I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brennan was very knowledgeable about their products and services. He explained my options without being pushy which I greatly appreciated. The office staff communicated well and were very considerate. I found the prices to be fair and the job was done beautifully. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends which in fact, I've already done.

I highly recommend Allpoint Construction. Vinnie was a very knowledgeable salesman and did not try to upsell me. I had several other companies give me estimates; Allpoint was competitive in pricing. I went with them because of the explanation of materials used, why some were used instead of others, and the type of materials.
Miguel and his crew were efficient and took care in doing the job. I had asked for additional venting on the roof and he explained why it was not possible. It's been a week and I found only three nails on the property.

Only reason I did not give five stars: something was place on the easement that killed the grass there and in the front yard.

We had new porch rails installed by Ryan Lambert. We are very pleased with the results and how professional he was. When finished he cleaned up really well. Thank you Ryan for a good experience!

They did a great job repairing our porch and walkway, that had crumbled last winter. Eric did a great job and kept us in the loop the whole time.

Highly recommend Allpoint for your home improvement needs. Had a new garage build and everyone was skilled, respectful and finished the job with our best interests in mind. From the carpenters, electricians, plumbers, siding, roofing, concrete. All were hard working and timely in getting their part completed.

We needed new energy-efficient windows, and AllPoint did an outstanding job. The installation was seamless, and the difference in our home’s comfort is noticeable. Super professional and skilled team!

My husband and I decided to go with Allpoint Construction on the remodel of the outside of our entire house and we are so happy we did! We had a new roof installed, removal and new installation of siding, trim, gutters and gable. New windows, a new shed built, new porch steps and a new porch railing installed. Allpoint was easy to work with, thorough and efficient. We wanted to go with a company that could do it all and Allpoint certainly did just that. We are very happy with everything! Jeremy was patient, understanding and quick to offer solutions/information anytime the unknown issues happened. Anytime you disassemble a 100 year old house, issues are bound to happen but Jeremy and the Allpoint team were quick to fix anything that arose. I do need to point out that Chris and Dominic (part of the siding crew) did a phenomenal job. They are both skilled tradesmen with very professional and efficient work ethics. Also, Brad (carpenter) was outstanding as well with the construction of our new shed. He build us a beautiful shed and was so clean and efficient with the build!

We absolutely love our home. It is beautiful! And we are so happy that Allpoint was able to do this for us! Thank you!

I've had the opportunity to use Allpoint for three projects in the last several years .
Each job was completed in a timely manner with good communication and excellent craftsmanship. Kyle managed two projects that were outstanding . I will not hesitate to use them for future needs.

The overall experience was excellent, beginning with a spectacular presentation by Vincent for the assessment and quote. Everything happened the way he said it would, from show up, completion, and price. And speaking of price, the third bid I got, from their competition, heard the price, looked at the bill of materials, and SSid he couldn’t touch that price, and encouraged me to go with Allpoint. So we did, I’mregrettably. They roofed our double wide in five hours with a respectful professional crew.

Had a piece of siding come down due to the high winds. They came out assessed and did the repair within a week. He was on time and professional.

Had our basement redone by AllPoint Construction. Tom gave us a fair quote and worked with us to get the most we could within our budget. All the people from the different trades that came to work were knowledgeable, considerate and cleaned the area they worked in before leaving. It was easy to communicate with Tom and Seth during the project as they answered texts, emails and phone calls when I had questions. The job did take a little longer than anticipated but that wouldn't stop us from calling them for our next project.

Our bathroom remodel/update experience with AllPoint was wonderful. Thank you! The guys were professional, considerate of our time, giving us excellent craftsmanship, careful with controlling dust & inevitable messes, and accommodated us with a couple of preference changes with ease. Guys installed two storm doors as purchased with very few issues. Door handle on one door has been reordered . Other than that, great job!

