sierra my mother and I worked with four different contractors. That was after the initial plumber managed to get the water shut off. It worked out however it took a lot of communication and tracking at a time when stress is already high. I want to emphasize Sierra is a full service flood restoration company. I am grateful he was grateful to step in and they do that as well as full service (which I greatly appreciate.)

It would have been easier to only work with Sierra. They handle everything from start to finish. They have crews of in-house professionals who can do most of everything, but if they run into anything they can't handle, Sierra Restorations has a network of sub-contractors who can assist them with portions of the work. Information I learned is the initial phase (demolition & dryout) is the Mitigation, and then there's the part where the damage is replaced and/or repaired which is called Reconstruction.

I had the experience with Garrett and Sierra which evidenced they are really committed to help ease the stress of a flood by doing as much as they can for the homeowner. A flood in and of itself is stressful enough, then having to deal with the scheduling, $$ side of things, negotiating w/ insurance, etc etc. just makes it that much stressful and time consuming if done by the homeowner.

My mother and I really trusted Garrett and all the people who worked for him and Sierra.

Sierra Restoration has been an excellent company to work with to restore my flooded kitchen.

My first contact was with Jeff who set up appointments with the State Farm adjuster.

He handed me off to his project manager, Ty Palmer, who organized the teams that tore out and replaced my flooring and cabinets.

Sean tore out my damaged floor and replaced the subfloor.

I’m not sure who did the oak flooring replacement, but they did an outstanding job of matching the new flooring to the old flooring.

Their cabinet contractor, Kurt Brattos, came in a repaired and replaced my lower cabinets and center island so they looked perfectly new.

The counter top guy, Cody, from Innovative Countertops, replaced my countertops tops and center island with improved materials and a much cleaner look.

Finally, okay maybe not quite finally, Grant, David, and Gavin moved my furniture and appliances back into my living space carefully and efficiently.
They are an excellent team who worked to make sure I was satisfied with choosing Sierra Restoration.

I am indeed happy with the friendliness and efficiency of all the teams who worked to restore my kitchen.

We had some non emergency water damage in our mechanical room this past weekend. We called Sierra on Monday and they were at our house within a few hours assessing the situation and giving us an estimate of cost. Their mitigation team arrived soon after and figured out where the water had come from, started drying out the damp places and fixing the cause of the water leak. Their staff has been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and above and beyond helpful. They communicate well and keep scheduled appointments. I can recommend their services wholeheartedly. We are still working with them on the damage repair, but have every confidence in their skills and services.
