Alloy Workshop did a complete kitchen renovation in our mid-1980s house. All their employees were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the craftmanship of their subcontractors met our expectations. There was good communication between the design and construction teams of Alloy and between them and the subcontractors. The software that tracked the project was easy to understand and allowed us to follow the budget, expenses, and timing daily. We had a few minor changes that were accommodated during construction without conflict.

Working with Alloy was a very positive experience on our new home construction. Alloy’s commitment to quality workmanship was manifest throughout the project both among Alloy employees and their trade partners. Building a new home is obviously a daunting process, but Alloy provided a strong guiding presence that resulted in a special home that we are quite excited about. Alloy was great about keeping open the lines of communication, including being available when needed to answer questions, to provide expert advisement regarding construction decisions, and keeping us updated on timelines and cost projections. We were especially appreciative of Alloy’s willingness to accommodate our preferences and whims.

I had the wonderful experience of working through a kitchen renovation during the pandemic with Alloy, and I have to say that for all the curveballs and knuckleballs thrown at them by the events, I am sitting in a truly beautiful kitchen that reflects better than I could have envisioned. First, I truly love the charm of the people in the Alloy orbit and I was yet to meet a sub or contractor for them that wasn't super nice and they did an excellent job of squaring those many schedules and the tiers of a semi-complicated (for me, not them) project. I truly valued how they worked with me to do essential long-term support for the structure while also conjuring amazing and inexpensive touches that truly opened up whole new avenues in my home. I know some customers might see it as creep or add-ons, but i really enjoyed working with them and making better than I could have hoped for. Looking forward to working with them again on projects large and small!

My wife and I had Alloy put on two additions to our home--a front porch plus large dormer as well as a room off the kitchen with a covered back porch. The second project was not even shopped due to our experience and satisfaction with Alloy on the first! We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends--or to use them again.

We couldn't be happier with our beautiful and functional kitchen! We had some design issues early on in the process but ended up with a product that we are happier with than the original design. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen.

Alloy did a great job collaborating with us to make design and layout decisions. Our concerns/wishes were heard, and we weren't overwhelmed with choices. Alloy's project-management software kept everything well-organized. Our financial commitment was measured and within our control. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, and we are SUPER happy with the results!

We worked with Alloy on a small renovation of our basement which resulted in a home gym and relaxation/lounge space. Though, this was a super small project for them in terms of revenue, Alloy made me feel my project was as important as the "big dollar" ones. Chris, Dan, and Zach were a pleasure to work with.

Alloy Workshop constructed a major renovation/addition to our house. More than anything else, their patience with our decision making and the communication between Bobby, Zach and ourselves was always quick and thorough. For folks like us doing something like this for the first (and maybe only) time, Alloy was spot on leading us through the process with clarity.

We had a great experience with Alloy on two projects--a whole-house renovation master plan, and the detailed planning and execution of a portion of that plan. We liked the collaboration at the planning stage and the quality of the work in the construction phase. The team was knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. The new spaces they created work just as imagined and are a visual delight.

Alloy did a major addition to our house, and the results were amazing. With their help, we were able to remain in the house for most of the renovation. Their carpenters took pride in their work, and helped us discover, and correct, some problems that we were unaware of in the older part of the house. We couldn't be happier.

Alloy was a pleasure to work with. We worked with them to build a new concrete patio, screen room, and mudroom. They were always responsive and we're very happy with the new additions. Their services are worth what you pay.

We've used Alloy for two projects now, a major kitchen reno and an outdoor deck area. The whole process, from design through construction was methodical and adaptive. All team members were highly professional and easy to work with, responsive to our ideas and needs. And we stayed on budget! We are greatly pleased with our renovation and highly recommend Alloy Workshop. We would work with them again.

The people I worked with are all great listeners and communicators. They are pleasant to be around. The project manager understood my concerns well and took care of them with thoughtfulness. We are very happy with our new bathroom!

We have used Alloy for four projects. Everyone of them was done on time and within budget and we could not have been happier. Zach and Dan and the rest of Alloy have been a pleasure to work with and we would not hesitate to do so again. We've recommended them to lots of friends.

Alloy did a pretty major renovation for us on our farmhouse (demo, roofline changes, walls, floors, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and the experience was fantastic. Dan and Zach were creative, hands on and very easy to work with. Their process was very transparent and easy for the homeowner to follow and they were always available for any questions. Their team treated our house with the same level of care and respect that they would their own, and were always friendly and engaging. By the end of the project, we were very sad to see them go. That was four years ago and we have not had a single issue with any of the work they did. We are looking forward to the next project very soon!

UPDATE: Just finishing up our third project with Alloy and they continue to amaze us with their design and quality construction. Once again Dan did not disappoint with the design of our one-of-a-kind kitchen! Zach’s crew then got to work building it. Bobby managed the entire process from start to finish, keeping everyone on task, all the while maintaining the highest level of craftsmanship. The end result is a dream kitchen to die for. There is just no finer design build team around. Moving on to the next phase!

Exceptional professionals all the way and detail-oriented work and coordination under this extraordinary circumstances. Transparent in every decision-making and responsible in every question we asked. I definitely will ask them again if we need any updates/remodel in our house. Thank you!!
