After recent hurricane damage, Josh and Eubanks Roofing were very prompt, respectful and professional throughout the entire process, even assisting us with the insurance process. We used them for our new roof and then also used them for tree and debris removal. They went above and beyond in all aspects and we highly recommend them!

We contracted Eubanks roofing to do a full roof replacement on our garage. They came out a few days later and was done from start to finish in about 6 hours. The crew was very professional and thorough when it came to cleaning up everything. We were very satisfied with the quality of work that we had them come back the following week to do a full roof replacement on our house. Eubanks Roofing replaced our roof in 2017. Recently, we had a leak at a vent booth. Josh came out and repaired it without any complaints. He is busy helping with cleanup from Hurricane Helene but still took the time on a Sunday afternoon to take care of a prior customer. From the start of coming out to assess a leak, Josh found the roof to have excessive storm damage. He walked us through the process of filing an insurance claim, met with the adjuster and got the roof covered by insurance. I am a new homeowner and wasn’t sure how the process would go but he made sure it went effortlessly. Once it was approved he and his crew went to work and had the job completed in a day. They arrived at the break of dawn and didn’t leave until the job was complete. To say that we are pleased with Eubanks Roofing is an understatement. I highly recommend Eubanks Roofing. Josh is trustworthy and does a wonderful job. He installed my roof several years ago and when a limb torpedoed into my house during a recent storm, I contacted him for help. He was at my house in a very short amount of time and was able to remove the limb and secure a tarp to prevent additional damage while the storm continued all through the night. The repairs were completed within 48 hours. He provided peace of mind during a difficult time and I am truly grateful.

It isn't possible to overstate Josh's excellence. Previously we had been seeking a roofing company to do a repair for a significant leak. After contacting four of the larger companies and either not hearing back, not being properly assessed (a couple of them didn't even get up onto the roof), or being dismissed because they didn't feel it was worthwhile to come out for a repair vs replacement, I called Josh. Right from the outset, Josh:
* responded to every single text with extreme timeliness
* showed up when he said he would
* explained his assessment with extreme clarity
* found strong evidence of wind damage, warranting an insurance claim, when none of the four larger roofers did
* met our adjuster to show all of the damage
* gave us excellent aesthetic advice
* explained details about our insurance company's obligations to us that were less obvious, and offered to help us in this regard, EVEN for the portions of the claim relating to the interior of the house
* got the job done impeccably and quickly
* was extremely pleasant to deal with
This has been the most delightful home improvement project we've ever had done, thanks to Josh. I wish every project were this way!

Josh was great. We were under a time crunch to schedule the replacement of our roof before rain hit and they came in and completed all the work in one day. No shortcuts were taken or compromise to a quality install and they provide a 10 year transferable warranty.

They were able to promptly issue an estimate, do a site visit and begin work. The bid was the best and so was the work!!! Myself and my parents were so thrilled that the crew handled the clean up so well and were able to match the tiles that my mom liked. Eubanks roofing was absolutely fantastic! The guys came out and took care of my roof quickly and even offered to pick up and haul off some tree limbs for me! Most importantly I have not found a single nail anywhere after they left which was a big concern for me! I am one happy customer!

Josh came out and assessed my storm damage and met with the insurance adjuster to insure that they saw all the damage we had sustained. He made temporary repairs to keep the roof from leaking in the mean time and within 8 days of his first coming out he had our new roof installed , along with a new sky light and repaired some of our gutters that needed repair. He has done roofs for several other people I know and all of them were more than satisfied. Don’t settle for some giant roofing company or a fly by night - josh is local and has over a decade of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial roofing . When you call in you will be talking to Him THE OWNER / ROOFER .

