Amazing guys! They did an outstanding job on my elderly grandparents roof and for a good price. Best prices around and very respectful.

He came and changed my door bell into a "ring" door bell and set it all up for me and also changed my front key door Into a keyless door and also set that up for me super nice and got the job done in a timely manner great services highly recommend!!!!!!!

I first hired Justin to complete a list of tasks that needed attention with one of my rental properties. In all honesty, the list was pretty vague, and I didn't have a chance to go over what I wanted done in detail. I showed up unannounced and was amazed to find that Justin had taken care of everything on my list, plus a bunch of stuff I forgot. His work looked great, and my rental was ready for move-in. I was a little worried about the bill, but was pleased to find out that his rates were very reasonable. Justin is my go-to guy for my rentals, and for my own home. Great work!!

Skilled workers showed up on time and completed the work quickly. The final cost was less than the estimate. Highly recommended!

I called him and I made an appointment. He was very professional and answered all the questions I asked. He mounted my TV (85") in my basement and it does look great. Definitely recommend his services.

I called to have someone come and look at my front door as it needed some adjusting. Someone from this company called me right away and made arrangements for the next day, Dec 18 2024, to come and look at the door at around 12 noon. On Dec 18 I got a text stating that the handyman would be at my home at 12 noon. By 3:45 in the afternoon no one still had not shown up to look at my door.

Allworx Handyman was really great. They came and put together furniture pieces and were very handy and quick. I need them to come back and do some other work soon.

DO NOT HIRE! Justin with Allworxs originally seemed knowledgeable about doing a demo on a previous companies very poor tile job. He took pictures of their job, made many comments on the pictures done through his tablet, e.g. slope, lippage, code violation, lazy, etc.

He said he could do the job, gave me a purchase list, e.g. shower pan kit, mortar, amount of tile, grout, caulk, 5lb buckets and much more. I purchased, he showed up the first day late, no call or text. Provided an excuse. Gave him benefit of the doubt. He was late every day...hours and some days I had not heard from him until I messaged him around 1 p.m. Long of the short, Justin had excuses after excuses. 7 weeks into a walk in shower tile job, he started grouting. I took a look and brought to his attention that many of the tiles were chipped, there was lippage on many of the tiles. This was after I had him replace the accent tiles days before because there were cracked tiles, the alignment of the pieces were off along with lippage in many areas. He said he agreed and would take them out. I purchased all new accents along with multiple wall tiles that were visibly not flat. The cost was $185 in addition to the already $700 I had spent on materials and the $915 deposit I gave Justin. He was going to take the cost of the additional accent tiles off his price.

Finally, I told Justin this was not professional looking, with the chipped tiles everywhere and the lippage in multiple places. He said he agreed and "was going to file with his insurance company and have someone demo the job and do a professional tile job." He told me that he would haul away all of the bags of tile he done a demo on to begin with along with the old vanity, shower doors, and other trash from the job. All still currently piled on side of my house. I reached out to him several times to no avail. I thought he was kind and trusted he would do professional job especially knowing I had been screwed over by ACE Handyman Services (which he said he used to work for).

Very disappointed. I would absolutely never recommend him for any work, especially a tile job. See pictures of his work. Now I am having to pay someone else and purchase materials all over again. Doing this to someone who you know already had it done prior to you is horrible. I also have MS and can't load the trash and take to dump. There are construction bags I bought that are full of tile that he had taken out during demo. This guy is a joke! Pictures to follow.

We was given Justin's name for handy work by Home Depot. His professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail is superb.

Allworx is excellent. I had a pipe leak under my mobile home. They came over after hours to check it out and were there tue next day to fix it. Excellent customer service very communicative and great pricing. I highly recommend
