I reached out about a year ago and got an estimate on how much it would cost. I reached out months later to see if they could still do it and they could. They did not have to come back out to resmeasure or look at more damages *if any were done*. It took a few more months for me to get the full amount that would be due and when I reached back out, I signed the paper work thr next day, and they were ready to start about 3 days later. Only took them about 6 hrs give or take. Very fast, kind, and cleaned up well behind themselves. Definitely would recommend!

This was our second time using Alpha and it was the smoothest process. I was expecting a headache with the insurance but Brock handled everything from start to finish! Answered all my questions no matter how many times I asked the same ones! Will definitely use them again!

This company is very thorough and prompt. I had a major issue with my roof and Wesley came out within a couple of hours of me calling. Sprung a leak in my roof so I cald alpha roofing. Wesley came out the next day and did a thorough examination of my roof. He went over my options and worked up an estimate for me.

The work crew showed up less than 2 weeks later and had it done in 1 day. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

The next day Brian showed up to examine the work and ran a big magnet over my yard to check for any missed screws and nails.

Since then it's had a chance to rain heavily, with some heavy gusts to go with it, on my roof. No leaks and shingles have remained intact and in place.

All in all a prompt and good job.

Alpha Roofing review

For some background: My husband and I were sold a “flipped” house that ended up being a facade of new material plastered over the old, to include the roof. Because the damages were considered neglect and poor craftsmanship by homeowners insurance, my husband and I have had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on repairs. This made us intent on finding just the right contractor for our roof: one who could balance quality work with fair pricing.

Brock turned out to be that contractor. We peppered him with questions throughout a week’s time. He never once seemed bothered or annoyed, answered every one of them thoroughly, and made sure that if he missed our call or text that his response time was prompt. He provided the details we asked for to understand our roofing needs and costs, which involved coming out more than once before we even booked with him. He was well organized, timely, and friendly throughout our business dealings with him.

His team was on time each morning, cheerful, respectful, and efficient. My husband and I were out there regularly, climbing onto the roof with them to see where the project was for our own sanity, and they never minded, making small talk or answering questions as we asked.

When the project was complete, the team swept the entire area thoroughly for roofing nails or metal debris, then used a blower to ensure our patio, sidewalk, and driveway were clear of other debris. They communicated what time they’d be finished impeccably close to the time they actually were done.

Days later, Brock came to collect payment but not before he walked us through exactly what had been done to ensure a quality roof, leaving us with care tips (as it’s a flat TPO, not your normal angled, shingled roof) and with confidence in an excellent product. The peace of mind we received was worth working with Brock alone.

Alpha Roofing installed a new roof on my mother's home and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that was done. My mother loved it, as well as my siblings and I. Although I live out of state, I called around, settled on Alpha Roofing (an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau) and orchestrated and arranged everything with Grant to get the ball rolling. He was professional, responsive to all my questions and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process on when installation was to begin, how long it should take to finish the job and how soon after completion that the project manager would do a walk-through to make sure everything was cleaned up and done to our satisfaction. We contacted Colton Hill at Alpha Roofing after we had leaks in our roof following a series of storms. He came out the next day to look at our roof and identify the location of the leak. He quickly explained our issues and explained what needed to happen next.

When it was time for the insurance inspection, Colton was there to meet the inspector and communicated our issues to the inspector. After the insurance company approved a new roof, Colton was very helpful in detailing our options and how the process would work. All told, it was barely over three weeks from when we first called Colton to when I arrived home from work to find our house with a beautiful new roof.

In what was a very stressful time, Colton and his crew stepped up to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. We can't recommend Colton and the people at Alpha Roofing highly enough!

We had a roof leak during a week long rain streak. Grant came over and put buckets in our attic until they were able to safely assess the roof damage after the rain stopped. They were able to get us in within two weeks, and finished the job in one day! So easy to work with, and so helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Amazing company. They worked us in next day to look into our flashing or sealant issues around chimney. Grant came by and sealed it where some had come loose over time and didn’t even charge us. And they weren’t even the original roofer, he just is that amazing. I will definitely use them for all future roofing work and any time someone needs a referral.

We first used Alpha Roofing after a tornado went thru our neighborhood in South Bossier. They were the first available to tarp our house. They did it the very same day they came to inspect. They finished the roof in a timely manner and it looked great, no issues.
The second time we used them we had a leak in an attic vent. Their man, Grant Dunlop found where it was leaking right away. It just needed to be re-sealed. He completed the work right then. Always fast, friendly service. We highly recommend.

We had a licensed and insured roofer install a roof that we later found outwas not up to code. The original roofer refused to fix it and other roofers said they didn’t do small repair jobs. Alpha Roofing saved the day! They came out quickly, sent a reasonable and detailed quote and agreed to fix it within the week. After signing the bid, Alpha Roofing continued to communicate with us on when they would be out and when they had completed the job. They even provided me a certificate of completion.