I will change this review IF All Point delivers on this job that they have horribly mismanaged. This is my second experience with them. They are consistently overpriced (at least twice as much as other quotes) and their communication is horrible - they don’t call you when they say they will. The only responses I got were because I followed up several times. This job was estimated three weeks out FIVE WEEKS ago. Now today, the day construction is supposed to start, they say they can’t do the job but can offer a gift card… after wasting five weeks of my time, me and my husband having to take off work for the project, and putting down a downpayment.. This has been the absolute worst experience with any contractor I have ever worked with. You’d think for a company that charges top dollar, they’d at least respect your time. Ridiculous display of professionalism.

The AllPoint Construction crew acted very professionally and appears to have done a great job in a timely fashion. They did a great job with post-project yard cleanup. Highly recommended.

Had a large maple tree fall onto my roof/into my kitchen during a recent storm. Called AllPoint the next morning and Tom & Brennon were out within a couple of hours to assess the damage and temporarily patch several holes in my roof. I didn't have to lift a finger as they dealt directly with my insurance company to make all the necessary repairs and fought for every penny I was entitled to. Every employee from the top to the bottom were respectful of my home, polite, and easy to work worth. AllPoint helped restore some faith back into the industry. BIG thanks to them!

They could have just bandaided my construction situation, but instead made me aware and pointed out exactly the issuesso that I was able to take the additional steps to ensure my overhang would last for years to come. 5 Stars, the best! New beautiful bathroom. From concept to completion All Point in A.P. was great. They did more than we knew to ask for in the scope of work. Upon the finished bathroom, we immediately signed on with them for another residential upgrade.

We hired AllPoint Construction to replace our roof, and they exceeded expectations. They used high-quality materials, worked efficiently, and the price was fair. The team was friendly and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the results!

We were able to work out needed repairs with minimal issues. I would recommend this company or contact them if I need future repairs.

We have used all points construction for a new porch and a sidewalk. Eric, from all points done a fabulous job, and we used them the second time for deck. In the backyard and tim and brad, done an amazing job on our new deck. All points by far is the best construction company in the downriver area.

Great to work with from start to finish. Went above our expectations. Their crew was on time and straight to work. Finished the roof in 1 day. Did a triple sweep for nails and even came back a few days later for another sweep.

Allpoint did a beautiful replacement job on our home siding damaged from high winds a week ago. Vinnie our sales person came out and a gave a fair and honest price quote.

AllPoint Construction did an incredible job on our kitchen remodel! The team was professional, the design was exactly what we wanted, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. They finished on time and kept everything clean throughout the process. Highly recommend it!

We give you 5 starts and used them for a while, and still using them for all the projects. All of the people have come to the house for all the work, that they know what there doing.

We will work them allpoint construction for more projects.

I don’t know about other projects, but I would not use them again for gutters. They’re just a pass-through. They collect the information on the Internet, up charge significantly and then subcontract out your gutter job to some other company. You works do better just calling gutter companies directly. The people were professional, and all of that, but they never disclosed that they were just a pass-through and they were going to subcontract out the work to an actual gutter company and take a large fee off the top. Save yourself some money!

When are you guys going to come fill in my yard from years ago????

Idk how this company has a 4.3 star. I paid 10k for a garage tear down because the company stated it wasn't savable. I had a concrete patio built. My yard was left in ruins and still in ruins. You're personal promised my yard to get fixed and they never did. It still sits with gaping holes. They never payed an electrician and left a live wire on my property. That they ended up taking care of after my dad was electrecuted. I was suppose to get my yard done after the guys truck got fixed.

We are late to the game with writing our review but had our overhang completed last summer with AllPoint and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! We knew from the beginning we wanted to use them after seeing one they completed for a neighbor in our subdivision. We have utilized the space so much and can’t wait to make more memories in our backyard this spring/summer. We’d highly recommend AllPoint.

They did a great job on our new roof, made the whole thing no sweat. Excellent communications. Everything went smooth start to finish. You could tell talking to the workers they were really proud of their work, and the job shows it. Cleaned up really well, too. I highly recommend AllPoint.

From start to finish, the team at AllPoint made my project go smoothly. They were attentive, easy to communicate with, detail oriented, and friendly.

