WOW, I love this!! Mark Alouf told me before we started the remodel, he wanted me to look at the finished result and every day he wanted me to say, WOW, I love this, and I do. 5 years ago, Alouf Custom Build did a full overhaul of my kitchen, living and dining rooms, about 1200 of, removing walls, moving doorways, and putting beams in the attic, and the result was even better than I could have imagined. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from initial consult to the final walk-thru. They listened to my preferences and offered design suggestions. Their expert guidance and creative ideas greatly enhanced my original vision. They were on the ball, offering prompt updates when needed and answered all my questions. Yes, Mark, five years and Im still loving it!!
On Saturday, 3/16/24, I was 2 trucks back from Mr. Alouf at the Roanoke Transfer Station berating the gal working in the booth because she would not allow items he was trying to dump. At no time was the gal rude to Mr. Alouf, yet he claimed she was, with complete disregard for the HUGE line he was creating behind him. Mr. Alouf, the transfer station has speakers. You were heard speaking in the manner in which you were. Unprofessional!!
