We were so lucky to find Leo to help with the renovations of our Chelsea studio! Not only was he able to understand our aesthetics but most importantly, keep to our budget. Leo helped with the difficult condo mgmt communications and fast tracked approvals. He had all the right people doing the work, inclusive of electrical work!
Our apartment was over 20 + years old and literally falling apart, but he transformed it into a modern oasis within months. A gem to work with and a gem to be partners with!

Leo & his team swooped in for a very last minute project on my newly leased 4,000 sqr foot office that involved repainting the entire space, building a whole new office room with framing and new drywall, swapping out lighting, and small fixes all throughout. He was super fast in getting work done, prioritized my needs, and worked with me around my budgetary parameters -- always with a smile. The quality of the job was also tops. I couldn't recommend him enough!

I'm not sure why it posted a headline as a Bathroom remodel. Ally replaced my Thru the Wall Air Conditioner. Perfect Job,
good communication and very conscientious. When He book's a time and date he shows up or has given you plenty of time to reschedule in case he has an emergency. Works well and gets the job done in a timely way. Leo was a great help to me in replacing my Bedroom Air Conditioner and was very kind to remove the old one for recycling. I have spray painted it bronze to blend with my Decor. And yes you must remove the front panel. Do not just try to paint it attached to the main unit. A picture below. It was if course pure White as they all are and it looked like a giant Marshmallow on my wall. I have a Thru the Wall unit.
He is excellent for regular Home and or Business construction Jobs.

I renovated my whole house in pelham new york, and it was really difficult even thinking about it and getting a bunch of estimates made me even more confused, im so so so happy i found someone who knows what they are talking about it gave me so much confidence and made it all easy. The nicest fellas ive ever worked with and will reccomend 100%. We did new flooring install, kitchen gut renovation, bathroom renovation, new stairs, plaster paint and siding repairs. We also build a retaining wall and outside touch ups. They took a second to start from being so busy but other then that, They did a great job; finished construction quickly and with great quality in those areas where we contracted them. More than happy!

Golemi Construction did a combination project for me. It was a french door replacement for a sliding glass door, a countertop installation repair, and installation of a new ducted range hood. I had a lot of questions, but Leo was very patient with me.