Kyle, Seth, Ryan, and Eric were the members I worked with on my project. While there were a few smaller tasks, the main focus was my floor. Ryan and Eric did an excellent job and completed it quickly. Sorry, I didn't catch the names of the others that also redid some of my block windows, demo of the floor, and small siding work on my garage, but they were great too!

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for project work.

We chose AllPoint after reading some great reviews. We were not disappointed. Everyone we dealt with from Tom to the office staff to all of their workers were wonderful! They answered all of our questions, were easy to contact and always returned calls quickly. Our new bathroom is beautiful, well constructed and exactly what we wanted. We also had new exterior doors put in and we love them! The quality of the doors is amazing! We would not hesitate to have AllPoint do more work on our home and will recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

AllPoint replaced rotten wood and sided our garage. The team was professional and reliable. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Overall great experience. Had both gutter and roof repair. Vincent from their sales team was very professional and only recommended what needed to be done He did not try to oversell. Mike who did the roof repair did a good job and also fixed a few minor things not on my list. I will use their services again.

Charles and Ryan were at my house installing my new entry door. They were very professional and courteous. Paid attention to every detail.

I had Allpoint redo the roof to a House that I had bought. I was told that the roof would last for 50 Years!! It didn't even last 5 when I found out that it was improperly vented. Also a year before that I had leakage coming from the back which Allpoint rushed to finish late in the day. The Guy who came over had no uniform, was not in a Company Vehicle and sneaked off after supposedly fixing the problem.

While I hired Allpoint because of their "Good Reputation" I find them to be shady at best. One example of this is a Guy by the name of Kyle telling me that because I changed my mind about using their financing on the roof that he refused to deal with me. Frankly, I feel that no Roofing Company is entitled to a lien on any property just to finance it. Even though Kyle was through with me I'm glad that I used Cash to pay for Allpoint's 50 Year Roof that lasted less than 5 Years.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THE COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRECUMSTANCES!! If you do you may have to face the hell that I have had to endure from this less than stellar and reputable Company!!

Furthermore while this Company now states that there was a warranty they provided nothing writing to that effect. Also nothing was said when I called when my roof leaked less than two years after the job that they did. As we all know a Warranty is only as good as what is written which from Allpoint was only an Invoice.

We are very pleased with our new windows that were installed by All Point construction. They did 15 windows and a patio door in one day. No mess inside and outside of home. Highly recommend this company for any construction needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about AllPoint Construction! They are easy to work with and do outstanding work. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with and Eric is the best at stone and brick work. You can’t go wrong with them.

I first had Tom from all Point look at my roof due to a leak near the chimney. His company fixed it first time out where others tried and failed. I then had him look at my son’s roof which needed a total redo which was completed within the week. He and his crew along with his pricing was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Allpoint for any construction needs

We had an addition put on our house. The result is a beautiful suite. The workmanship is of excellent quality. They worked well with our designer. We gladly recommend this company.

The workmanship was impecable, but the business aspect of the job was lack-luster. I had a simple request for my salesperson Jeremy to provide me with a copy of the city's contractor permit. This permit provides proof that a licensed contractor conducted the work in the event the code department asks for information. By not having a copy, this can/could put us in a precarious position at some point. Because the Allpoint company agent ignored my request and not providing this valid documentation leads me to believe the permit wasn't obtained per stated in my contract that was included in the price quoted. I paid in full. It's very unfortunate this resorted in such a low rating..... I hope this comment and rating allows for an opportunity of improvement....

Outstanding work, they were also very polite and considerate during the course of the day. I would absolutely recommend these two men to work on any other jobs I might have in the future. I would also recommend them to my neighbors.

If there was questions, the workers were very friendly to my wife and I. They were helpful And professional when we asked something.

I was having my front door replaced and discovered that there was tons of water damage to the frame. I called on Tuesday and Nick came on Thursday. He came up with a great plan to limit tearing apart the surrounding area to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. AllPoint Construction quickly got me out of very tough situation.

Dominic, Kris and Tom were wonderful workers..they did a beautiful job on our garage and left the yard better than when they came..also helped me out with something I couldn't handle myself...I highly recommend Allpoint Construction.
