Friendly, non-pushy contractor, good price. They patched my roof and rebuilt exterior of my wood-burning fire place chimney, and repaired water damaged area in attic of one story home. They provided timely photos of areas before, during, and after work. My only complaint is that they failed to rewrite the contract to include a mediation provision in addition to the standard arbitration provision.

After experiencing the June hail storm, Jose` came over and took the reigns. He and Logan brought the team out and really fixed up all the damage. It really took the team, including Kristen in the office working with my insurance company to coordinate all the repairs. Now, I have not only a beautiful roof again, but all the hail damage is gone form everything else! I'm keeping these guys in my contact list.

Alpha Exteriors and Construction replaced my roof late last year and did an excellent job. I have solar panels and they coordinated with the company that sold them to me to have them removed and then replaced. They always kept me well informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Excellent to work with!

This company and its employees are awesome. They removed our roof and had it replaced the same day in very hot weather. The next day everything was picked up and our driveway, side walk, and patio were power washed. There were suprvisors coming and going througout the day to make sure things were going smoothly. They even made follow up calls. They answered all our questions and worked great with our insurance company and the gutter people.

Greg was amazing! Super helpful working with our Maurice, including staying for the whole inspection. The whole team was very professional and worked fast! We got drone photos showing the progress during the roof replacement and the before and after are just amazing. If you’re looking for a team to help you get the most out of your roof replacement, professional without the hard sell, then this is the team for you. I won’t be using anyone else for my roof or other exterior work again!

Mitch & Alpha Exteriors helped us through our first roofing claim about 2 years ago. They made the process as pain free as possible and answered every single question we had.

Alpha Exteriors and Construction installed my roof last year and did an outstanding job. Beyond that, they gave me specific information on everything they were doing and the importance of the "extra steps" they had taken to give me the best roof possible. I will add that we had a horrific hail storm a few months ago and one quick call to AEC and someone was out to our house within 24 hours to reassess the condition of our roof to check for any damage. I am pleased to say that there was no damage to our roof at all. If you want the best and most professional roof consultation and installation, then I cannot recommend AEC any more highly.

Alpha has done several projects for us, both at our home and at our church. They have always been timely and good with details. In fact, we are about to start another repair with them !

Alpha Exteriors is a top-notch company. The level of responsiveness far exceeded our expectations. Before our roofing project started Mitch met the adjuster at our house to make sure they were seeing things the same way. This assured everything that needed to be done was covered. On the day the project was completed, we received frequent text updates on the project status. After our roof was completed Mitch went above and beyond to make sure that all issues related to the project were resolved and resolved far beyond what we could have expected.

One of the really impressive things about our roof replacement with Alpha Exteriors was the degree to which they went to protect the entire exterior of our property including building a protective structure so that none of our plants were damaged during the tear off.

Nick DiRusso came out this morning to check for a possible roof leak. He was very thorough and checked moisture levels, attic beams, and the overall roof. Turns out it’s not a roof leak. And while there is some evidence of past hail, I appreciated the honesty that my roof is in good shape and doesn’t need repairs. I highly recommend Nick if you need anything done with your roof!

I recently hired Alpha Exteriors and Construction for a roofing project, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality were evident.

Charles and the Alpha team were punctual, courteous, and very efficient. They took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions thoroughly. Charles worked directly with my insurance carrier to insure all issues were addressed seamlessly through supplemental claims, relieving me of that responsibility. Their handling and coordination of the supplemental claims was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

The work was completed on schedule, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The crew also ensured that the worksite was clean at the end of the project, which I greatly appreciated.

Evan and I give our highest recommendation to Alpha Construction. Our main points of contact with the company were Jessie and Greg. From start to finish they were patient, pleasant and most importantly did excellent work replacing our roof and gutters due to hail damage. They were extremely helpful walking us through the insurance claim process. Their communication with us was excellent and they went the extra mile. If anyone is in need of getting their roof repaired you need to call Alpha Construction first and there is no need to look elsewhere.

Great sales pitch and sales call. Work was completed on time. Communicated respectfully. What I did not like was once the job started, I was directing the subcontractors more than the supervisor who at times had to be asked to come to the jobsite. Subcontractor installed old trim with the new siding. Luckily I caught that, called the supervisor, told him to install new trim per the quote. Only to find out 2 hrs later that subcontractor changed 3-4 pieces to new trim and was still installing old trim. Finally had to ask the subcontractor to take out all old trim and use only new trim. It was disappointing to go through those steps on a $12k job. Similarly spent more time with the masonry subcontractor the following day. Supervisor showed up once in the morning after I had walk the sub through all the details. Never saw the supervisor again that day during which I visited the jobsite 4 times. Thankfully all work was completed to satisfaction, thanks to good subcontractors, but the attention to detail, follow-through was totally missing and very different from what I saw during the selling process. I got the feeling that $12k job was not big enough for this company and they were distracted by other larger jobs.

I highly recommend choosing this company. Mitch was very responsive in communicating, and even took on responsibilities with adjusting additional estimates with our insurance company. Regardless if Alpha was going to be the contractor doing the work or not.

Mitch and team were also very informative throughout the process, so we knew what to expect. But what I appreciated most was that Mitch had come out to our home multiple times prior to the work actually needing to be done (Over 2 years), and was honest in telling us that we did not need to replace our roof just yet. That alone said a lot to us for the integrity of who we were working with. They will be honest, responsive, and informative. I will do business again with them.

The customer service is outstanding! A few of my rentals were hit by the storms and Jose came out and got it taken care of within 24 hours. It’s hard to find that these days!

Alpha came out quickly to assess the problem and found my dryer vents were not sealed by another roofer and the location was in a bad spot to begin with which was on top of the roof under a gutter. All of the torrential rain caused water to flow into the vent hose and into my dryer. The guys did a fantastic job replacing the vents with metal ones and relocating them to a better spot. Highly recommend this company!

I have worked with Alpha for the last 8 months. When our insurance company denied us for our roof claim, Alpha stayed and fought for us to get our roof replaced. Cameron checked on us and kept in touch through out the whole fight. We were able to get a total roof replacement because of Alpha. They also did gutters for us afterwards. Great customer service, very prompt. I called for a roof inspection after the latest round of storms and Logan came out the same day. He was very professional, courteous and on-time. He also went the extra mile by removing some of the debris left on my roof from the storm.

In a recent Texas storm, we lost the siding on our chimney. Not knowing who to call, a friend recommended we reach out to José and Alpha.

I called Alpha about the weirdest job. A chimney was taken out from our living room some 7 years ago. Every time driving rain storms hit, I saw a stain on the ceiling. I figured the vent was causing the leak. So, I called Alpha and asked if they could just apply expanding foam in the vent pipe. They did not hesitate at all at such a strange repair. They fixed the leak, reinforced the vent cap, and it looks really great. I ran construction crews for a decade, so I can genuinely say these guys are top-notch professionals. I'm definitely going to them to fix the ceiling stain from this leak. Call them. You will be very satisfied.

Being a native Texas, I've had a few homes damaged by our crazy weather and have really stressed in getting repairs done. But this time I used Alpha Exteriors and Construction.
