After getting 3 bids on a siding project for my family’s historic home, I decided to work with All Phase. From the beginning, Matt was so professional, friendly and straightforward. He kept me up to date on the work being done and the work was finished in the exact amount of time they estimated for the project. I feel SO fortunate to have had Lucino doing the work on my house, he is excellent at what he does (a friend of mine who is a general contractor saw the siding work and told me All Phase was doing an excellent job). Dustin came in and made these beautiful custom planter boxes that I can take on and off for the spring and fall seasons. I could not be more pleased with the work they did and how fair the price was. I would not hesitate to work with All Phase again and I will be telling all of my friends about All Phase in the future! AllPhase installed the basement windows on a 1963 home. They assessed the situation and came prepared for two different scenarios for installation depending on what they found when they removed the old windows. Installation went smoothly and they look great. Their bid was competitive and they were great communicating timelines and inclusions. I would hire again.

Very pleased with our new roof! All phase was professional and did amazing work. I was updated via pictures and phone calls throughout the installation which I really appreciated. At the end of the installation my yard was left tidy and clean. I felt they were fairly priced and honest. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

When the 23-year-old roof on our nearly century old Northeast Portland home needed replacing, we chose All-Phase Roofing on the recommendation of a friend. It turned out to be a very good decision.

All-Phase is a small, family-owned business that has been doing roofing and other exterior work for many years. They are extremely knowledgeable. their prices are fair, and they get the job done right away with no delays. They are extremely warm and personable to deal with, and close to instantly responsive to any questions or concerns.

Our neighbors all commented on their work ethic, enjoying the sight of skillful roofers moving athletically and quickly on the fairly steep slope.

The roofing looks great, as does the dormer they re-sided for us.

Was at my wits end last Thursday trying to get someone out to fix my leaking skylight. Everyone I called was giving me a dates in mid January even companies that have so called emergency service?
Talked with Rob on Thursday he gave me a date that was sooner than others but told him if I couldn’t get anyone sooner I would get back to him.
Two days later I get a call back from Rob saying he has a guy that can come out on Sunday. I could have cried, I had given up and just put a bucket under leak luckily,the rain stopped. Robs son and guy came out assessed the issue and 2 hours later it was done.
First thank you for your response and compassion. You could have just forgot about our call and waited to see if I called you back but you didnt ! Million thanks, now my family Christmas won’t have a bucket in middle of room.

This business was absolutely great. We had a bunch of different things that needed to be done, including siding, painting, shed roof, doors, windows. They were not necessarily the lowest bid, which isn't the whole thing that should concern you. Matt was very responsive, came out when I had any questions or wanted to know if I should add another item. Worked around our crazy schedule because of illness in the house & "covid" puppies not use to workers outside their house. We are totally satisfied and had no problem with the final inspection and the workers were very professional and cleaned up completely after each project day. No problem ever calling them again for anything I need done, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

When I needed a roof in 2017 on my 94 year old house I was happy to find Rob and AllPhase construction as they did a great job, and I was pleased with the price and the service. But sometimes unforeseen problems come up. When this happened and I reached out to Rob, he responded the very next day. After talking with him, and him coming out to do an inspection, he had his crew come out and take care of the problem right away at absolutely no cost to me. They were prompt and courteous and what was a problem is no longer a worry to me. Can’t thank you and your crew enough! So thankful for this resolution!

This is my first time working with All Phase Construction. I needed a reroof on my house and I must say I'm very pleased with the job, from beginning to end Robin Duffy addressed all my concerns and was easy to communicate with. He was always just a phone call away, even when he was feeling a bit under the weather. His crew of roofers were respectful and courteous. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and when completed the site was spotless. I'm very satisfied with the job and look forward to working with them on my next project. Everything has been delayed because of the pandemic so we ordered windows and siding but had to wait several months to get the products we needed. They began working when they came in and were able to complete all of the work in just a few days. Matt was out several times to check in and was able to get extra material the same day when they realized we needed some. I can't say enough about the two guys who were here on time every day working in the cold and rain. They even stayed a couple hours late and worked in the dark to complete the work on the last day. They were both so considerate of my autistic son and went out of their way to make it as easy on him as possible. They moved to work on the area around his room whenever he was gone. I found out they do roofs and gutters so I'm getting a quote for both of them next week. That pretty much says it all. I definitely recommend them and will be looking forward to getting more great work done when they have time

AllPhase replaced our old siding and built a new porch for us. The house and porch transformed from old and dumpy to an unexpected treasure. They did a great job on everything. They cleaned up the work area once done. Matt and his team were all professional and polite. Over the entire project Matt stayed in contact with us letting us know where the project was at and if there were any changes in the project’s timeline, etc. We plan to use AllPhase for any future projects involving our house and garage.

Very professional & honest.

Over the summer I decided to paint my house. Not a big deal right? Wrong. Found some soft wood and other siding boards I didn’t like on the front of the house. I wasn’t stoked. It actually had me pretty stressed.

Matt from Allphase Residential construction came out and reassured me that it wasn’t as bad as I thought it was.

