From the beginning to the end this company was superior in every way you can say that word. They were prompt, they were accurate, they were professional and everything they were asked to do they did. Paul was our initial contact and he stayed with this job throughout…he was and still is fantastic. When you call him he answers his phone, he answers your questions and he clearly knows his craft. When you speak with the girls in the office (Sarah especially) they get on top of anything you need immediately. When the workers came out they did a extremely clean and thorough job. There was no gouging of price, there was no promises not met, there was no ambiguity. They used quality products installed by a well trained crew and did a complete job in one day and the left and impeccably clean site.Pictures were given of the work before during and after. They worked closely with my insurance company to make certain that the scope of work was complete and thorough. And on the backend they also furnished photos and documentation to my insurance company for the new roof to receive a discount. I would highly recommend Paul and Sarah and the rest of the team at Allied Xteriors for any work needed! Top notch!

Allied did an exceptional job on my new roof. They were very responsive and were one of the first if not the only company that contacted me back after Ida . They made the process of picking and installing a new roof effortless . They were always available to answer any questions and offer solutions to any concerns I had. Sarah in the office was absolutely amazing and made this whole process unstressful she navigated me through the entire process. I can't thank her enough. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of doing business with this company today and I must say I'm extremely happy with the quality and professionalism that they provided. My project Manager for my job was Paul Cummings and I must say he definitely delivered and executed the job with no problem. Excellent Roof, Even Better Service! Marci and Sarah have been, by far, the best service team I have worked with throughout the duration of repairing my home since Hurricane Ida. They've helped us maintain our sanity by walking us through the process, answering all our questions, providing insight on how to understand our insurance situation, and making sure we had all the documents and photos we need. We're sticking with them for the rest of our home repairs. Highly recommend!

Ray, the sales manager, has wasted over a month of my time. He did an evaluation of my home damages, inside and outside, as well as took many photos. He said the estimate would be ready in about a week. Over 3 weeks went by, and I still haven't received an estimate. I then contacted one of the owners, Roger. He was appalled to hear that Ray had not followed up on this estimate. He said he was going to get the situation handled. After 3 days, I haven't heard back from Roger. We contacted him and he said that he could not help us because they no longer do interior work!!! How is that??? You did the evaluation, knowing exactly what needed to be done, and now you no longer do that type of work!!! How ridiculous!!! If you decide to hire this company, you need to ask many questions up front. It seems like their story changes on a daily basis. If they continue to treat people like I was treated, their business will slowly dwindle. I may only be one person, but word of mouth is a powerful thing. If the company did not do interior work, then that would have been mentioned at the time of the estimate. It was told to me that the repairs I needed could be handled by the company. Lastly, the roofing quote took over 3 weeks. That is not very prompt!!

When Hurricane Laura struck Lake Charles,La many homes and business were severely damaged or destroyed. Allied Xterios came a few days after and was ready to get our roof repaired and assist with finding other companies to do other repairs. They worked very closely to understand our needs and concerns.
