We were very happy with our whole experience with Otavio at Pro Solutions.

To start with, when we called to check on getting an estimate for repairs to our back deck, Otavio responded to our call immediately. We gave him some quick information on what we needed and sent him some pictures. He came to our house within a couple of days to take measurements and gave us an estimate within another couple of days.

We were amazed of the quick response of getting back to us each time. It means a lot when you start off this good with a contractor

His work along with Romario was impeccable and they performed the job with complete perfection.

I would not hesitate to hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking to have work done.

Ottavio and his entire crew at All Pro Solutions were superb. We had a garage renovation and Ottavio came out quickly and gave us a very fair quote and agreed to start quickly. There were several delays with items being delivered, and he could not have been more flexible and accommodating. He exceeded our expectations on the job. Of course, we found a few extra jobs that weren’t in the contract, and he did them quickly and cheerfully.

He'll be the first one we call when we start the next project. He’s a perfectionist with and eye for quality and the best work ethic.

I’m living alone for the first time and URGENTLY needed my shower faucet replaced. I was sitting without any running water when I called Otavio, and he immediately reassured me that a solution would be found.

Given it was such short notice and he personally didn’t want me without water, Otavio found someone to come to my house just HOURS later. An entire weekend that would’ve been spent stressed out and shower-less was saved within just a few moments, same day!

The pricing was beyond fair, extremely transparent, and the work done was flawless. I know for a fact that I’ve found “my guy” when I need something handled in a fast, professional, and AFFORDABLE way.

Otavio is a life saver and it would be foolish not to trust him and his team with your projects. I could not be happier or LUCKIER that I called him.
