He kept us apprised of when his team would arrive and insisted that if we were not happy with any aspect of the work done that we were to call him immediately so that our concerns could be addressed. I had some trouble finding information on the siding myself, but Curt knew right away—he was able to tell me the exact manufacturer, style, and color within minutes. Even though Allied doesn’t work in my area, he still took the time to help me out and was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I was a bad situation I was pressed for time and Curt and his team save the day for me and my family. They were honest thorough and professional competitive pricing. in the next time I have a home project they will be the first company that I called.

I had a rather lengthy process with Allied. I called Allied after we suffered damages to our roof and siding from a storm. I wanted to see what it would cost and how much our insurance would cover to repair it. I submitted the claim, and 18 months later, our house and garage received new roofs and new siding and gutters on our house. This excessively long time was caused by delays by the insurance company dragging its feet, presenting at least five different adjustors, and disagreeing with the scope of work necessary to do our repairs properly. Allied was very proactive in handling the issues with my insurance company. They provided sound guidance and good suggestions along the way. I greatly appreciate the firm stand they took with the insurance company. They communicated with me and kept me informed as we encountered one issue after another. Once all the insurance coverage money was agreed upon, Allied expedited the installation of the new roofs (one on the house and one on the garage). Then, the siding and gutters were installed, and it looks fabulous. I recommend Allied Emergency Services if you ever experience storm damage to your house and garage.

I was trying to get them out for a quote on soffit repair. The sales man did not call back the number I gave on the voicemail and went on about how other companies do quotes to me for 5 minutes. I finally cut him off and told him to tell me what he could do for me and if he could give me a quote and he told me he would not help me because of my call. They are not very professional. I have never heard of a company speculating on how another company works their quotes before.

I called for a quote to make sure our home was dried out and they wouldn't give me quote. They also wanted to take over the whole job when I already had a other contractors and plumber lined up. All i wanted was for them to make sure the attic was dry or clean it out to dry and take the 30 trash bags that we had from cleaning up ourselves. They admitted to not having a licensed plumber and hired 3rd party but insisted they do it all. They were trying to get as much work from us as possible and assumed we were desperate. I didn't appreciate that and went else where.

Never got a true quote. The employee returned my call and after I explained what I needed he began to condensed me and tell me that the two other quotes which he asked about that I got (which were the same price) were too low, that I was asking for a lawsuit and to let him know if I wanted a reputable company to fix the issue. Mind you, he was never at my house and didn’t see the problem. Both other companies were BBB approved and one of them had more and higher google ratings than Allied. After being belittled and talked down to I decided to take my business elsewhere.

These guys got me a new roofer. It was better than my old roof and they did it through my insurance company so that I didn't pay anything.