I was not familiar with this company but saw the truck in a shopping area and called the number. Josh came out and assessed the roof the next day. I have to say Heather, I believe is her name, was always courteous and professional. Josh was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. The roof looks great! Josh is fixing some other things in my house. He even helped me with some light bulbs. I’m pretty sure that was not in his job description but I definitely appreciated him for that. Eubanks Roofing was great to work with. This was my first time purchasing a roof and it can be overwhelming. Josh, the owner, made it easy to understand and walked me through everything step by step. He took the time and explained the insurance paperwork. Eubanks replaced the roof due to wind damage but also fixed my fence. Eubanks Roofing doesn't just replace and fix roofs. They do everything from kitchen remodels, gutters, shutters, etc except plumbing and HVAC. It's nice to use one company for everything. I love my roof! Josh and his crew did a great job. I also had some damaged siding replaced on the house. Now my roof and siding look great and I was happy with the customer service and the price. I had wind damage to my home. Josh Eubanks was recommended so I thought I would call them, and I was not disappointed. They have a strong and respectable work ethic.. I want to thank Josh and his team ( and they worked as a team) for a straight forward and smooth experience.

We lost a portion of our shingle roof to wind, and I called around for an emergency repair and Eubanks Roofing could come get to me the soonest. Josh move his schedule around a little to accommodate my temporary repair. After shopping around and getting prices on replacing the roof, they all came in at close to the same estimate but I was most impressed with Josh as a businessman, family man, and contractor. He made himself available to answer any and all of my questions, without waiting a day or two for a callback.

When we finally hired him to do the job, it was done as quickly as it could be and still be a beautiful quality job. We went from a shingle roof to a metal roof. Josh and his crew installed over a linear mile of metal on my roof. As with any big job, there were bumps along the way, all of them smooth out quickly and professionally.

The final result of my experience is a beautiful, quality steel roof that looks phenomenal and doesn't leak.

From here on out, Eubanks Roofing will always be my first call for any home project, and here's why:

1. Josh answered his phone. I didn't have to play phone tag with him for weeks.
2. He gave me straight answers, good advice, and more than fair pricing. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
3. All the work moved along much faster than I expected, given previous experiences with contractors, and it was all beautifully done. It was like he actually wanted me to have a great experience!
4. He never made me feel like my project was less important because it was on the smaller side. Most contractors will let you know that they'll have a hard time working you in between their $10k+ jobs, but not once did I ever experience that with Eubanks Roofing.

I highly recommend Eubanks Roofing. They were responsive, professional, clean, and did an amazing job had some personal bumps in the road, and they were patient with me and worked around my timeline. There are many Roofing companies out there, and some of them have great reviews, but I would recommend Eubanks over anyone else.

1. RESPONSIVENESS: Super responsive when I initially called. Came out to examine roof next day after first contact.
2. INSPECTION/ESTIMATE/COST: They did the inspection, then provided a very reasonable cost estimate (I had 3 other estimates for comparison). Proposed Cost was less than 2 of 3 competitors.
3. ATTITUDE: They were Professional and wanted to work. They were fast - no messing around; went right to work and stayed on the job til done. They understood the need to maintain a highly professional operation.
4. REPAIR PROMPTNESS: After estimate & agreement to repair were concluded, they commenced repairs in several hours (not days like their competitors). Actual repairs were completed quickly.
5. NEATNESS: Very clean! All used/excess waste materials were removed - - and NO nails found in landscape beds, on patio/sidewalks or on driveway!!

Sent him an email, he responded very quickly and came out the next day to give an estimate. Once we decided on the shingle colors, his crew came the next day and were very professional. They moved things from around the house to not damage stuff and they worked very diligently to remove the roof and replace it. Once roof was complete they put everything back and made sure yard was cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their roof. I found the price to be very reasonable.

Came to agreement with insurance company quickly. Very patient and responsive. Brought color samples and advised me on color choice. Had shingles delivered and installed quickly. Eubanks Roofing came out and helped fixed a leak we had during a heavy rain storm. They came quickly and were very professional. Eubanks offered advice on what needs to be done through our builder since our roof was not installed correctly. We love our roof!! It’s beautiful! It was done in a very timely manner. Any thing we needed to ask or add too, was answered and done. You don’t often find people who tell the truth, back it up and always try to do what you hire them for.

After calling 4 roofing companies, Eubanks was the only one who could advise me about the leak in my metal roof and was willing to address the leak. I was shocked to know the leak was coming from somewhere other than what I thought. After explaining it to me, he was willing to fix it that day, on the spot. We have had a handful of heavy rains since then, and have seen no evidence of the existing leak.