That next week he came back and handled the siding, replaced some plywood, and helped me prep some other areas before I started painting my home.

I was so relieved to have such a professional handle this job for me. Matt really helped my stress level go way down. And made it so I could stay on track to paint my house.

I know in the next couple of years we will need a new roof. And I will be having Matt and his crew at Allphase Residential Construction handle that job for sure!

Highly recommend! We’re selling our house and dealing with quite a few contractors and Robin has been the best/easiest to work with by far! We needed our roof and siding to repairs and he was honest, timely and professional.Rob and his team were really friendly, hard worker and fast.

We needed several exterior upgrades done to our 70 year old house, including a new roof and new siding, to which we also added some extra projects we wanted, such as a covered patio and a new sliding glass door. We knew the cost was going to be significant for us, so it was very important to us to find a contractor we trusted and would feel comfortable working with over the weeks it would take to complete all the projects. We met with several companies to get bids and AllPhase immediately stood out for their top notch communication and professionalism. They're a local family-owned company (a father and two sons), which we appreciated and felt good supporting. Apart from the roof, which they subcontracted, they did all the work themselves to a very high standard. This included demolishing an old sunroom at the back of the house, installing new siding, replacing two windows and two doors, putting in a sliding glass door plus steps and a handrail to go along with it, and building a covered patio. They were very transparent when additional costs needed to be added so there were no surprises. Our new roof and siding look great and we absolutely love our new patio and sliding glass door to the backyard. Everything took about two months to complete. They always arrived when they said they would and were hardworking and friendly. Many thanks Rob, Matt, Eric, Dustin, and everyone else from AllPhase who contributed to making our house look like new!

We would absolutely recommend All Phase for your next project or remodel. We had major issues with mold, dry rot, and damage to our siding, osb, and windows. Rob gave a us reasonable estimate for siding and windows compared to other contractors. Once the job began, Matt, who was the lead on our project communicated with us about all of our questions and concerns via text and phone call. He took care of all issues in a timely manner and now we are left with a largely brand new home on the outside These guys were great!

The old roof on our historic home was super complicated, had multiple layers, was steep and hard to access... Rob's quote was very reasonable and he was knowledgeable about old houses and happy to get started right away. He made it super easy for us, as he came out right away to take a look, got us the quote within a day or two, and was always responsive by email and text. He also recommended a gutter contractor who was also super fast, responsive, and affordable. The roof installers did a great job and cleaned up our yard so well when they were done! We would absolutely recommend Rob and his company!

I had gotten 2 other quotes prior to signing with this company, and they gave us the lowest bid. However, the bit was the lowest compared to the other companies because they omitted 2 windows from the quote, which I was unaware of until they were halfway through the project. From the beginning, extra costs started to accrue. 6 weeks after the quote was given to me, there was apparently an additional cost on the windows from when I was quoted to when I signed, which made me suspect. Then there were a few other additional costs that they had laid on the bill as well. There was an area where the old siding had leaked and the wood was rotten underneath. The workers saw that there was apparent wood rot, yet were going to side over it without notifying me! This maintained the disappointing theme for the whole project. If the rot had not been noticed then it would have been covered up with siding with the potential for evolving into a far more serious problem down the road. They would show up at odd hours of the day and were far from professional. The company removes things and feels that they are not responsible for putting it back the way they found it. They had the gall to refer me to their electrician to give them extra business and money when they themselves were responsible for removing my lights but were inept to put them back on. Also, they did not put all of my gutters back up or my house numbers when they were finished, and then a slew of other excuses came when that was brought to their attention.
I wish I would have never agreed to have this crew touch my house or give them my money because the headache has been never ending. I am worried that down the road I will find where their negligence has compromised the integrity of the home. I could have had my house sided, painted, and windows installed from a more reputable company for the price that I had wasted on a poor job of siding and windows installed.

I recently hired AllPhase residential construction to do a complete re-roof on my house including framing that had to be addressed and a two layer tear off. I decided to go with them after talking with their knowledgeable staff & getting several bids from other Contractors, AllPhase was the least expensive and appeared to be the most knowledgeable. Their staff did an excellent job on the roof in a timely manor, it looks amazing! they were extremely friendly & professional, they maintained a very clean & organized job site! I would give them six stars if I could and I will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Robin & crew for an outstanding job!!

I received several estimates for roof repair, but AllPhase was the only roofing company that could tell me exactly what was wrong with my roof and how to fix it. I felt confident that the repair would be done correctly, in addition to, getting a fair price. Their response time both with the estimate and scheduling the work was quick and efficient. For a real estate transaction, I called All Phase and two other siding companies. Rob was responsive and efficient. They won the bid with a fair and reasonable price. The work was completed promptly. When I delivered the check for our mutual customer, I asked about the left over paint to touch up some trim areas, and before I could get my explanation out he called his team to return to the job for the three columns. We bought a house end of last year and found that there were a lot of issues with the vinyl siding- as well as lead paint on the original siding- I contacted Allphase and they came out next day, did an evaluation and provided an unbelievably fair quote. They got started right away- removed the bad vinyl siding, foam insulation and lead paint covering the original siding, replacing it with high quality hardiplank. They were very diligent and took care of my house as if it were their own.
They were able to find other problem areas around all the windows and replace all the trimming. Giving me great peace of mind knowing that the work was being done right.
I also had the front window replaced with a larger one. They did an excellent job with this as well.
I couldn’t be happier with their work and craftsmanship.

