Allstar did my roof a handful of years back and randomly called them to see if they could help with a small plumbing leak I had, including some drywall damage. Ron and Adam were able to figure out source of the leak/repaired and get the drywall repaired! These guys can do anything! A++

After a descent fender bender into the side of my house Allstar saved me. They fixed my siding before the rain could damage my house anymore.

Allstar installed our siding incorrectly three separate times on a $1,000,000+ remodel, requiring us to repeatedly force them to redo unprofessional work and delaying our construction schedule. This included installing new siding crooked multiple times.

The Allstar team demanded repeated change orders for basic scopes, installed the wrong window frame material several times, put new siding on top of rotten substrate, installed siding on top of electrical outlets, destroyed built-in architectural gutters, and generally left a complete mess on the job site. Ultimately they had to be forced to return, after months of delay, to repair work they damaged or did incorrectly.

If you are looking for honest, quality, cost-effective work for your home, you should run as fast as possible away from these people.

We use Allstar for most of our custom home projects. Matt King is our main PM and is the person we go to for his depth of knowledge.

I've done alot of work for different people and companies over my 35 years of construction and by far Adam has been one of the top people to work with/for, his knowledge, experience, and people skills are a great attribute for someone in this business

We've been working with AllStar the past couple years for projects at Park Place Apartments, and they have always exceeded our expectations. Adam from AllStar has been awesome to work with. He is always quick to respond and get our projects scheduled no matter how crazy it may be. His customer service is top-notch!

These guys get it. Omero and Evan and crew did a great job. And fast! Our old roof was off in two hours, and the new one in perfectly before supper time. On top of that they were professionals through and through. The entire crew were super nice. They cleaned up like they were never even there. Ten out of ten. Our roof was 25 year old cedar that was coming apart. Here you can see the final product. Super happy.

Review for All-Star Construction Company

We hired All-Star Construction Company in January 2024 to restore our home after a devastating fire. Initially, progress seemed promising, but by April, things came to a near standstill. After months of delays, we learned that the company had fired their entire restoration team, leaving our project in limbo.

They initially promised the work would be completed by Summer 2024, but that timeline shifted repeatedly—to September, then November—and now, as November ends, our house remains down to the studs with no clear end in sight.

To make matters worse, our insurance has stopped covering the storage fees for our belongings due to these delays. All-Star promised to cover these costs, but we recently discovered their claim for payment was denied. We are now left with a $3,000 monthly storage bill and no resolution. As a couple in our 70s, this financial burden is overwhelming.

Communication from All-Star has been abysmal. Their project manager revealed that company leadership has denied the ability to subcontract or pay for work, even though they've already accepted payment from our insurance company. Their lack of transparency and inability to follow through on their commitments has left us deeply concerned about their ethics and overall reliability.

Until All-Star addresses their communication failures and business practices, we strongly advise against using this company.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

(Edit: Even though they have finally fixed the problem, it does not make up for the lack of communication and months of waiting for them to come back. Someone should have let me know the entire restoration team was fired. No excuse can make up for that. And the job ended up taking about and hour. So I waited five months for a very minor job when it could have been done much earlier. My point still stands: terrible customer service.)

I have personally worked with Ron Holm and Adam Meyer-Thovson, on multiple projects and each time they have gone above and beyond my expectations. The most memorable moment, was when our flat roof started to leak, Ron and Adam, stepped up and took care of me immediately. I would encourage this company for any remodel project and any other projects you can think of !

All Star is a first-class company. They exceed all of our expectations on the project and their communication throughout the process was excellent.

Our small condo association in a 1920s building in Minneapolis used Allstar to rebuild the 3 story wall that encloses our back stairwell. The finished project is simply fantastic! The project included windows, main entry door, exterior siding, interior beadboard and trim, and of course the wall itself. Allstar was very professional in all phases of the job. The crews were obviously skilled and they were respectful of the comings & goings of our homeowners and the neighbors, especially given the very tight area that was available for the lift, the dumpster and for delivering materials. The quality of the work and the efficient scheduling of the different parts of the job are the main reasons we will have Allstar on our shortlist for future projects. Bravo Allstar!

I have used All Star multiple times through work and personal. On my own home they jumped to help me with my storm damaged roof. They dealt with insurance directly and made my job hassle free. Highly recommend.

Tyson & John were absolutely great to work with! My townhouse had a fire with extensive smoke damage, and it was a tough time for me and a big project, but I couldn't have asked for a better team or company - they were lifesavers! They were total professionals from start to finish - responsive to my calls and questions, knowledgeable, kept the project on track, and my townhouse turned out better than I could have ever imagined! Allstar replaced all of my windows and the sliding door. The team was exceptionally professional and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend Allstar.

My wife and I have used All Star Construction multiple times. We have our house roof done. New vinyl siding. New windows and chimney repaired. All jobs were done in a timely fashion,clean up and a fair price for each job. Also had concrete around our pool replaced. We have a cabin up north in Wisconsin and they reroofed and removed 4skylights and installed 4 new ones. Couldn’t even tell work was done as clean up was great. Highly recommend All Star Construction for your houses needs.