We just got a beautiful new roof from AllPhase! Matt Duffy, and his father, Rob Duffy, we’re both a pleasure to work with. Their teams were pleasant and professional as well! We had shingles pulled up in a wind storm and there was a leak, we called to get a patch. They got back to us quickly we’re able to stop by and have a look. I apprecited their honesty when they said they could do the patch but we really just needed a new roof. This was something we suspected already, but now we really needed one. They tarped the hole and had a new roof in a week. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing.

Back ground: 1920 farm house that is sided entirely with shakes. The southern and western exposures receive constant sun/rain and were in poor condition requiring replacement. Also, window and door molding needed to be replaced. Both walls are large areas requiring scaffolding or extension ladders for working 25 to 30 feet off the ground.

We called All Phase and left a message and within an hour received a return call from Rob and scheduled an appointment to meet. We met with Rob and Eric and received a bid within 24 hours, and scheduled for All Phase to begin as soon as possible. In a couple of weeks, Matt, Eric, and Brett began working.

Matt, Eric, and Brett are great people. First, they made a point to discuss what they were doing. Second, they are great craftsman. Third, they took pride in their workplace and made sure that the job site was clean before they left everyday! Along with the big task of residing, I asked them to work on two side projects that involved damaged exterior window molding, no problem! They gave us the price and did a fantastic job! The project turned out fantastic and recommend All Phase without hesitation!

Rob was professional and courteous in providing a very attractive bid on our three-unit townhome roof replacement. His crew worked hard and appears to have completed a quality job as promised.

Rob’s crew gave me a very fair quote on replacing/finishing the other half of the siding on my house that I just couldn’t find the time to finish myself. His crew came out and got it done quickly and it matches the existing siding and trim very well. They did a good job cleaning up and the craftsmanship was great. I contacted All Phase for some repairs to the ceder siding on my house. Rob was very responsive to my first call, came out the next day, wrote up an estimate and was able to schedule the work for the following week. The work crew arrived when promised and did a careful and thorough job. When I had questions they listened well and were good about addressing my concerns. Matt and crew did a wonderful job replacing our basement windows and converting one of them to an egress window.

They also poured at least 90 feet on concrete for a walk way. They got the job done quicker than expected and came in within budget. Would recommend them to anyone.

Called in asking for vinyl siding and waited 20 seconds before any voice spoke up and then when I proceeded to talk after he said hello. I was hung up on. I felt unappreciated as a potential future customer and I will not be calling nor recommending this place to anyone online or off-line.

We contracted with Rob Duffy at All Phase to build a partially-covered back deck. The construction of the deck was fine (it looks quite good), though I will say Rob initially came in with a low bid and then slowly kept bumping up the cost of the project as it proceeded, so it eventually came in to line with all of the other bids we got (I assume this is his sneaky way of getting his foot in the door with a project). The big problem however, was his choice of subcontractors. Part of the job involved wiring the deck for lighting. He chose ABS Electric (the only electrician he works with). The electrician did part of the job and refused to finish the rest. Rob and his crew covered over all of the wiring that was done and now I need to have someone partially dismantle the deck so inspectors can see what work was done and get a new electrician to finish the job. Even though Sam with ABS Electric was the electrician that Rob chose, and the fact that Rob covered over the wiring before inspectors could look at it, Rob took absolutely no responsibility. I'm now in the position of paying someone to take apart, reassemble, and rewire a deck that I already paid for. All Phase Construction is a dishonest company, and I would caution anyone from working with them.

Great experience with this company. My skylight was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called up and talked Rob and he was concerned with getting the problem fixed quickly. Even though their crews were busy they still sent someone out to replace the skylight. Lowest bid out of all the businesses I called. Will be using All Phase for all exterior construction needs from now on.

All Phase is a company I return to for all my projects now. (They just finished basement egress windows...they make it look so easy!). I can count on them in several ways....workmanship, quality of materials, fully completing the work we agreed on and one thing that has ended up being so important to me: SHOWING UP, ON TIME AND FINISHING THE JOB! Now that covers the business end of things but I want to pass the word about the people that they are and how that makes working with them so pleasant and worry free. They not only do what they say they will ...they are fun to work with and have great attitudes. They love their work and understand that a short explanation goes a long way for me to relax and let them do their jobs as professionals. I want to give All Phase Residential Construction LLC roofing crew great praise, they were friendly, on time and conscientious workers. They tore off and replaced the roof on my sisters home within a timely manner considering we ran into another structural problem in the process. Robin (the owner) was there to explain the issue and reassured my sister and I that the problem could be and would be corrected. The bid for the roofing job and the extra structural issue were reasonable. After all was done the crew also did a fantastic job of clean up! I have no reservations in referring this company.
